The staff were helpful and very friendly. The rooms were comfortable, and the location of the hotel was lovely - very easy to get to the Stade de France by public transport, so cnetral, but quiet and relaxing. Will definitley go there again. have used it twice now, during the Rugby World Cup No
friendly and helpful staff; clean rooms - bigger than I expected bed was too small
Too far from the city
The rooms are quite comfortable with all the facility included plus secured parking. The breakfast they provide is excellent price for the money.
Receptionist and restaurant was very good. They close the reception desk at 9 on Fridays, they did not say that we came just in time to pay our bill and ask for a taxi it was no food or vending machines to get at least water. Nothing around to eat. Too far from Paris . the web site and hotel info is not accurate , it said that is was close to center of Paris near to the Arch of Triumph.... it really was 20 minute by bus and 30 minutes in Metro.!!!!
Value for money - you got what you paid for There was a kettle in the room but very little or no tea and coffee available.
Parking of the car and security of the hotel It was perhaps a little to far from the metro/train
Was clean enough for the price however location is awful,no metro stop near by Location
food was good value room was to small and the double bed was actually a large single
the hospitatily and rest. Safe feeling due to the gate (also for the car) it's a little bit old fashion, it needs an update.
Free parking, pleasant staff, very good service!!
We really appreciated how clean and functional the room was, a very small micro-studio but designed well with clean countertops, a very clean bathroom, and easy to use controls for blinds/shower/tv etc. The large bed and towels were very comfortable. It was also helpful to have a casual restaurant/bar onsite, we had everything we needed after a long drive to the airport. The computer check-in was new for us and confusing at first, but the attendant was extremely helpful with all of our questions.
very clear, friendly staff, nice rooms shower kind of tiny, no parking space other than paying, not even for the first hour in which people come loaded with luggage and have to choice but to pay for the parking.
Very modern and clean. Good service and in-room amenities. Free wifi...and easy check-in-check out Walking distance to the Airport price was a little higher
The staff was very friendly and helpful, highly recommended and great price.
small room, but clean, modern, and convenient location
Hands off but fully available approach to customer service. Fully digitally connected as well as humanly connected. The staff is always available and extremely friendly. Fantasic rooms with great digital access on both entertainment and communication/internet. This is in my top ten hotels ever. I have been travelling for over 25 years worldwide. There was nothing I didn't like excecpt maybe the price of the brekfast buffett.
Very modern. I loved the lights in the room and the view of the runway. The restaurant/bar was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, this was my favorite place to stay on business so far.
Brand new Hotel with a very Chic attitude. We didn't stay in paris Long enough. At least 3 nights is needed to get a sense of this Beautiful City.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great (even thu it is a bit expensive). First, small room was given to me (in corner), even we couldn't fit the my child cot inside. Then,it was changed after several arrgement with receptionest. Check-in time was long !. Escilators out side the hotel are not working. I have to claim 90 steps everytime I go out (with child seat). Internet is not free (expensive)
a spacious room, nice bathroom, fantastic bed. the staff are very friendly and nice. breakfast: some pastry items were not fresh, the orange juice doesn't flow out of the container easily. sometimes the pastry items are not restocked in time.
Location perfect for work at La Défense
The service was amazing! Nothing, it was all great
quite and its location you have to walk through a very long stairs to reach the metro and the grand arch area. there is escalator but it wan out of service for 5 nights
room, bad, location, car parking distance from metro
Comfortable room There was no vegitarian options on the menu except stir fry. I was extremely disappointed by this as all good hotels offer a much better range. Therefore, I had a sandwich.
Nearness to the business district. Good rooms. Good Service. Comfortable stay.
The staff kindness and professionalism. The room quality. Nothing.
The location is ideal for working in La Defense. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very expensive. I had a hot chocolate which cost €5.50 which is a ridiculous price! And €10 per hour for internet use in the room is far too expensive. I would expect this to be included in the room price as that was expensive also.
Very comfortable and spacious room, good location, close to public transportation, very quiet. Very expensive Internet access - even 90 euros Paris hotels have free internet access !!!!
Hotel staff is very friendly, rooms are large, location is very convenient even if you want to visit Paris, hotel is close to subway. nothing - all good
Hotel is located a stone's throw from the main Metro line, so it is in a convenient location, however it is in the business district.
nice and roomy. nice view. good kitchen. Overall, a great stay.
We stayed as a group. This hotel was ideal for us, having a separate kitchen. The location was great only a short ride in the metro The only complaint that we had was the room sounded like the wind was coming through the front door and was very noisy.
clean and the location of hotel
Convenience of location and siz of the apartment. Plenty of space. Automatic switching on of the air conditioning at 6am every morning no matter whether it was off or not!!!
Stayed at Fraser Suite in London, all of us said good. When we come to Fraser at La Defense, all of us say Wow - it excellent. 1. Less than 5 mins walk to metro. 2. Very nice, friendly and helpful front desk. 3. Our 2-bedroom are very comfort (very similar to N. America spacing). It not like normal hotel room in Europe - Fraser here provide a big room. Our 2 bed-room also comes with 2 balconies. 4. Quiet and fresh air (compare to Paris downtown) environment. If travel with 4 or more people, this is the 1st choice - no doubt.
Location, very good breakfast and the space of the rooms. The staff is not very welcoming. the view of the room was very bad.
The space no diner facilities
Space of the rooms and comfort
Had an amazing time :))) and experience :)) great staff. I had to give a good for location only reason because it is not in city but!!!!! Shuttle leaves Hotel like every 45 min to train station literally 20 min from Main City I would do it all over again with Relais Hotel ! Beds were super comfortable!!! Amazing rooms, clean, pool and facilities amazing!!!!!! Free water in rooms :)))))) shower and bathroom really good!
big bed. the room had nice furniture. very nice pool and spa area. room shower smelled mouldy.
it was easy and comfortable, the location was good and easy for the city either by taxi or train. Very expensive, but so were all the other Paris hotels that day!!
the junior suite is spacious. the espresso machine, the bed. near a big shopping mall. Quite business area. It is a bit expensive. the conceirge (unintentionally) mislead us when we ask him about rent a car company in the city.
the comfortable bed No
Fresh, clean, modern, simple Shower leaked under glass door - no lip to stop flow, duvets are too hot even with air-conditioning on high fan
the location the internet not free like other 4-star hotels in paris
Room, location good for the sites, all the sites are the metro 1 line (yellow) which is the la defense. The food was expensive and of low quality.
nice design, location, staff no free wifi, no body milk, breakfast could have been better (no boiled eggs)
clean, and helpful staff The hotel entrance was close during my stay, the car parking should be free but they charge 20 Euro per day
The location is perfect. Now most of the hotels in the world provide free internet service. E.G. Concorde Lafayette in Porte Maillot, Paris
Well designed and furnished , 5 minutes walk from the Metro, placed in scrapsky quarter - nice to see 1-2 times. Restaurant in the lobby is very expensive and has very small choice of the meal. Breakfast is usual one but also is rather expensive. I also may recommend to the hotel concierge not to use this taxi service that they ordered for us. We wait it 30 mins in the lobby and we sited to the car - it was already 22 euros. I asked driver - why - he said - "its no problem, I won't charge you additionally" - but finally he did.
It is close to subway, and rather quiet on weekends. The bedding is excellent, very comfortable. The route going to the hotel by car or taxi is so winding and takes a lot of turns within the district before reaching the hotel. This is due to the public traffic planning in La Defense, perhaps.
While the room wasn't the prettiest, the bed, internet, and shower were all fantastic. For my 8 hour visit before an early morning flight, this is what I needed. I wouldn't stay here for the decor! but for a budget place that meets all the essentials near the airport, it's great.
i cant really say as i was there for a few hrs b4 my flight back home to australia...but overall i had a few good hrs sleep well since its close to the airport the noise of the planes were pretty loud
Old and dingy. I thought from the reviews and pictures it was new, but the place was pretty rough.
No free internet
The hotel is very convinient to reach from the Airport by using the black bus. it stops right in fornt of the hotel.Nice breakfast.
Shabby room. Waited over an hour to check in. Never received the wake up call I requested. Almost missed my flight.
Original price was honoured by booking com. Good accommodation for the price.
The bartender that night was great. The lady at the front desk when I first checked in was very nice and helpful. The shower was nice. It's close to CDG. I had requested a late checkout when I booked the hotel, and they told me that was possible, but when I checked in, they had no record of my request. I ended up having to pay 25€ to upgrade, which would also get me free breakfast in the morning, and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The next day, I got a call at 12:30 telling me that checkout was at 12:00 and that it was 10€ per hour to stay later. I told them I'd already paid for the upgrade last night. They looked around and found it and apologized for the confusion. Then as I checked out, they told me I had to pay 26€ for breakfast. I had to go through the whole thing all over again and show them my receipt before they sorted it out. Rooms were run down. Heat was on one temperature only, and adjusting the thermostat didn't help. I had to open the windows it was so hot. Food was mediocre and over priced. The menus they gave us were old, so the food was actually 5€ more than it even showed on the menu, and it wasn't good. (And they didn't tell us about the price difference until they brought the bill.) This hotel is in no way a 4 star hotel. There are tons of hotels in that area close to CDG. Stay at one of those.
Efficient staff The suite was not 5 star based on the Australian 5 star rating. Note only one robe, fittings in the bathroom need seeing too as well as some varnish
Hotel functioned well, was clean and reception staff were helpful. Bar was very poor - highly priced and staff not really suited to the role. Communication not their thing.
Both dinner and breakfast, particularly the latter, were good. Personally, as a Cordon Bleu and now living in France, I would have preferred something more specialised, not just Steak and Chips however good it was - and it was. I am not sure if it was the hotel to blame or only the driver of the shuttle but I ended up at the wrong terminal and had to walk for 40 mins to get to the right one. May I suggest that certainly the Millenium, maybe all the hotels at Roissy, should keep a list of which airlines fly from which terminals. I was travelling by Air Transat and should have been taken to Terminal 3 not 2a.
Staff at front desk very helpful and friendly. Vrey clean nice atomsphere. The hotel shuttle service (Blackline?) is really bad. If travelling with luggage it will be a nightmare for older or infirm persons. It is however free, so can't complain too much.......Nowhere quiet to have a meal.
Fabulously convenient location--just walk out of hotel and into Charles De Gaulle airport. Elegant decor. A surprisingly delicious dinner in the restaurant with friends. A good breakfast. I think the room as a little hot. I was too tired to try and fiddle with the thermostat so perhaps that was fixable.
A good choice for an overnight stay when leaving CDG on a morning flight. Excellent restaurant
nothing The price wat to high and we slept with all the painters in the hallway we had to jump over the paint cans and it smelled. We could not move in the room the beds were to close to each other and that all for $250 / a night.
We stayed at this hotel after returning from Spain, the night before our return flight home. The proximity to Paris CDG airport and the ease of getting to the airport made this the perfect hotel.
Location and price nothing it was all good
Room was very clean with all of the necessities. Very good location if coming in on SNCF train or on plain. When first arrived was given a room that the guests had not yet checked out of and it had not been cleaned. Hotel quickly gave us another room but we were disturbed we were given a key to someone else's room and had access to their baggage.
When needing being close to the airport it is very convenient.
the hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful and room was the best i stayed in during my week of bussiness
At airport Convenient Breakfast good Carpet dirty Bathroom mildew on tiles Air freshener too strong
Really liked the hotel. Comfortable. Clean. Great staff and "inside" the airport. The shuttle to the airport is right out the hotel. 5 minutes and you're in the terminal 2. The price was a bit high.
once found (they were still putting the signs up in the terminal, very convenient place to stay. it was surprisingly quiet. stained carpet, small rooms, cant open the windows for fresh air, to the extent that it was a relief to get outside the next morning
been connect to the airport and to the train station
Beautiful hotel closest to the airport.
Great location next to airport for last night in Paris. We always stay at the Hilton to ease the logistics of returning home in the US.
Great convenient location to CDG train station and Roissy airport. Room good size, clean and bed comfortable Nice, quiet and relaxed atmosphere Toilet tank made strange noises every 20 minutes or so ALL night.. Water temperature in shower fluctuates between cool and warm and cannot be regulated. Water pressure weak in shower Strange display - amenities "missing" in bathroom - sewing kit box is empty, Q-tips and shoe shine cloth just sat on tray without boxes... Executive Lounge food needs improvement.
Easy access to terminal 1 & 2 None.
Great location. The airport train station is very nearby and that's probably the best way to get there unless you have a lot of luggage, in which case there is also a free shuttle. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The restaurant had a very limited menu and all of the food was very overpriced. Also, there was no hot tub.
Hotel is excellent in all aspects no free wifi in the rooms. free airport shutlle need to be run to every terminal
No internet in The room and no water to drink
Nice room and bathroom. It was nice staying there before an early flight. They had a shuttle that took us to the airport. We enjoyed a bottle of wine in the bar. Nothing
The hotel is easily accessible from the RER CDG terminal 1-3 (second to last on the RER B)...it's so close you can actually use the luggage carts in the terminal to push your suitcases (and kids) to hotel. There is also usually a stockpile of a half-dozen carts just outside the hotel on the way to the station from other travellers who figured this out. The airport and hotel are in zone 5 of the metro, so if you get a day pass that includes zone 5 you're all set for a day trip into the city on the RER (30-50 minutes depending on the train and destination). The hotel breakfast was rather pricy, and you can get cheap pastries and coffee in the RER station for the whole family for the price of one breakfast. There is a hotel shuttle that picks up at the 5th floor of RER terminal 2...which has a number of logitical issues: 1) If you have a cart, you need to use the elevators...which usually have too many people waiting for them while they service the floors you're not on. 2) if you are being dropped off by the shuttle, don't expect carts to be available on the 5th floor. I had to go down the stairs to get a cart on the 4th floor, then carried it up to the 5th floor, loaded up several bags, waited 10 minutes for the elevator, then decided it would be faster to carry the bags down to the 4th floor and reload there. It was faster than waiting for the elevator on the 5th floor. 3) the shuttle can only hold a certain number of people, and even if it runs every 15-20 minutes, it's possible during peak times that you might have to wait for a third shuttle.
Enjoyed the Executive Lounge and room size. Shame that there is no shuttle to Terminal 3. I know the terminal is close, but my 80 year old mother had a difficult time getting from the hotel to Terminal 3.
Food was REALLY expensive but we didn't have choice. 2 burgers 2 coke 59 euros. And it took for ever to get that to the bar Close to the airport
Proximity to Airport The Air conditional didn't work Speed of the internet connection was really poor
Location was great. Very quiet rooms. Our second room had numerous small problems. I'm sure if I contacted the staff it could have been corrected. But sometimes, you just want to go to sleep.
Location is superb as you can walk to all halls in terminal 2 without having to take a shuttle. Some equipment begins to date. It is time for Sheraton to do some upgrades.
We loved everything! Very comfy room (Club Room), with a bathroom with shower and bath separated, spacius, minibar, tv, a veeery comfy bed and pillows. And the location! Superb! The hotel is inside terminal 2e at Paris -cdg . If you have a conection, as we had, you have at your feet the airport itself, the tvg and Trains from and to Paris/Europe. From the main entrance you can see the gare downstairs. The restaurant is very good, the staff couldn't be better. next time we'll stay there and take the train to and from Paris. Just perfect! The automatic minibar and tray in the room. If you simply touch it, you're billed automatically. I don't like this "modernity".
The special offer that made it possible for us to stay there, the positive attitude of the staff, the excellent breakfast included in the price, the spacy and beautifully and practically equipped room, the welcome gift. Because our arrival at the airport by plane was late, we didn't want to risk not to get into central Paris by public transport that late evening/night due to delays, therefore it was essential to stay at a hotel as close as possible to the airport - like this one - to continue to the airport early the next day. Nothing special.
Convienience - right in the airport Shower was inoperative and only one bathsize towel, until I requested more.
It´s location, easy to walk there and easy to walk to the next flight. Room service was efficient. The service in the restaurant. They told me to wait for a while to attend me. After 10 minutes waiting I left.
The quick service and the convenient location
Only the location Smoking room, but even the bedding smelled! Made us wonder if it was even washed. Restaurant staff were rude and uncooperative. Served a glass of wine from a .75L bottle then told us they had no .75L bottles to sell us - only .375L bottles. Waiter couldn't understand our confusion andade no effort to try. Poor.
Excellent location, virtually 20 minutes to gate. Very nice staff at reception and quick check-in. Would appreciate if extra blankets are provided. Can be quite cool at night. A/C did not seem to heat up sufficiently.
Clean. Good shuttle service. Close to the airport only takes 10 mins to get there. Space age tablet room control was more of a gimmick than functional
Decent hotel. Clean, safe, friendly desk clerks, convenient to CDG airport, which is why we booked it. The Golden Tuplib uses 2 twin beds pushed together in lieu of an actual Queen or King sized mattress. This is not as comfortable, due to the seam and rigid area between the beds. This is a common trend in European hotels, and it is lamentable. Have they not heard of larger mattresses? Do they not experience the same discomfort?
The staff were really great. And the Room was nice and quiet. Everything was great.
The shuttle from the airport to the hotel pases frequently and is a short ride. The room was great, clean, and spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would come back.
We had a 7am international flight. Their first shuttle was 5:15 putting us to airport at wrong terminal at 5:45. Had to take a taxi. Wish i had stayed in paris central. I stayed at an airport hotel for their free shuttle service but ended up taking a taxi...
The buffet at the hotel's resturaunt was quick, tasty and convenient. We stayed at this hotel only to catch a very early flight. It was very close to the airport. Minor items only like no tea kettle and s shower head that would not stay up.
Nice staff, good rate, not fancy but adequate` I asked for a morning wake up call that never came which caused me to almost oversleep and be late for the airport.
Free wifi. Free airport shuttle. Friendly staff. Near a walkable town/neighborhood. Nothing negative to say. It was a nice overnight rest stop before heading to the CDG airport.
The fact that we only had to stay here one night. Gross.
Fantastic location on the lake; ten minute stroll to the station for regular trains into Paris (about 15 minutes). Good local ameneties (shops, cinema etc).
The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke; there was no room in the hotel restaurant to eat dinner
I like the Hotel du Lac because of it's friendly atmosphere, good standard of accomodation, good food and restaurant and excellent location opposite the lake.
The view from the balcony is beautiful as long as yuo have a lake view room otherwise it overlooks peoples gardens to the side of the hotel. We upgraded to a lakeview room at a cost of 25 Euro's a night which was a bit expensive. My partner & I always use this hotel when visiting Paris due to its beautiful location. The cost of Upgrading to a lakeview room, 25 Euro's a night, 8 Euro's a day parking, 15 Euros each for Continental Brakfast, 5 1/2 Euros for a small Beer. This is not a complaint just a moan about the extra costs incurred which ultimately increased the overall costs.
Room and food.
surroundings and good standards overall room was too hot and noisy air vent bar drinks overpriced
The place The reception end the cleaning
Ambiance, room size and free parking under hotel Could not modify the terms and conditions of the stay. Since it was pre-paid and I had a corporate rate, the overall charge and ability to include breakfast and Internet into the package could not be changed. I should have been more diligent in how the room was booked.
Proximity to Staduim. Bed too hard. Limited breakfast offer
I found the service excellent and the hotel was very disabled friendly with the staff being very helpfull. The hotel on the other side of the street from the Stade de France which was also excellent from a mobility point of view. The station is only 0.8 of a kilometer away which can either take you into the centre of Paris or Charles de Gaul airport with disabled access at each of the stations.
Ideal location for Stade de France and well placed for sight seeing in central Paris
Excellent location for Stade de France or, in our case, visiting Cathedral of St Denis. Added advantage of secure undergound parking. Receptionists, both when we arrived & when we left, were charming & helpful.
Being so close to the Stade de France. Not having a restaurant
Helpfull staff, ideal location for this business trip, good price, nice size room, free internet.
everything was ok , but breakfast was very poor for the price request ( 12 € !!!! )
The fact it was directly opposite the Stade de France in a wide and safe location. Good for a single woman travelling alone.
The room was large and comfortable. There is a privet parking in hotel. The hotel stuff is very friendly. Everything is ok.
Great room for a great price, Just don't venture to far from the stadium or Train station
You don't hear one sound there, not from outside, nor from hotel inside. It was great for rest.
Comfortable bed and shuttle service to the airport. The room was very small, difficult to move about with four pieces of luggage.
The free shuttle bus to the tgv station I felt the staff could have been more friendly
Only its location It was very overpriced. It was also a very poor quality room and very small. We have stayed in much nicer rooms for 1/3 the cost.
Very nice service in the Hotel I had a old room with bad wallpaper and a very used bathroom.
Transport to the airport, great beds
The hotel was fantastic, having extremely comfortable and relaxing rooms. There was a very nice tub and shower, with a very plush bed. The facilities were also fantastic, with a nice pool area. The bar is directly downstairs as well, where you can have them uncork you a bottle and enjoy it in the comfort of your room. What a great refresher on a long trip! Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Nothing.
Proximity to airport. Great place to stay if you have an early morning flight. The service in the restaurant was painfully slow, and the food was not worth the wait.
The general atmosphere of the hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was excellent and prompt to arrive. My sister and I wanted to eat breakfast at the bar in the hotel (since breakfast was listed on the menu as a possibility) but it was strangely not open and we had to find food somewhere else. Otherwise, there was nothing we didn't like.
All of the staff were very welcoming & helpful. Especially Sandrine @ the front desk who was nice enough to upgrade our room & give us a late checkout! All the other staff were equally accomadating. The hotel was clean quiet & well maintained, it was a nice preflight stay.
staff was not very competent food was expensive and mediocre
The closeness to CDG, which made our start on Saturday am so much less stressful. When we checked into the room, there was no coffee, no sugar, no milk available for us to make a drink. There was only 1 set of towels visible, the others were in the wardrobe, but had not seen these.
Clean no-smoking room, comfortable bed Having to pay for the shuttle to fair ground maison&object
Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable room, convenient to airport. Loved being able to walk to the little village for dinner.
Nothing special It is located not at the terminal but in 15-20 minnutes away by shuttle bus. It is not clearly mentioned that actually there are 3 different Novotels there and you need to carefully check which one is the right one.
A nice evening meal at a reasonable cost Price of beer in the restaurant was rather expensive
The hotel was extremely comfortable, we especially appreciated the 'Wellbeing Centre' - gym, pool, sauna, steam room, etc. It was a great way to end a four week Eropean tour and prepare for 24 hours travel to Australia. As we were checking in, the desk clerk efficiently offered information about our departing flight the following morning (ours was an overnight stay in preparation for an international flight). She confirmed the terminal for us and that the flight was on time. While the airport shuttle bus isn't specifically the hotel's responsibility, the route it takes is rediculous if one seeks terminal one. We spent over 50 minutes on the bus and even began picking up new passengers and returned to a stop immediately beside the hotel before getting to terminal one. The desk staff should be encouraged to advise guests heading for terminal one that the route is impractical and that they should either use a differnt shuttle bus (if an alternative exists), or take a cab. The actual distance from the hotel was under ten minutes, but we took over 50 minutes on the bus - and were late for our flight as a result.
Nice room, very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely return!
Shuttle bus driver was very helpful. Attractive lobby. Business type hotels are sometimes not particularly friendly to the ordinary traveller. This was the case at this hotel. Internet access cost 5 Euros for 15 minutes ( in the lobby) Many hotels I find give this as a free service now. Room was clean but not exceptional.
Location provided goos access to CDG airport, hotel was clean, modern and with good services; front desk staff were pleasant and efficient
the room was very good. (soffa and bed) it is the kind of room that can be used as an office out of office for a couple of days The internet connection (wirless by orange) did not work on my mobile device.
easy to live even with a 21 month baby The service maid is knocking at the door at 9 am, we were sleeping, they should check before if the people are at the breakfast or not. The shuttle system is very poor, why don't you stop at CDG 2B ? long run on foot through CDG
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
The surrounding neighborhood was quaint and quiet. The staff was snobish, except for Suzanne at checkin.
The hotel was fantastic! Staffs were absolutely nice all the time and every service made met my expectation.
The neighbourhood is very safe, and I really liked to be in a calm area but had the possibility to reach the Champs-Elysées within 2 Metro stations.
I was a bit apprehensive when I used the bidding process to book this hotel but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel was beautiful and well kept. The staff was very courteous If I had one complaint it would be that Wi-Fi is not given free of charge not even in the public spaces of the hotel.
Clean and luxury decoration. Wifi not free, even in public area.
Clean and spacious room. Lack of WiFi access in the room (was only available in the lobby)
Very clean and well secured. It was a little out of way of main attractions, but as in a very nice residential area.
Cleanliness and comfortable bed A bit far to walk to
Nice hotel at nice location The room was a little bit old
Very comfortable room -- amazing bed. Lovely spacious bathroom. Very clean and bright --- good lighting for reading in bed. New and up to date Not terribly convenient to metro stations - quite a walk to get to the two stations that were in the area. Slightly misleading info on the web site about how far away they were and how long it took to walk there -- what did they do? Power-walk?
the staff was lovely and helpful. the facade was older but the inside was immaculate and they even brought singers into the lounge fitness room was tiny but still able to workout
The staff were the best! They all were extremely friendly and helpful. There's complimentary nespresso in the lobby. Although the location is away from downtown Paris, it is easy to get around by metro. This is a very small hotel. The room we had (2-twin beds) was so tight it was like we were in the same bed. There's no space for 2 people to just sit or dine in the room. The location is outside of the center of Paris which we knew and this was fine. However, there aren't many dining options near the hotel especially after a certain time.
