Cons:Where to begin! 1. The room was filthy. The floor had not been vacuumed. There was debris by the bed. Specifically, dirt, a chewed up straw and a random pill were on the floor. 2. The light in the floor lamp was burned out. 3. There was a white, powder-like substance on the desk. 4. The desk chair was broken, as were the knobs on the cabinetry. 5. The bathroom counter was dirty and the faucet fixtures had not been wiped down from the previous guest. The same can be said if the toilet. A cursory “swab down” was done, but lifting the toilet seat revealed al kinds of nastiness. I literally left the hotel to use the restroom at a fast-food restaurant instead of the bathroom at the hotel. 6. Noise. It was very loud all night. The rooms open to an outdoor walkway, and people were walking up and down all night. The hotel can’t really control this, but don’t stay here unless you enjoy the sound of random car alarms and high-heels on concrete. The lone “bright spot” was that the bed seemed clean. I found it interesting that the pillows had “Holiday Inn” tags on them even though this is a Budgetel hotel. If this hotel were my only lodging option in the future, I would sooner sleep in my car. Oh yeah, the price was awful as well. Over $100 per night for this hovel.

Pros:Absolutely nothing.
Cons:People at front desk were rude, room was dirty, there was a hot tub in the room, sheets had stains on them. Way over priced. Ended up not even staying there it was so bad. It did not feel safe.
