Pros: Breakfast was fine and the staff - both at check in and for breakfast were very helpfull. The outside seating area is very nice, overlooking Lake Pepin.
Pros: All else was well with this stay. Particularly good breakfast with 24/7 coffee bar and microwave
Cons: The lack of fitness room was disappointing
Pros: The staff was very friendly.
Cons: Incredible price gouging.
Pros: No comment
Cons: First off, they gave me the wrong room,we reserved a king bed with a queen bed suite and they gave us just the king bed. So where was my child or myself going to sleep. Waited for a couple to be willing to exchange rooms, so got the exchange but was charged my original price. Talked to general manager the next morning and she said that booking my room through booking.com was the reason why it was messed up. She states travel agencies should not be used because they don't charge the right price or they are the reason for room mess ups. She said if I contact her corporate they won't do anything or even answer your phone call or message. Needless to say I will not stay at the Americinn Inn/suites or use booking .com again. Upset vacationer....
Pros: We were in the farthest room from the office and on the second floor, not desirable
Cons: Staff was adequate but not welcoming.
Pros: We had a problem with our room when we arrived. We reported it to the front desk. They immediately got us a new room, and even upgraded it. Real customer service! Judy, the Mngr and her staff were wonderful We will be back at this location again.Thamk u all!
Cons: Maybe a lake view next time
Cons: Beds were not Queens as advertised. Full at best.bathroom was dangerously small. Walls were paper thin. Breakfast was rough. Very watered down orange juice, very dry, old seeming bagels. (Those are the only 2 things I tried)
Pros: Excellent view, clean room, great breakfast options.
Pros: The staff was great. But booking.com charged more than they said they would.
Pros: Staff was excellent. Friendly and very helpful.
Pros: Smells clean, beds are very comfortable, the bed sheets are amazing

Pros: I lost my cell phone in the room and the front desk lady who was just getting off of her shift, came up to help look for it! She could have just gone home but stayed to tried to help.
Pros: The theme rooms had fun themes
Cons: The spa was closed for maintenance both Saturday and Sunday. It was a bummer that we could not use it
Pros: Great hotel, friendly accommodating staff. Needed to be changed to a first floor room and they made it happen right away.
Cons: 2nd floor not handicap accessible, no elevator
Pros: Pool facilities were great for all ages. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Good breakfast. I had the handicap accessible room so had no bathtub but the shower was clean and safe.
Pros: Pool was pretty. Nice location. And overall ok.
Cons: Pool was cold. Breakfast ran out. Sink was plugged. Check in and out was slow. When it is a busy weekend for the rummage sale thing, they may want to add a couple of staff to help.
Pros: Great hotel right on Hwy 61 and easy access to all this part of Minnesota offers. The lobby has a nice homey feel to it, and the staff is most accommodating. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Be sure to check out Backyard Brewpub in Wabasha; Larks Toys in Kellog; Brewpub in Read's Landing; and Nelson's Cheese Factory in Nelson, Wisconsin. All unique and worth visiting! A great weekend getaway.
Cons: Laundry room. Not clean
Pros: Clean and comfortable rooms
Cons: No elevator and breakfast area a little small
Pros: The hotel is conveniently located near the Eagle Center, the Mississippi River and several other points of interest. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean.
Pros: Overall not much. Stayed here when it first opened. Staff has gone downhill since then. When I checked in I asked for a luggage cart. After I loaded the cart I was told no elevator and I was on the 2ND floor. Trying to fill cooler but didn't have a bucket. Asked housekeeper and I was told she didn't have one. She offered no other help and walked off. Actually left early on the 3RD day and drove home. Not satisfied with my stay and I always look for Americinns when we travel.
Cons: See above. Breakfast was well done and the pool was nice.
Pros: Loved the decor from the second I walked into the hotel. The lobby was clean and inviting. When we walked in on New Year’s eve they had hats and New Year’s eve trinkets for us to celebrate with and supplied pizza for the hotel guests. I thought that was pretty amazing. Sometimes going that extra mile is well worth it. We definitely will be staying there again. As a matter fact this weekend.
Pros: The breakfast is above average. They alternate serving sausage and beacon everyday.
Cons: The wall to wall carpeting in front of the bath room needs cleaning (shampoo).
