Pros: Extremely well maintained facilities, friendly staff. Perfectly clean.
Cons: It's not fancy. The gravy for the biscuits and gravy was a bit cold.
Pros: This motel was fantastic. The room was clean with homey touches like area rugs and decorative pillows on the bed. There were even two pairs of slippers for us! The only staff we met was Allen, who worked the front desk and cooked the breakfast. He is friendly and made us feel welcome. I thought this motel had the feel of a four-star place; it was that nice. We have reason to go to Memphis in September and will definitely return to Knights Inn. It more than met our expectations.
Pros: friendly staff, clean room and a very comfortable bed.
Pros: The breakfast was delicious. The owner was helpful. Very clean.
Pros: It was the breakfast that took it over the top. I've never seen a hotel have made to order eggs, pancakes, and waffles. Pretty impressive there and also very clean facilities and welcoming staff.
Cons: I had no complaints actually. They were spot on. They even remembered our names in the morning when we showed up in the lobby.
Pros: Great room ,clean ,large TV ,Jacuzzi tub, beautiful decor.
Pros: Do not assume this is any old Knights Inn, this place is uniquely incredible.
Traveling across country several times, the rate for this hotel room to the absolute fantastic quality of the rooms is unbelievable. The place is a hidden gem for visiting Memphis, and is a must for travelers coming through to Memphis.
A quick commute easily puts you in downtown, and there is ready access to gas stations and other amenities near by.
The beds and furnishings are a fantastic quality, and the cleanliness is top notch.
Pros: Decent value for money, clean/comfortable room
Cons: Difficult to find even with GPS, front desk guy was less than warm
Pros: Everything! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was beyond wonderful, from complementary house slippers, to premium oatmeal based soaps, and body care items, they even supplied pre-loaded sealed toothbrushes! The breakfast was made to order, everything from individually made omelets, to fresh fruits, sausages, cereal, you name it! We will absolutely stay there again.
Pros: We liked the guy who made the eggggssss. The towels were good for lettuce. The ready brush toothbrushes were sublime.
Cons: That the bacon was $135. Also the papaya trees may not have been the best choice for room decor. The air conditioner was also confusing.
Pros: Manger and staff very friendly. Nice towels!
Our Hotel has a Beautiful Outdoor pool, we provide Free High Speed Wireless Internet, Complimentary breakfast, refrigerator and microwave in all rooms and guest laundry, we are located less than a quarter mile from the Southland Park Gaming and Racing Casino, and 7 miles from Downtown Memphis.
Pros: It was clean and comfortable. I'm not sure how long that will last but right now it's fine. The Continental breakfast was just cereal and muffins. The staff was friendly though.
Cons: First room's key didn't work for some reason so I had to go get another one, so he just gave me another room instead. Not a big deal though.
Pros: Good location if you want to go gambling.
Cons: Strong perfume or fragrance smell.
Pros: Very good value for the money, included a small continental breakfast, right of the interstate which is great for driving cross country
Cons: Hard to find, most GPS will take you down Ingram, but it is actually on the Ingram extender. Staff were decent, but humorless, nothing but bare minimum of interaction encouraged, which is fine.
Homegate Inn and Suites puts you within a 15-minute drive of Fire Museum of Memphis and Orpheum Theatre. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast available daily. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons: It was not luxury at all. If it had not been for it being handicap accessible I would have rather spent the money getting two rooms at the Ramada or Claron. The furniture was beat up & worn. I was shocked to see Comfort Suites look like & feel this way.
Pros: The staff was very friendly...even gave my two waters for free when I didn't have cash to pay, just debit for the $2 charge! Rooms were nice and everything was clean. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate.
Pros: The breakfast buffet was excellent and the breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful! It made waking up a treat. I enjoyed having a queen size bed since I had to share it with my sister. The bed and beddings were very comfortable.
Cons: The water pressure in the shower wasn't very good and when the shower steamed the bathroom mirror you could see that it had not been cleaned as there were people's names clearly written on the mirrors, so it made me wonder just how clean the bathroom was?
Pros: It was a wonderful place to stay while we were in town for a family funeral. The breakfast was great and the hotel was close to the places we needed to go to.
Pros: I like the location and the friendliness of the staff and also the guest. The room was very clean. And really enjoyed the breakfast every morning.
Cons: I didn't like the noise over my head and next door to me with the other guest. It was alot of children running in the hallway. And alot of bumping on the wall and ceiling from the other guest.
I recommend it.
Pros: I liked the size and layout of the room, and the lobby - breakfast area. Staff was great.
Cons: Sofa needed a cleaning. Location was good, but with all the construction I missed my exit. Had to stop for directions, was directed back through a very iffy area!

Pros: I do like that the hotel was clean, no complaints about the rooms themselves. The price was also very reasonable.
Cons: The area was not the best. When you walk into the lobby they have glass between you and the person behind the counter. They also had it setup so they could lock the door and you could talk to them through a window, like at a gas station when you're in a shady area at night. It did not give me the feeling of safety to say the least.
When you stay at New Hampshire Inn, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Fire Museum of Memphis and Orpheum Theatre. Free perks include WiFi and self parking. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: Comfortable beds. Nice free breakfast. Pool not uncovered yet (March).
Cons: Fitness room too hot, older running machine creaked.
Pros: Two things , 1 we waited in the loby for 45 min , for kayak to upload. 2 this was a motel ... It's been walled off and redone into a hotel. The doors and general layout suck & so does the general fit and Finish. Breakfast was nice and the room was clean. Staff was real nice.
Cons: Food was bland. Bed was not comfortable. Was worried about the car.
Pros: Desk personnel were helpful and friendly. The person who checked us in was instrumental in helping us fix a reservation mix-up that was not the fault of the Ramada. Breakfast hostess was hospitable. Selections were sufficient. We'd stay there again for an overnight.
Cons: Some noise in the hall late at night which was not the fault of the Ramada. Coffee was lacking in flavor.
Place was a little hard to find using the address in our GPS, so I'd recommend getting the most convenient exit number from the hotel's website or with a phone call.
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: Desperately needed an update. I'm 6'0" tall and had to buckle at the knees to get under the shower head. This felt more like a budget inn than a typical ramada. Location was difficult to get in and out of. Only interaction with staff was checking in. She had her 2 kids running around in the lobby. Not professional at all. Could have had the same experience at a knights inn
Pros: My friend and i were socializing in Memphis, and i remembered when we stayed at the Ramada once before...we did notice on this stay an upgrade...the stairs are not outside anymore...they are closed in, and we felt safe..Good Job on that!!!
Cons: We will visit again for sure.
Cons: Room was in great need of remodeling.
Pros: Close proximity to Graceland.
Cons: No hot water for shower or sink.
Pros: I was driving through Memphis so the location is perfect so I did not have to take a detour. The bed was comfy and clean.
Cons: The room was very dirty, we found a hair band that wasn't ours. The bathroom smelled bad and the carpet seemed that hadn't been vaccumed for a while. On top of that the staff didn't seemed to like to help with simple questions like changing the payment form. You should better pay like 10 more bucks and spend your night in a way better hotel.
Pros: Registration staff was good. Room was average clean, but could not make it dark for sleeping. Breakfast was ok.
Cons: Impossible to get room dark enough to sleep. Oddly, the room had a large picture window looking out into brightly lit hallway. Light seeped in all night. Woke up to use bathroom during the night and discovered the entire bathroom floor was covered with water. A bad way to wake up. Appeared to be a leak in the toilet somewhere. Breakfast was OK, but biscuits were very hard. Would not recommend.

Pros: I slept very well. My (adult) son and I were both well satisfied with the accommodation for an overnight stay on the way to my grandson's graduation in New Orleans.
We enjoyed the coffee and breakfast, and continued on our travels.
Cons: My son took care of notifying the staff - late in the evening, as we arrived between 9 and 10 p.m., of small things that did not work as they should, and the staff took care of these things immediately.
Pros: Our reserved no smoking room was cancelled. they called us to let us know about it
Cons: As our no smoking room got cancelled we have to take a no smoking room. Had to take it coz we dont want any hassle to call expedia. And it was 9pm already. Cant sleep that night coz of the smoke smell
Pros: Not the nicest Super 8 we have stayed at, but it was still a good value for the cost. Clean and they even have waffles and cereal available for breakfast (which my kids were happy about). The beds were comfortable, but one pillow was really hard and one was soft.
Cons: This Super 8 is an older hotel so it isn't as nice as some of the newer Super 8s I have stayed in. The hallways smelled like smoke (but our room didn't).
Cons: Dirty. Outdated. Musty smell. Pictures very misleading.
Pros: The room was clean and bright and had everything I needed for my stay. I am relocating for work and this was a perfect waystation. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The WiFi connection was not great.

We offer free continental breakfast, wireless high speed internet access. The property is close to all major attractions in the Memphis Area. See you along the way. Reservations made within 24 hours from 6pm of the date of check in can not be canceled.
Pros: The hotel was recently remodeled. The beds are comfy and the showers was hot.
Cons: The hotel is located in a pretty sketchy area. While at the hotel there was an abundance of drug activity. And the smell of marijuana was constant. On one of the nights some of the guest got into a verbal/physical altercation early in the morning.
Pros: Staff was friendly, cheap rate
Cons: Everything else. Dirty room, damp carpet, hairs on the bed and in the shower, TV had some sort of goo on the screen, bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the room smelled bad.
Pros: The only good thing is that the shower was hot, the stuff friendly.
Cons: The carpet had disgusting stains on it that looked like somebody got killed in there. The beds were dirty. The tv was covered in dust. The door didn't close completely. It's super load (which was totally fine with me). So if you only want to stay for a night and just want to sleep and then leave immediately than you can pick this hotel.
Motel 6 West Memphis Arkansas is located near Beale Street District, National Civil Rights Museum, and a short drive to Graceland or the Memphis Zoo. WiFi available in all guest rooms for $2.99 per 24 hours, an outdoor pool open Memorial - Labor Day.
Cons: Hallways and elevators were down right scary. Dark, sticky and dirty. Our room had waht appeared to be blood on the curtain, crusty white stains on the dirty carpet, I even found a needle on the floor. Mold around the windows, the shower curtin was ripped and had black smears on it. The pool was 10x smaller than the picture online and all of the fun bar/restaraunt activites were bull because the restaraunt is closed down which is NOT mentioned anywere in the listing. Do NOT stay here!
Pros: Nothing! Very bad.
Cons: Very dirty, the air conditioned didn't work in our room. We found blood stains, not from us, on our blankets and a bug on the pillow. I am usually understanding and the last to complain, but this was awful.
Pros: Small indoor pool, and outdoor pool. Attached Bar has great staff, good prices, spacious, and has events like karaoke on certain days. Nice size rooms with mini fridge and comfy bed.
Cons: Not in the best location, but transportation to downtown Memphis and Beale St. is only about $5 a person flat rate.

Pros: I like the fact they are trying to remodel and make it nicer. But it was loud. I understand traffic noise but all the other guest was extremely loud and I believe some illegal activity. When we were leaving 4 employees stopped to ask us what rooms we were
Cons: The pillow had a brown stain on it. The rooms was very dusty like it wasn't even swept or mopped. Both my husband and slept in our clothes and did not even shower. Maybe 4 hours of sleep was all we were able to get.
Pros: Price and location
Cons: Older building, in definite need of repair. Paint peeling, had appearance of mold in bathroom, no hot water. Smoking room next door, smoked smells came through vents. Room had s musty smell and feel like a recent flood had happened.
Cons: The staff were rude and uninviting!! Breakfast was cereal and you might get a waffle, and the syrup was a bottle bought at a local convenient store and shared by everyone who ate.
Pros: It was next to the Waffle House and highway
Cons: Poor customer service didn't have any clean towels the tub was dirty
Pros: It had a bed.
Cons: Dirty, smelled kinda weird. The dude staffing the front desk was pretty rude and unhelpful. Please note that my standards are exceptionally low. I generally just look for a place to lay my head during cross-country drives.
Cons: So loud!!
Pros: Checking out!
Cons: Dirty torn curtains, very dark poorly lit parking lots, paint peeling off walls and ceilings, ac/heater grill broken & hanging off. Fire hazard!!! Potholes in the parking lot. Transients crowding the coffee pot in the morning talking & cursing loudly.
Pros: Not one thing
Cons: Room smelled heavily of air freshener. Asks for a different room. They gave us one, but it stunk of something else. Stayed in the first.
Pros: Location and price.
Cons: My non smoking room smelled like smoke. The towels had stains on them. There was only one ice machine, and it was broken.
Pros: There was nothing good to say about hotel but dirty place to stay.
Cons: When I turned on shower water was running brown color just plain dirty never stay there again!!!!
Pros: Hotel is a scam and kept our money
Motel 6 West Memphis, AR is located near many shops and dining. FedEx Forum and AutoZone park are within 9 miles. This property offers free wi-fi and micro-fridges in all modern guestrooms. Truck parking available.
Pros: The first room we where in the toilet did not work. The front desk was nice enough to move us with no problem.
Cons: We did not have any face towels in our room.
Pros: It is easy to access, although not right along the freeway, and therefore.it was relatively quiet. The staff and pleasant, and there was no carbohydrate-heavy/zero protein breakfast. The coffee was fairly good and the price was acceptable.
Pros: The location.
Cons: Yes. We did not receive what was advertised.
Cons: The first room they gave me had no working lights. One a couple lights worked in the second room. The floor was filthy and their was a strong smell of mildew. Everything had a layer of grime. The staff in the morning was rude.
Pros: the location
Cons: spiders in room, one child had a bite. people on top floor was screaming at4 in the morning.no coffee pot or blow dryer in rooms.a staff member told us the beds were only changed tweice a week regardless
Pros: Staff very friendly and efficient.
Cons: Overwhelming smoke smell of the room. I am non-smoker. I have had smoking rooms in the past (as non-smoking unavailable) but they did not smell this bad. We have always enjoyed our stay here in the past - but we ended up driving home & not sleeping there.
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly! The shower worked, and the place was bug free!
Pros: I had to cancel my trip. When I tried to notify Priceline they are all a$$ho!es. The staff at the hotel were helpful... over the phone. I didn't actually go to this hotel.
This is one of the poorest motels we have stayed in in many years.
Cons: Dirty noisey,
train noise, other clientele noise, banging doors and revving engines
Pros: I liked nothing about this hotel.
Cons: very noisy, no shampoo, lopsided bed with deep dip in the sleeping area, only 3 pillows on king bed - most places offer 4 - coffee but no cream in the morning

Cons: Internet was slow!! Not much point in free wifi if you can't use it Also didn't really like there was no smoking and that the lobby closes
Pros: Location was easy in and out of Memphis
Cons: check in staff were behind glass, we couldn't enter thru the lobby but had to enter thru the side door which was NOT secured. You didn't even have to use your room key to access the building. Didn't feel safe at all. NOT a 2.5 star hotel. more like 1.
Cons: This was not a 2 1/2 star hotel
Pros: Nice room w fridge and well furnished Staff very helpful
Cons: Free breakfast not great
Cons: The check out went horrible, the clerk yelled at me and called me a liar in front of my children. I will never stay at a best western again.
Pros: The AC was cold !!!!
Cons: Person at the desk was very unhappy we booked online .... Was not helpful at all ....
Cons: The room wasn't the one I reserved and it smelled horrible of cigarette smoke and I got charged more when I got there because I wasn't given the option to choose more people
Pros: Nice room. Clean.
Cons: Absolutely no effort to clear the parking lot or sidewalks of snow and ice. Walkways were ice covered right up to the door. Hotel is hidden behind a huge truck stop. GPS couldn't find it.
Excellent stopover place when traveling through Memphis area.
Pros: Room nice and owners/staff were extremely nice and made me feel welcome.
Located directly off of Interstates 40 and 55, this charming West Memphis, Arkansas hotel offers a convenient location near Beale Street, Graceland, and 5 minutes from downtown Memphis. Guests love that this hotel is walking distance next door to the Denny's Restaurant open 24 hours. Also next door at the Flying J truck stop, parking is available for long vehicle, trucks, and trailers.
Cons: The room had a strange odor to it when you walked in. The air was off and it took awhile to cool down. There was a spider about 3 inches in diameter in the bathroom. That wouldn't die, no matter how many times you smacked it. It took a lot of self control not to freak out and leave immediately. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets had burn holes in them. The hotel room was very dingy, and there was a big gap between the door frame and the door. It is no wonder there were bugs in there.
Cons: Whole place was awful. If we were not on a tight schedule we would have looked elsewhere. I will not recommend any americas best value to anyone, even if you have better ones I would not. Get rid of this one with your name on it.
