Pros (+) Decent, basic “suite” room, relatively quiet heating/ac unit.
Cons (-) My 2nd floor room smelled of mildew, the refrigerator had some sort of brown stain on the inside, couch stained.

Cons (-) although they said the hotel was non smoking we had people in the room next to us smoking. when we complained about the smoke we were told there was nothing they could do about it.

Pros (+) In general the quality of hotels in Williamsburg is very average. This hotel is no different. Cleaning staff are friendly and try hard but the entire building needs repairs and upgrades. Breakfast was decent but lacking in healthy options.
Cons (-) Front desk staff were less than welcoming. Room has very small TV, no channel guide and very uncomfortable chairs. WiFi is very slow and spotty. Hotel computers are so outdated and slow they're absolutely useless.
