Cons. We went to check in and the air conditioning didn’t work in the building. There was only one person to check people in on a Saturday. She was answering the phone. There was three three people ahead of us. Two of the people ahead of us was letting the lady know up front the air didn’t work in the room. We couldn’t stay at a hotel with no air so we left.
Pros. The check-in was easy, no hassle. The staff was friendly. They had an indoor pool and a bar and grill restaurant. We stayed here twice while we were traveling to and from our destination. The second time our original room did not have a working A/C. We simply went to the front desk and explained it and they switched our room, no problem. They definitely made it easy on us weary travelers.
Cons. They have a strict no pets rule, but it is written in their description.
Pros. The bed lol
Cons. Too pricey for what it was, was told there'd be amenities we didn't have, water pressure and wifi not great... nice room, not the best amenities...
Pros. They had a decent breakfast spread
Cons. Hallways and elevators were down right scary. Dark, sticky and dirty. Our room had waht appeared to be blood on the curtain, crusty white stains on the dirty carpet, I even found a needle on the floor. Mold around the windows, the shower curtin was ripped and had black smears on it. The pool was 10x smaller than the picture online and all of the fun bar/restaraunt activites were bull because the restaraunt is closed down which is NOT mentioned anywere in the listing. Do NOT stay here!
Pros. Nothing! Very bad.
Cons. Very dirty, the air conditioned didn't work in our room. We found blood stains, not from us, on our blankets and a bug on the pillow. I am usually understanding and the last to complain, but this was awful.
Pros. Small indoor pool, and outdoor pool. Attached Bar has great staff, good prices, spacious, and has events like karaoke on certain days. Nice size rooms with mini fridge and comfy bed.
Cons. Not in the best location, but transportation to downtown Memphis and Beale St. is only about $5 a person flat rate.
