Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, the friendliness of the staff. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, including stained mattresses and unclean rooms. The pool was frequently mentioned as being closed or under maintenance, causing disappointment for guests who booked specifically for this amenity. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it basic or lacking options, while others enjoyed it. Service experiences varied, with some guests encountering helpful staff, but others reported negative interactions, especially with management. Overall, while the location and occasional positive staff interactions stood out, recurring problems with cleanliness, pool availability, and inconsistent service were common concerns.AI-Generated from customer reviews
