Pros (+) Front desk staff was polite.

Cons (-) Way over priced. I've stayed in better quality hotels for the same price (lower quality with better options). The room had no personal coffee maker or toaster as it shows in the pics. The dining table chairs were desk chairs with wheels. The "continental breakfast " was merely granola bars, coffee, hot cocoa (made with hot water not milk), & instant oatmeal (made with hot water not milk) just real...

Opt for a Ground Floor Room

If you have mobility concerns or prefer to avoid stairs, consider requesting a ground floor room, especially if the elevator is out of service.

Check Room Amenities

Some guests have reported issues with in-room amenities such as broken bathroom fixtures, non-functional TVs, and missing kitchen utensils. It may be helpful to check the functionality of these amenities upon check-in.

Consider Nearby Attractions

The hotel's proximity to attractions like Magnolia Market at the Silos and Cameron Park Zoo makes it convenient for exploring the area. Plan your visit to these attractions during your stay.

Verify Payment Options

If you prefer to pay in cash, it's advisable to confirm the hotel's payment policy in advance, as some guests have encountered unexpected limitations on cash payments.

Request Room Cleaning

Several guests have mentioned that room cleaning was not provided regularly. If you prefer daily cleaning, consider requesting this service in advance.

Be Mindful of Noise

Some guests have experienced noise disturbances, especially on higher floors. If you are sensitive to noise, consider requesting a room away from potential sources of disturbance.

Double-Check Breakfast Expectations

While the hotel offers complimentary breakfast, it may consist of grab-and-go items rather than a full breakfast spread. Adjust your expectations accordingly.

Inquire About Elevator Status

If the functionality of the elevator is important to you, it's advisable to inquire about its status before booking, as some guests have encountered issues with non-operational elevators.

Confirm Wi-Fi Speed

If high-speed Wi-Fi is essential for your stay, it may be worth confirming the speed and reliability of the hotel's internet connection, as some guests have expressed a desire for faster Wi-Fi.

Communicate Special Requests

If you have specific needs or preferences, such as a room with a working TV or a well-stocked kitchen, consider communicating these requests to the hotel in advance to ensure a more tailored experience.
