6.0 Good
Pros: Conveniently located in Ginza with a metro station right outside the hotel entrance.
Cons: Used to be a business friendly hotel but not any more. One and only restaurant in the hotel.would not even allow guests to have drinks there in the morning without paying for a full breakfast buffet and my guests and had to find somewhere else outside the hotel for a meeting.

Pros: The facility was great, the staff was very helpful, and the property is right next to public transportation.
Cons: The food was pricey, there was no pool, and the district seemed more business oriented.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is connected directly to Shinegawa train/bus station and very near cafes, bars, shopping and convenience stores. Hotel staff was professional and great with answering questions about travel plans, recommendations, etc. Hotel design modern yet still very Japanese aesthetic.

Cons: The interior of my room was quite old. The desk varnish was gone and the room was pretty smelly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location in the center of Shinjuku, about 10 minutes away from the train station and taxi service outside. Had an ATM and 7-11 attached to it. All the amenities a person could need, toothbrush, hair brush l, razor shaving cream, free bath salts for everyday I stayed. Shampoo conditioner and body wash smelled great. Shower and bath were awesome! 1rst floor breakfast was the way to go, 8th floor cafe was nice but had less variety than the other. Staff knew English, and the concierge service was great for booking and easy airport limousine back to HND airport. Very close to robot resturant and bars that are open 24 hours.
Cons: Nothing!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bathtub was excellent after a long day of exploring. The staff was friendly and helpful. 7 11 in same building. 12 minutes from Yamanote line.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great rooms, with nice views. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Train station at the front door to the hotel. Big shopping centres next door.
Cons: Far from the main areas of Tokyo (Shinjuku, Shibuya etc) roughley a 30 min train ride. There is a train station at the front door to the hotel which is very conveniant but this is not a JR station so if you have the JR pass you can not use it here.
7.7 Good
Pros: Shuttle service to Disney land. Room spacious and very good cleanliness.
Cons: We booked four rooms (2 families) 4-5 months prior our arrival. The room arrangement given to us 2 rooms next to each other and the other 2 in different floor level. They aware each family going to occupy 2 rooms during our booking and yet they can't arrange the other 2 rooms next to each other or at least the same floor. Eventually the other family has to take the smoking rooms in order to stay next to each other. No smiling face from the male front desk staff.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was extremely clean and the concierge was awesome. We opted for an included breakfast and were given two breakfast tickets, free mini bar, robes and slippers. We were on the top floor and the views were spectacular. The location was great and gym was nice also. Would go back!
7.1 Good
Pros: The JR Suite was amazing. Love the high floors and view of Tokyo Tower. Customer Service at the front desk was excellent. After we paid for the upgraded suite we were a lot happier.
Cons: Initial room was very small and they put us on the floor with the business and fitness area so people were in and out on that floor. Room was very very small where our 2 luggage would not fit. My GF kept on bumping her elbows into the shower door and the sink as there was no space in between for her to do her hair and make up. We had to upgrade to the JR. Suite at a very high price. The JR. Suite was an excellent room. We didn't need the living room area but it was a nice adder. What we were expecting was a bedroom similar to the JR suite bedroom but never got it on the regular booking. Concierge needs to look into what he's doing more. We asked about the Robot Restaurant and see about making reservations for that Saturday Night. He booked the reservations but didn't realize that payment up front is required. When we go to the place we were turned away as it was full and everyone had paid in full prior to arrival. When I tried to explain to him I don't think he spoke English well enough to understand. I was not mad at him as we understand we are in another country with a language barrier.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful. Easy access to a lot of places walking, taxi, or train (close to shinbashi and Shiodome station).
Cons: Breakfast was 25 dollars per person and did not include much. No good breakfast around. Very surprised that English proficiency of staff was not that good.
4.8 Okay
Pros: Housekeeping was good Kept clean Staff were mostly helpful Quiet Near Shimbashi and Shiodome Stations Amenities were good Airport Limousine to Narita
Cons: At check-in we were told we needed to pay for a separate room as my mother and my sister together with me are considered too old to fit in one room with two double beds. They said a larger room would be available that could accommodate the three of us together the next day but we would have to pay an additional 330 USD per night of stay! Our flight landed 11 pm at Haneda by the time we got to the hotel it was already almost 12:30 am, we were exhausted! Renting an additional room also costed the same amount $330. That's the option we went with for at least a day. We then booked a second room online for the subsequent 5 days for only half the price they asked us for upfront. It made little sense from a business perspective if they had let us upgrade to a one bedroom that would release them of two smaller rooms that they can charge more for. Internet is slow especially at night, can barely read the news. Air conditioning was weak in one of our rooms, I was sweating a lot.

Cons: More shuttle to the airport and station
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Chic atmosphere (Lobby area) after the recent renovation. Excellent service and hospitality. Reasonable prices. Good food. View of Tokyo Tower. Rooms are super quiet and A/C is not too cold.
Cons: Location (Access is not great going anywhere). Gym is too far from Tower Hotel, so is the convenience store in the hotel. There is no Starbucks, café, convenience stores around the hotel.
9.7 Excellent
Cons: A little dated but great none-the-less.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: All
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel property itself is nothing short of beautiful. The rooms have great views of the city and the expansive garden which is a oasis in the middle of the sprawling Tokyo metropolis. The staff is always prompt and friendly and ready to accommodate anything you may need.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautifully appointed, with large rooms featuring marble bathrooms, mechanic curtains, exceptional service, and a stunning view of the gardens and pagoda. It seems that it is a wedding destination, with a storybook setting. For Tokyo, the price was a good value for the size of room and luxurious setting, the reason is the location isn't as central and train access isn't as readily available as many other luxury hotels. I was there for business travel, but this would be a suitable location for a romantic trip.
Cons: It didn't bother me to walk up the hill from the subway station. But, the ten minute walk from the subway is the only negative I can identify with this hotel.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It's a uniquely beautiful hotel. There is no other with such beautiful, serene and peaceful grounds. The staff are exceptionally gracious and hospitable. It is wonderful to come back here after a busy day in very busy Tokyo. It is a short walk to a very good, family owned sushi restaurant near Edogawabashi station.
Cons: The restaurants, while good, are very expensive. And there are not many options that are close. On the other hand, taxi service is convenient.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the beautiful garden, spa, and view! Will definitely be staying here again!
Hotel Okura Tokyo - Tokyo - Building
12
8.8 Excellent (3,812 reviews)

Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and express check-out. Planning an event in Tokyo? This hotel features 11152 square feet (1036 square meters) of event facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Room,nice bedroom
Cons: Nothing
9.4 Excellent
Pros: My November stay in Tokyo was switched from Okura Hotel to Sheraton Miyako Hotel, because Okura was demolished in May this year for a new hotel building to be reopened in 2018. So all the evaluations given here are for Miyako Hotel. The hotel is excellent, very roomy and update. It offers all what a ordinary traveler needs and beyond. Its location is great right in the middle of several subway stations, only Meguro station and takaniwa station are within walking distance. But, scheduled hotel buses taking hotel guests to Meguro and Shinagawa station is an excellent way to help hotel guests move around. Do your homework and find out what time the airport limousine bus can take you from airports to Miyako Hotel before you buy airline tickets. Because the bus schedule is very odd. I came to Miyako from Tokyo Haneda Airport, the airport limousine bus only runs twice in the morning and once in the late evening (Good for red eyed flight guests). If you come to the hotel any time between those schedules, you need to find out what is the nearest hotel or subway stations to Miyako the airport bus can take you to, then take taxi from there to Miyako.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I very much liked the authentic 50's modern hotel and interiors…in a great location in Tokyo near the American Embassy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Classic or dated, whatever your preference, but well maintained and spotless. Large rooms, for Japan. Staff is marvelous. Very close to the US Embassy and train stations. All staff speak English sufficient to get the job done. Booking through Kayak got a reasonable rate for Tokyo.
Cons: Couldn't control the heat in the room, which was 79F. WiFi connects but can be erratic on mobile devices. Food in the hotel is outrageously expensive, but a 2 minute walk gets you to reasonable options. Gym is excellent but there is a substantial extra charge to use it.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: staff was very nice and helpful. the room was clean. not the best or most modern but it's the basics. nice renovated bathrooms. high floors. AIRPORT SHUTTLE IS AMAZING!
Cons: the bedside tables are a bit ghetto. otherwise everything was good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: +Best Service (English friendly) +Best Location (5 minute walk to Shibuya Station) +Best Views +Extremely Clean & Comfortable +Luxurious +Worth the Cost of Stay
7.1 Good
Pros: Room price was reasonable, however, breakfast was 33k yen ($30) and $20 for the gym. Although expensive, the breakfast bar is excellent - better than most I've had here in the states. The bar at the top floor was cool with good ambience. Most of the staff speaks some English and are very helpful.
Cons: Do not recommend the expensive Japanese restaurant in the hotel. Shrimp tempura did not taste fresh and other dish not worth the cost.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Our room was well appointed and everything worked well. No marks or scratches to show wear and tear. The in room sound system was great and the complimentary unlimited data smartphone was extremely useful.
Cons: While the Executive Lounge was a nice haven to relax in and very classy, the food selection should be changed more regularly. There were no changes in the food/drink offerings across our entire five day stay.
6.8 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Service was "hit and miss", particularly in the lounge. The price was quite high for average quality rooms.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The deluxe city view room was phenomenal for a country boy like me. Room cleaning and bed making was excellent, left my extra spending money in the room and never missed a penny. Everyone was so very polite in the hotel, the view from the bar on the top floor is also not to be missed. Prices for drinks, etc. are as to be expected for this hotel, but don't miss breakfast! As American as you could want, and make sure you ask the guy with the chef hat on to make your eggs. Omelet, over easy, whatever, they will be done to perfection and delivered to your table. I loved my stay at this hotel, it was hard to come back to reality in the US.
Cons: No free wifi

Pros: Great service. The restaurant has a very good buffet.
Cons: It's a bit out of the way and there's not a lot nearby as far as restaurants, shopping & things to see.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were spacious by Tokyo standards and the bathroom/shower room were excellent. The cleanliness was very nice and the location to several different train lines was fantastic.
Cons: A drawback was the room for 4 was literally 4 twin size beds set up like baracks.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amabilidad, cercanía con el metro, limpieza
9.7 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was wonderful! The staff was fabulous (and had no trouble speaking English) the rooms nicely appointed, the bedding so comfortable, and the place was immaculate. Cons: I would look for a hotel that is even closer to the store best line.
7.7 Good
Pros: Nice, we'll run hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Location, in between suidobashi and Jimbocho subway stops is ok but not the best area to be overall.
Cons: it was hard to control the room temperature- sometimes it would be boiling even after turning heat way down.

Pros: Is there a star rating higher than five!? From the moment I arrived to check in after getting off of a cruise ship in Yokohama to the moment I checked out and said goodbye to the lovely staff in the lobby, I enjoyed every second of this incredible property. The views were luxurious, the rooms were definitely appointed, the club lounge and everything and anything I can need and more, and I will be racing back to Tokyo to stay here as soon as possible. I sale every luxury cruise line all over the world and this is by far the most hospitable luxurious stay I've ever experienced in my life anywhere in the world.
Cons: There's absolutely nothing I would change, it was sublime! And that's coming from a New Yorker who stayed in some of the best hotels in some of the best cities across the globe and in some of the most luxury suites on the most luxurious ships on the ocean.
