We liked the layout of the hotel how it was open and everything was in one building also the glass elevator. the staff was over all friendly.
When we arrived they first put us in a room where the thermostate was broken and a panel was off and against the wall. When we called the guest services first said they would send someone up to fix it an hour passed and we were freezing so I called back and they didn't even remember I called than they sent up someone with new keys for us to a different room this guy was the electrician and knew the system was broken. The bathroom did not have a fan so the bathroom filled up with steam when you took a shower Than the elevator was dirty and the pool was freezing cold and the hot tub had chunks of hair and dead skin along with other things floating in the water. The room service and breakfast both made me and my boyfriend sick. We definitely will not be returning.
Room was huge and very comfortable. I would stay again without a doubt.

The rooms where big and clean. The continental breakfast was excellent and had good variety.
I loved that When i told them my Finance was the day of our stay, not only did all the front desk know about it and wished her a happy bday. They went the extra mile by giving her a card, balloons, and chocolate cover fruit. It made her super happy. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!!!

The hotel is very nice, more like a luxury hotel than an extended stay. The breakfast bar is really really good. Probably one of the cleaner hotels I have stayed in. I got the room for 145, which was an absolute bargain IMO. Great place, very professional staff.
Not much the hotel can do about it, but if you are sleeping in the front room of the suite, it is very loud when the other guests close their doors. The manager should test it out sometime. Maybe put door closers to prevent unintentional slamming?
Easy to reach, good parking, spacious, quiet room, very good breakfast offering.
Staff was not welcoming, seemed rather bored. Hotel lobby was not clean, and the carpeted stairs to the mezzanine level were dirty when I arrived, and still dirty on checkout the next morning. Not expected for a Hilton property.
While staying two nights we had need of the business center to print flight tickets and 2 out of 3 computers were not working which led a back up of guests needing the computers. One belligerent guest would not allow us even to request when he would be finished so we could use it and proceeded to push me out of the room. After approaching the front desk into this matter they checked into it but he had already left. I've worked in a NYC hotel in Times Square for over 20 years and even I hadn't encountered this situation. You might need to look into keeping this up to date since it is now becoming more prevalent and almost necessary to keep the web and wifi in working order.
Suite was great for family of three. Good breakfast.
Very nice room, plenty of space. Given the type of room I was promised when I reserved (doesn't always happen). Very decent fitness room, somewhat small but clean and reasonably equipped. Nice indoor pool and hot tub, seemed clean and well stocked with chairs, towels, etc. Hotel is very close to Mass Pike and 95, so well situated if you have to cover the Boston area. Nice bar area, good selection of draft beers, seemed well stocked for cocktails and wines as well.
There was a huge swarm of teen-aged kids in the hotel the day I checked out. They were everywhere, seemed to be using the elevators for the thrill of it. The elevators were so clogged I ended up walking six flights with my luggage to avoid being late. They also hit the breakfast buffet like army ants. The room was like a teeming, milling scrum. The staff seemed to be doing their best to keep things moving, restocking, and cleaning up, but it was mission impossible.
It's a refreshing place to stay for family visiting Boston....
We stayed here while visiting Boston and it was not a bad drive to Boston. Nice spacious clean room. Pool area seemed nice. Love that they offer free snacks and drinks in the evening. The bar/lounge area very nice. Complementary breakfast was amazing and so many items to choose! If you left hungry then that's your fault. Will be staying again! It looks like a romantic place to stay but there was a lot of families with young kids running around and around. The parents wouldn't correct and I never saw the staff say anything.
When I checked in all I was told was "checking in? Last name, I will need picture id and credit to hold in case of any incidents " I sit down to check my checking account and they had held $50.00 on my account which at check in I was never told an amount was being held, I took it as to have on file in case there was an incident. The amount of kids was crazy and that the parents let them run and scream up and down the halls and touch food with their fingers where the hotel was giving away complimentary snacks but there was no staff at the area to watch or say anything they were just trying to keeping up with re stocking food. One child was running and ran into a man carrying two cups of coffee luckily he recovered it and didn't spill.
The staff was not very helpful. There was a person who was "in training" working the front desk alone. He didn't seem like he'd had enough training and really didn't know how to do things. I felt badly for him, but also feel the hotel was irresponsible leaving him to do things he isn't fully trained for.
Not much this stay!
Why are kids the way they are, because parents suck! Kids unattended in the pool and hot tub, running and screaming throughout the hotel, attacking the manager's social with hands and eating everything in site. All while the hotel does nothing about any if it! Couldn't sleep because of the screaming kids outside my room, couldn't get my expensive meal because of the utter chaos during the managers social! I had to tell an adult to use the tongs supplied to take food!
