Cons: I was not aware I needed my insurance card. It was not required at other car rentals. It took time to contact my insurance company to get the information. The biggest issue was the car was not cleaned. There were food crumbs all over the dash and console, windows dirty, etc. THE SMOKE SMELL WAS TERRIBLE.When I brought it back 5 days later it still stank.

Pros: the vehicle was nice and comfortable. The people wasn't too friendly
Cons: Okay, my insurance rented me a vehicle there because mine was totaled. I wind up paying for the last week with my debit card. I turned the vehicle in on time with no problems or issues. I go back to rent again a day later and Enterprise ran me thru so problem because I didn't have a bill to show them. They would not let me rent again. I think that was rather petty and I think racism had a part to play in this too. My bank account was still good and I was using the bank issued debit card so why run me thru all of the red-tape ...

Cons: you price said $150 and I was charged almost double. The car's key did not work and they wanted to charge me to change cars, The windows were filthy. Won't be using Kayak

Cons: I had requested a rental at the airport. Went to the airport desk and was told I was at the wrong location. I asked if I could rent at this location and was told they didn't rent to walk ups. I could not get reception on my cell phone to call enterprise to make a new reservation. The lady behind The desk did not wish to assist me. So we rented from another company at the airport.
Cons: We reserved a mini van around 10 days prior to pickup. We received a phone call the day before asking if we had to have a mini van, if we would want a Ford Explorer instead. I said "no", we needed a minivan. We arrived at 8:30 the next morning, to start our family vacation by renting the minivan, and there was no minivan. The Avis employee said that there had been a glitch on KAYAK and on AVIS website that quoted a lower price on the minivans, therefore causing them all to be rented. There was no minivan there, even though they called me the night before asking me if I wanted something different, and I told them no. They again asked if I wanted an Explorer, and I told them "no" again. They didn't even have an Explorer on site to rent. After waiting for 20 minutes, nothing happened. No minivan, no Explorer, nothing. I called ENTERPRISE and reserved an minivan over the phone, which was DOUBLE the rate that KAYAK/AVIS quoted me, but it was available immediately. I still have received no explanation from KAYAK or AVIS. Probably wont use either of these companies again.

Avis/Kayak lost the reservation
Cons: Avis had sold out of cars, but had my reservation code allocated to another person. Only after 90 minutes did we rent from Payless next door, and still get an Avis car.
Avis was unable to resolve the situation as nobody could figure out how to bypass the computer system to give us a car. The reservation code had my email and info, but was given to another driver. Yet, they couldn't give me a car. Mindless drones that were not empowered to make a decision for a customer.

2017 Jeep Renegade
Pros: Whole process was smooth and inexpensive compared to other companies.
Cons: Jeep was cleaned last minute, so it wasn't up to par.
Cons: The lie they tell about having what you reserved when paying in advance. The rudeness of the staff. The wait time for picking up our vehicle and the hassle dropping it off. They dont have a problem taking our money. The amount of money that customers pay they should have excellent customer service. We keeping them employed. I paid 500 dollars for nothing but hassle.
