Extremely helpful staff , clean hotel.
Pros (+) Nothing. Will never go back. Been there three separate occasions and this was by far the worst one.
Cons (-) Evening staff was terrible. Horrific customer service. Blinds didn’t operate in the room.
Pros (+) To be fair I'm a Marriott person and the Walnut Creek Marriott was full. This hotel isn't bad at all, it's just not the Marriott! ; ). Clean and kept, just if you are a light sleeper, make sure you don't get a room facing the freeway.
