Our tv didn’t work! The beds were hard! And the phone didn’t work and the roads to get around the hotel where to bumpy to many potholes
I had an issue with my TV and the manager came to fix it quickly. The staff in general was very friendly. I just think they needed more staff.
To go anywhere from the hotel was an issue because you had to turn right and travel 3 to 5 miles in the wrong direction because the location is on a one way street. Next the pool was always over crowded by local kids (not renting at the hotel) and they were rude all under 12 years of age with absolutely no parents or adult supervision. Paying customers couldn't use the pool without being harassed. And staff didn't make the kids leave. Only stated couldn't lock the pool cause the keycard board was broken. Towels were always "in the laundry and once out we will bring you some" but they never brought them.
Everything. My familt enjoyed there stay very peacful
Nothing everything was great
The property seemed to have a lot of drug deals going on. I was worried about my safety.
Loud (felt like the hotel was literally ON the highway). Light outside - like daytime (probably because it was a sketchy area). Total disarray. Not clean. Cigarette burns on sheets. Noisy neighbors. "Continental breakfast" is a joke.
