Cons: Car window cracked while driving on feeeway. Don't suggest Altima.

Cons: Reserved full size car. They only had a very small Chevy with 30000 miles. Told me they rented the full size cars earlier in the day even though I had reservations. Car was dirty, hadn't been cleaned and was not full of gas. They told me to take it or leave it. Also charged $200 security deposit. I always rent from Hertz and have never had a problem. I won't rent from then again.

Pros: The people at Hertz they were very friendly and courteous. They helped us very quickly to pick up and drop off.

A Pleasure to be Served
Pros: Excellent service; sincerely friendly, helpful, especially when dealing with logistics regarding my car.
Cons: No information regarding gas-tank access: I couldn't get the gas cap off on the Dodge Caravan I was renting. First I looked for a release inside the van--none-- then tried to remove the cap as is. All my strength couldn't release it. I tried calling the manager's number--answering machine--tried again to release the cap. Finally, after 3-4 tries the pressure lessened and the cap released. Rest of the day- great!

Fast and Easy
Pros: Car was booked and ready at the price quoted by kayak
Cons: Lost damage waiver was 11.00 at the counter instead of 9.00
Pros: I'm 21 years old and when my radiator abruptly cracked midweek, I panicked -- I had no feasible means of transit to get to school and work. They rent to people under 25 for a very minor fee! I was shocked by how little I had to pay, and they made every step of the process painless. I had such a fantastic experience with them: they were trustworthy, listened to me, and tried to save my money (he was straight-up about how much additional services would cost and did not try to sell anything to me). He even marked the quarter-tank of gas left in the tank as "empty" on the paperwork so I wouldn't have to spend money to refill it. PHENOMENAL experience and I don't know what I would have done without them!

Pros: Easy rental, great car, friendly customer service.
The online reservation process was easy. I arrived at Enterprise early, assuming paperwork and other logistics would take some time. Five minutes later I was confirmed and informed I'd have to wait a bit for my car which had not yet arrived. Another five minutes and I was offered a free upgrade to a larger—and what turned out to be better—vehicle for my weeklong trip.
I did not experience any issues with the vehicle and did not require any assistance during my trip.
An hour before the reservation was due to end, I called to see if there was a possibility of extending by one day. Again, not even five minutes later, the reservation was confirmed.
Returning the car was easy and I was even offered a ride to my next destination. Carless, the offer was much appreciated.

Good customer service-however trouble with pick up
Pros: The customer service agent Brendan was very good. I had rented with him before. I would recommend this location despite the problems we had with the car being ready. The car we rented was a pleasure to drive.
Cons: Car wasn't ready for pick up even though I had confirmed it on the weekend prior. As a result, I had to wait for the car to arrive from a different location. Having said that though, the car arrived quickly, and I was checked out very rapidly.
Pros: I had the available to have a car but that is it.
Cons: The care rented was a Truck that was burning oil it smelled horrible
the tires were old. As we did the drop off we had to go up stairs because we rented the car from Concord with a drop off at SFO airport paperwork was not done correctly for that and I paid way too much money for this car I am extremely disappointed. Plus I took the $30 insurance coverage. I actually drove to San Fran parked the car at my son's and took uber around because the smell was bad. I am a travel agent from OKT --33644332 I would appreciate some type of compinsation in this matter .Plus the fact that your counter help seem some what displaced in providing information. Thank you kindly.
