I waited 5 hrs for the vehicle that I had confirmed I received it e keys at 3 I was supposed to have it at 10 They were not prepared. 300 Al though my rep Marcus worked until 3 , helping me every step of the way, …. 5 hrs?? They charged me starting at 1 pm and I was sitting with him in the oil changing shop! Mgr never called back to apologize or to change the time to 3:00
