Pros:
Since our reservation booked us at a non existent location, the nearby Enterptise took us in quickly and upgraded our rental car.Cons:
Kayak booked us at an Enterprise that had closed/did not exist anymore. It was challenging with our 6 month old, but eventually worked out.2.8 Poor

Cons:
West MLB didn't end up the place I rented the car. MLB airport wasn't of any help...he just said for me to take a cab and go to the other enterprise.....finally get a car.....NOT clean , car is dirty, NO GAS...too pushy , didn't listen., had to cab from hotel to pick up car....isn't it advertised they will go anywhere to pick u up? Hmmm NEVER again.7.6 Good

Pros:
The guy in Melbourne was not customer friendly. Couldn't give me an idea where the car was in the mall parking lot. The parking lot couldn't find the car and finally said he couldn't speak English. I wandered around a mall parking lot for 15 minutes pushing the lock door button to hear a chirp.Cons:
The car was dirty and dusty. Had paint left off the rear driver window. Was left off from an auction???10.0 Wonderful

I tried calling multiple locations to exchange my rental for another one because I had a nail in the tire and other problems and no one answered nor anyone called me back, 1 location was the wrong number, please have your locations update their locations and phone numbers. Picking up my rental was not clean and smelled like smoke and dog.9.2 Wonderful

No warnings about the frequent unexpected and unannounced tolls we would encounter. No cruise control. Cheaply made car interior, but for the price it was fine.10.0 Wonderful
