Pros: Close to the Pier. Location is good. Modern facility. Lobby area is extremely cold, AC needs to be adjusted.
Cons: No microwave. The bed is a futon mattress set atop pallets - extremely firm and made sleep difficult. Lobby bar, big screen TV.
Parking is expensive, no validated parking. Pricey buffet but not enough variety, poor selection of items.
Pros: Modern Style of the hotel and rooms.
Cons: Limited Meal Options
Pros: The staff is courteous, the location is perfect and the room is comfortable.
Cons: The noise from the street permeates the room at times.
Pros: Large TV screen, two large beds, good shower, large area around sink to lay out cosmetics, etc.
Cons: $200 per night too much for being so far from the airport and city. No way to close bathroom noise from main room. Coffee machine made poor coffee. Bed linens were probably clean but not ironed and full of wrinkles. Linen not very soft.
Cons: Service/ facilities are not always constant. Lack of eyes for details, which a person staying will appreciate. Not childfriendly; for exemple not even a decent "bed" for a four year old child. The roomspace is short.
Pros: This design hotel lies in a recently built district (namely National Harbor) on the Potomac river. In particular, it is on the opposite shore of Alexandria which can be reached in 20 mins by boat. Connections to Washington downtown are available by taxi or shuttle buses, shared by the hotels of "National Harbor". Several restaurants can be found in the neighbours.
Pros: The room was a breath of fresh air after staying in so many cookie cutter hotels in the past.
Pros: Work out room, cool design, and great staff
Cons: I could hear people in other rooms really clearly
Pros: The view of the river.
Cons: The style, the lack of restaurant/room service/lack of response requesting a wake up call.

Pros: 2 bedroom unit is nice size and beds are comfortable. Excellent location.
Cons: Laziest staff in the world. Takes days to get a simple request done and constant complaining like "more towels" or "tissue", etc.
Front desk staff very unfriendly but yet play and talk loud among themselves when guests are waiting.
Horrible consigniorr's service. Go to Gaylord Resort to get all your activity needs done since Wyndham's people can't tell you even if there is grocery store around the corner.
Spent $1650 for five days and ended up speaking with General Manager about the horrible poor experience and lack of general items in the room upon arrival which did not arrive until the day before we left. Also complained about lazy and "careless" staff. Basically, we could not count on the Wyndham for anything other than knowing we had a place to lay our head at night and shower. All staff members didn't want to be bothered and our requests were ignored. We even had staff raising their voices at us from the front desk if they had to show you where things. were.. To make matters worse, I have been a Wyndham OWNER for over 10 years and this is the treatment received. I will be dumping my Wyndham for Merriott ownership after this horrid experience. BWY, the General Manager who has been at the hotel for two years could only listen apologize for the neglect we received and did say about his own employees, 'UNFORTuNATELY, THEY ARE LAZY!"
How's that for service!

Pros: Maxine, at the front desk was superb! She seemed to single-handedly take care of new arrivals, telephone calls and a problem with in a room with grace. She worked late and was her professional self early the next day. She needs a raise and a promotion in my opinion.

Cons: Absolutely not. We travel a lot and I must say this Hampton Inn is on top of my list. Again, I would like to thank the gentleman that checked us in. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name but his soft spoken voice was lovely. Thanks again.
Pros: The size of the room and parking options close to the elevators. Also the breakfast on the go bags at the front desk.
Cons: I could smell that other guests were smoking marijuana on my floor. Called the front desk and was told they would spray something to resolve the odor issue.
Cons: There was a loud party going on till 2 45 in the morning, yelling screaming and fighting. I called the desk 3 times. They said security went up but this did not stop it if indeed security did go. I asked for a room change and they said it could not be d
Pros: Friendly front desk staff, easy to book a room, super clean and convenient location from a friend's house nearby.
Cons: Everything was fine! Would return again.
Pros: Big room!
Cons: Was further out of DC than I expected but not the hotels fault.
Pros: The location, it was very close to the metro which will take you into the DC area.
Cons: The staff wasn't bad but wasn't the best either. They were noce, but seemed more forced than anything else.
Pros: Free breakfast, and cleaniness
Pros: great location, not too traffic near hotel. good distance to downtown DC. good price.
Cons: room507, water not draine fast enough and water filled up bathtub when ever we shower.
Pros: It's a hidden gem

Pros: How easy was to make reservations and the hotel was excellent
Cons: Nothing, everything was very hood
Cons: Breakfast was adequate at best. Then again, all Hampton Inn breakfasts are that way.
Pros: Location. Across the street from an event I was attending
Cons: Lobby restrooms filthy
Pros: I like the fact it was right next to the Gaylord
Cons: No refrigerator, numerous guests were complaining. No cups only coffee. Bathroom was not stocked. The walk from the garage to the hotel is less than pleasant. The garage is a public garage. Minimal parking, one elevator. Trying to move luggage from elevator across a street with numerous other people parking and riding elevator. Very small loading area in front of hotel. Not what I am use to when it comes to Hampton Inn.
Cons: Staff was confrontational and not helpful at all.
Pros: 5 star service
Pros: With the storm passing through I was bumped from my hotel across the street. The staff was very friendly and the night auditor was extremely helpful getting me a cab in the morning even with the icy roads.
Pros: The staff was great, super friendly and very helpful. The free breakfast was absolutely the best I have had in a hotel, and I have to say, most of the time when you get a free breakfast, you know right where to get it because it looks like a cafeteria. I had to ask where to get the breakfast because all I saw was what looked like a beautiful comfortable restaurant with nice atmosphere, comfy chairs, flat screen tvs. Well, that was the place for the free breakfast! I loved that you were getting a free breakfast in a much more luxurious atmosphere.
Pros: Good range of breakfast items; breakfast seating area is nicely decorated. Hotel was quiet (no street noise) and perfectly located for a conference across the street at the Gaylord Resort. Parking nearby.
Cons: Did not understand that I needed to keep my room key after hotel checkout to be able to get out the parking garage (since parking fee was put on my hotel bill). Had to back out of garage exit (with other cars behind me), repark, walk back to hotel to figure this out.
Bed not very comfortable (mattress saggy and needs replacing).
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and it was so easy to fall asleep in. The staff were helpful in answering questions that I had and made the stay that much more enjoyable.
Cons: Would have liked to have had bacon for protein rather than just the sausages.
Pros: Across the street from the convention center
Cons: The heater in my room rattled loudly, waking me up several times a night.
The door connecting my room to my neighbors was not well-sealed or did not provide much of a sound barrier--I was disrupted from sleep and work multiple times by neighbors loud conversation.
Pros: Beautiful new room, clean and modern.
Cons: Needs a mini fridge and microwave.

Pros: The service staff were helpful and courteous. The location afforded great harbor views. The room was not luxurious but it was more than adequate. The bathroom layout was spacious and well done. We got a quiet night's sleep despite a cheer-leading convention going on during our stay.
Cons: One complementary bottle of water right next to a four dollar bottle (you can by them at the front desk for a dollar). The parking situation is confusing. Tip: You can park overnight in one of the huge parking garages for $18 rather than paying $35 for valet. If you go in and out of the parking garage, though, you'll be charged the hourly rate for the time you parked.
Pros: Staff was great.
Cons: Expensive options for food

Pros: The modern and fresh styling was fantastic! Everything was so clean and new. It looked like a 5 star hotel that should cost twice as much as it did.
Pros: the location was very close to the MGM casino, which was our destination. lobby was good looking, breakfast buffet was decent. property WAS very clean, that was the best part.
Cons: No coffee makers in the rooms, VERY cramped bathroom, SLOW SLOW SLOW elevators- seemed only 1 was working most of the time- NO BUSINESS CENTER?? REALLY?? Pool not open, no hot tub, gym was 3 pieces of equipment. fell short of the star rating for sure
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpul especially the shuttle van driver. I love the fact that they had a free shuttle to drop you off and pick you back up from the MGM and the National Harbor. Bar inside looked very nice and there was a great drink Harbor drink
Cons: The only thing was our room had a lot of dust. Also Iwas thinking the hotel was at the Harbor
Pros: Newly remodeled hotel, clean, good location and would recommend.
Pros: Very fancy and nice looking. Great rooms and polite staff. Breakfast was nice.
Cons: Complimentary shuttle was over 30min. behind schedule. We were told it would be there at 12:00pm and we had to be at our appointment at 12:30. When it was apparent it would not be on time, the staff offered to call us a cab and charge us for it. Uncool!
Pros: recently renovated, very nice setup, great towels and bed
Pros: Uncluttered and elegant
Pros: The location is close to National Harbor
Cons: Everything is old and in a bad neighborhood. Undesirable people just hanging around. My room was dirty. The wooden chair had an arm that fell off. The maid never replaced my toiletries and tissues and toilet paper. No restaurant either
Pros: excellent location
Cons: old, shabby. guests making much noise at 4:30 am.
Pros: Location and price. Stayed for a conference at national Harbor.
(front desk clerk) was very helpful.
Pros: The staff. Hotel Employee was excellent. Also, the bartender was good. Excellent location. Near public transportation, entertainment and dining. Wi-first was oklay.
It was a nice hotel. Definitely great for the price. I would stay again.
Pros: The bed
Cons: The toilet ran all night

Cons: I reserved a nonsmoking room and was provided a smoking room on the ground floor. Room door did not have a seal on b ottom which left a one/two inch gap from floor. Left cold draft and smoke enter the room. The hotel was supposedly full and no other accomodation could be provided.
The lobby power outlets were covered and not available for use by guests. Very inconvenient when only one desktop is available for business use.
Housekeeping was persistent and continually knocked on door after she was notified of my late checkout. Major disturbance given my checkin was after well after 12am and I had attempted a business call from the room.
As a frequent business traveler I was frustrated with several situations which led to my brief stay. I later checked out and sought other accommodations. More attention to potential business customers seeking your establishment after flights.

Pros: En los cuartos mucha información de restaurantes y de toda clase de información ...el cuarto muy cómodo..
Cons: El cuarto huele a mucha humedad y el internet no sirve
Pros: Clean and had a modern touch - seems to have been renovated in recent years. Comfortable lobby area and a very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: It's a relatively basic hotel, but we had no complaints!

Cons: The website indicated you had a hot tub...however the sign for the whirlpool was still on the wall, but the hot tub was gone and bricks were in it's place.
Pros: early check-in..breakfast.CLEAN rooms
Cons: nothing :)
Pros: The breakfast waa great.. The staff was very helpful..
Cons: The breakfast was what I imagine prison food to be. The cleaning staff came while I was in the shower so my husband asked them to come back later, they didn't and we had no towels or toilet paper by the next day. In 3 days they never came...
Cons: The reservation I made was for a (KING SMOKING ROOM)when I arrival I was told that was a print mistaken, NEXT the house keeping, I request a 12pm checkout and the house keeping made so much noise and starting at 8:30am and came into my room. ?
Pros: clean, good breakfast
Pros: Staff was great & the room was clean & a great location. Continental breakfast was very good too.
was there from 11:00 PM till 8:00 AM... didn't even see the full parking lot
Pros: wasn't there long enough to form an opinion
I was not happy with this hotel. I slept fine which I suppose is the most important thing but I don't think the hotel is managed well. The staff, while nice, didn't know much about the restaurants in the area or how to fix the internet. The gym was not maintained and was very dirty. The breakfast wasn't very good either. I will not stay in that hotel again.
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The gym was the worst I have ever seen in a hotel. The machines were very dirty and not maintained. The grips for the elliptical machine had slid down the handle and were not usable. The treadmill didn't even work.
Pros: the location was near great resturants
Cons: I checked in and was not told I would be placed in a smoking room. which I didn't appreciate AT ALL! and when I asked why I was told by a gentleman at the front desk it was first come first serve...because I checked in later than 3pm
They neglected to tell me the spool was closed, which I think they should have before they took my money. My 6 year old son was really looking forward to swimming, and that was a key reason why we chose this hotel. Also, the hot tub is listed as a feature, but is in fact BRICKED OVER.
Pros: It was average. Clean, basic, but nothing special for the cost.
Cons: It was costly for what it offered, as compared to other hotels. I paid ---/night. I could have spent --- and had just as nice a place. Or --- and had a MUCH nicer hotel nearby.

Pros: Absolutely loved this place ... make sure to use the bikes .. DC is beautiful .. by bikes we road Rock Creek Parkway down to Mall .. God Bless America ¸What an amazing city!
Cons: Supposed 100% smoke free - 1st room reeked of cigarettes. 2nd room, door handle mechanism was broken/misaligned - door was very hard to open, practically had to throw myself against it to open. Overall, not happy. One of the two A/C units was broken.
Cons: They were doing renovations and it smelled like strong paint smell but other then that, it was pretty descent for the cost.
Pros: Proximity to where I Had to go.
Cons: When we got there we found out that there was construction going on during the day. This was not mention on the site My wife was also bitten a number of times by a spider or something. Four days later she still has swelling from bites.
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The air conditioner was really loud and the television was not very intuitive for searching.
Pros: The staff was incredibly accommodating, and very very friendly.
Cons: I woke up Sunday morning with bites all over my legs. Our room also had a musty/smoky smell to it. The bathroom floor was slimy as well.
Cons: The room was smelly and dirty. When asked for a new garbage can because there was literally puke inside of the other it took 24hrs. We stayed five days and they didn't make the beds completely or vacuum once. Horrible staf
Pros: location and breakfast but eggs weere powered
Cons: outside needs work
Pros: The bed was soft
Cons: Yes the service was rude and not friendly and kept pushing my reservation back hours but yet letting other guests check in
Pros: Friendly staff, Great breakfast
Cons: Hallway needed sprucing - looked a bit seedy
Pros: The front desk staff & the staff at breakfast were friendly, engaging & willing to help with anything.
Cons: There was construction noise & dust & the hallways & rooms were not as clean as I usually encounter when traveling.
Pros: The hotel staffs were friendly.
Cons: The rooms were absolutely horrendous. The shower curtain was terrible, the room was smelly, the AC was loud. I would not recommend this.

desk in room was sticky, like someone spilled soda on it

Pros: The staff were wonderful! Helpful, informative, and very sweet and friendly! We will definitley be coming back on our next trip in that area!
Pros: The staff were extremely helpful. Kayak never sent my booking to them. So there were a few check in issues. The desk guy was extremely helpful and checked me in with only having my email confirmation.
I had gotten a six pack and beer that weren't twist off bottles. I called the front desk and they let me borrow the hotels bottle opener for the night.
There is gated parking.
The gas station a few blocks away was the cheapest I saw in town.
Cons: I didn't have any issues here.
Pros: It was very clean and comfortable

Pros: The complementary full breakfast is outstanding and one of the key reasons we have stayed their repeatedly. I encouraged others in the 800+ persons competition to stay here. The free shuttle to the Gaylord CC is fantastic. Firgerator & microwave in room was great. Staff mostly was helpful.
Cons: On last day stay no sausage on Mondays breakfast following long Thanksgiving weekend. Comfort Inn Driver to Gaylord CC on Monday repeatedly complained he had to come in on his "day off". Thus he didn't open the doors, open or help load luggage in to the van. And this was the time I hand 2 awkward bags. YET he did help on previous trips. I was his only passenger too! He just sat in his van at pick up and delivery! I gave him a $2 tip because I DID appreciate the transportation.
As a small business owner for 32 years "consistent service is paramount. Yet helpful customer service needs to be extended to the end and ALWAYS.
Pros: The location was convenient to downtown Washington DC, and the desk staff was very positive and cheerful.
Cons: The room was lightly cleaned, when it needed a complete scrub-down. There is mildew on the fire-sprinkler head, and the paint looks like a lowest-bidder job. The A/C unit sounded like an idling truck. I was given a room at check-in that had an unregistered guest in it -- maybe a "friend" of the housekeeping staff, since it's obvious their primary effort isn't cleaning rooms.

Pros: Good environment nice people just a good overall experience
Cons: No complaints
Cons: didn't like the hotel atmosphere, the room was very dirty I had to go buy Lysol and cleaner to clean the room properly the toilet was dirty and the shower was dirty, the room smelled really horrible like cigarette smoke, the carpet in the hallway and the room was really soiled and smelled awfully musty I was afraid to take off my shoes but it was so late in the night and I couldn't get my money back at that point so I had to sleep in my clothes with the lights on. This was a horrible experience so I don't know if I will ever use kayak anymore the rating didn't match with the amount of money that I paid for the room!!!!!
Pros: The staff was friendly and professional. Hotel was clean and well worth the value for the money. Highway was close by and places to eat and gas up were close as well. If in the area again, I will be sure to stay here again!
Pros: The staff were very polite and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and looked beautiful. We love the pool area and how they had a fitness area too. We would definitely come there again if we were doing another trip to Washington d.c. We also like that it wasn't far from the capital either.

Pros: Location to Joint Base Andrews
