Pros: We loved everything about it! The rooms the decor the dining and the staff. The location was superb and our favorite thing was the roof deck with fire pits and the hot tub.

Cons: Not a thing I did not like.
Pros: The room was small but beds/pillows excellent Their restaurant is the reason to stay there.
Cons: I thought the prices were a bit on the high side.

Pros: The staff were great. They didn't have the king bed we had reserved the night we got there, but were able to switch us to one the next day--needless to say the first night of our stay was rough and we couldn't sleep well because they gave away the bed we ordered, but the staff were very helpful.
Cons: It was clean, for the most part, but we did have a rat in the walls and ceiling of our room that kept scurrying around at night and woke us up a few times.
Cons: We stayed in Jackson at another hotel earlier in the week before our reservation at the Wort. We happened to eat at the grill restaurant in the hotel and the service was awful. Our server took our appetizer before we were finished and tried to take a half full drink of mine away. We didn't receive our entrees until an hour after we were seated with a 35 minute wait between the appetizer being taken away and the entree appearing. When we asked if our food was coming the staff was unhelpful though our food appeared shortly thereafter. I have no problem with a kitchen running behind or an order being forgotten, but it is not okay to not acknowledge the issue. They took 20% off our bill but given that the food was mediocre at best, we left very dissatisfied. We plan to come back to Jackson Hole but will not be returning to eat at the hotel, nor would we reccomend it.

I will definitely stay at the Alpine House the next time I visit Jackson, WY
Pros: I liked several things about the Alpine House. I was greeted by a friendly staff and briefed on the ammenities of the lodge, The room was clean and comfortable. Great location, walking distance to the town square and convient to the Teton Park.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and super helpful. The room was very nice and clean. Amenities were great.
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable. When I laid down, I could feel the springs of the mattress.
Pros: Comfy beds, location, breakfast included
Cons: Front desk staff rude, fire alarm middle of night
Pros: I thought the lodge was fine, but not luxurious for the price range. The staff were nice and polite. We stayed there during the power outage in July, The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful to the guests that night.
Cons: The breakfast was good, but would have been better to include more variety in the daily menu. I didn't think the pool was that great - it was not aesthetically appealing. For the price they charge per night, they could spruce up the pool area to be more comfortable and luxurious. It's probably fine for kids but didn't look like something most adults would want to go into.
Pros: It had the look and feel of a fancy lodge. The price was good for the value. The breakfasts were good, although a little repetitive.
Cons: The location wasn't bad but required a short drive to get to town or skiing.
Pros: Staff members were very friendly and helpful
Water & coffee in lobby
Cons: Breakfast eggs the same every morning.
we really spent very little time at the hotel
Pros: Appealing decor
Cons: Thirteen dollar well gin Martini's, slamming doors late at night, etc.

Pros: location, friendly staff, ambience, comfort of room, nice breakfast
Cons: the bathroom was too small
Pros: Excellent value. The little things like free cider daily. Bath robes
Pros: Located away from the bustle of the main road yet close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants on main street. Incredible value for a room in Jackson. Spacious, well-appointed and decorated room, parking right outside your room's back door! Two indoor hot tubs and a pool with heated floors were a very welcome relaxation after dinner and a few drinks at the end of a long icy day on a road trip.
Cons: Cold continental breakfast only. It was still good but adding at least one hot entree would make it 5 stars all around!
Pros: Location , and appearance
Cons: Noisy plumbing
Pros: Close to downtown area on a quiet sidestreet.
Cons: Cheaper, nicer hotel rooms can be had in NYC.
Extra person (>2) per night charge was excessive. Breakfast was minimalistic and does not justify the $20/night/person charge.
Pros: We were in Jackson during the slow April season and wanted a nice reasonably priced downtown location. Easy walk to all the downtown stores and restaurants. Not a glamorous place, but the rooms are a good size, although the bathroom is a little tight on space. A nice hot tub and pool area. Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: For the price, you won't get a better location and facility. If you are uncomfortable with outside door access, you may not want this location.
Pros: Free breakfast, two hot tubs and pool, free parking, close to downtown.
Cons: Walls are a little thin so you might hear the neighboring guests.
Pros: Friendly staff, huge rooms, new beds, gym, pool, wifi and walk to downtown...great value!
Pros: The hotel was recently updated and very comfortable. This place shouldn't be over looked. Short walk from downtown.
Cons: Very noisy rooms - poor insulation, lots of noise from breakfast area early in morning. Staff was very rude to me when I requested to be changed rooms.
Pros: This is a cozy place to stay in Jackson, across from a park and not far from the Town Square. It is reasonably priced but has full amenities like continental breakfast, pool and hot tub. A good value in a pricey market.
Located within a 10-minute walk of Jackson Hole Historical Society and Museum, Parkway Inn puts you near winter activities like downhill skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing. Guests who don't want to hit the slopes can take a dip in the indoor pool or visit the fitness center for a workout. A spa tub and a sauna are other highlights, and all rooms offer flat-screen TVs and designer toiletries. Skiers will appreciate access to ski storage.
Pros: The cabins are beautiful. They are comfortable and relaxing. The view from the deck of each cabin is great - you are looking out at the creek and the hills. The food is very good and the service is excellent. The bed was so comfortable! We didn't it, but they have a free shuttle service that will take you not town and pick you up. This is really great since parking in town is very limited.
Cons: I wish there was a gym there. Also, it would be nice if there was someone to take your bags to your room. But otherwise everything here is perfect.
Pros: The rooms were little cabins and it was fantastic, they were clean and spacious. The grounds were beautiful and the breakfast was fantastic. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Pros: Rustic Inn is a walk away from the center of the town, yet immerse in beautiful natural setting by the Snake River.
The food was great and the service was first class.
Pros: Facility, grounds, room, breakfast
Pros: The beds were comfortable and the room was right on the creek, which was peaceful. Staff was pleasant and the lobby was tastefully furnished.
Cons: Walls were very thin. We were wakened by our neighbors at 6:30 in the morning and heard them moving around and talking for the next hour. Our tv didn't work very well so the football game we were watching didn't have a very good picture. The suite was nicely furnished but was kind of dark.
Pros: The entire property is terrific and lovely! It is a romantic setting and the grounds are extremely well taken care of. It was an excellent experience staying there on two separate nights. On the first night, we all received upgrades to cabins but the rooms were just as nice as the cabins which we ended up staying in on the second night.
Cons: One of the machines in gym was not working and air conditioner could be a bit more reliable. It was hot and cold all night on the second night.
Pros: I loved everything about this place. The staff was friendly and bent over backwards to assist in any way they could. The location is excellent - close enough to be on the ski slopes in less than half an hour, but walking distance from Town Square. I loved the creekside cabins. It was very cozy, comfortable and warm. It was also quite unique and refreshing. The complimentary full breakfasts, transportation to/from the airport, to/from the ski resort, and the water and coffee in the room were all huge bonuses, and made traveling to Jackson Hole significantly easier and more enjoyable.
Cons: Not Applicable. I liked everything.

Pros: The lobby area is really nice, and has a great western feel. The overall check in process was quick and easy. The rooms a really nice, very comfortable beds, really nice bathrooms and have a very boutique feel. They even have heated tiles in the bathroom, which was really nice. The room was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The overall location is also really nice, just blocks from downtown Jackson, and only half a block to the bus stop that takes you to Teton Village. For the price I paid, compared to other hotels in Jackson, this place was the best of all worlds. Would definitely go back.
Cons: My only complaint, outside of the check in process, they front desk person seemed a bit confused and disorganized. She didn't seem to know what was happening with the shuttle, and had a hard time figuring out how to get us bus passes, which was part of the stay. I think it was just this one individual vs a system wide training problem.
Cons: Wonderful stay, extremely comfortable and cozy.
Pros: Room was clean, everything worked, staff was helpful, location was great.
Cons: Breakfast was not good, exterior access room was very loud. I suggest getting one of their interior access rooms or don't stay there.
Pros: The staff was very friendly. I needed to check in early and they were very nice and took my phone number to tell me when my room would be ready. The room was very nice with a kitchenette and separate TV room from the sleeping area.
Cons: They didn't actually call me to tell me when the room was ready after they said they would. I had to go back to ask. The elevator lobby to my floor was so narrow, the double stroller wouldn't fit through it. And when the housekeeping people needed to exit before I got on, there was nowhere for me to go.
Pros: 4th visit and it is great every time! Breakfast is also a wonderful bonus.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Pros: Great location, clean and warm room. Nice heated floors in Bathroom.
Comfortable beds with clean linens, plenty of hot water. Keurig coffee maker in room.
Cons: Why offer breakfast if it's not up to par with everything else? Basically a Days Inn type continental breakfast... powdered eggs, cold breads, etc. Would have preferred a pay breakfast with prepared food. Just a suggestion.
Cons: Drab carpets, room was o.k. Not worth the money

Cons: We were visiting Yellowstone Park, and the road to the south entrance was closed by the the Park Fire Command due to a fire. The hotel would not allow us to cancel, and we could not stay because we could not get there. The hotel could have been understanding instead of just taking a hard line. There are many hotels in Jackson Hole. We'll stay elsewhere next time.
Pros: They checked us in early even though our cabin was not ready early. They explained ammenities answered questions about the area and made us feel
Cons: A little pricey for only one night.
Pros: Stayed in the Settler's. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of room in the bath area. Great cookies!
Cons: Would like to have had a comfortable chair in the room to relax and catch a little reading or TV time in between activities.
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The dog in the lobby was the friendliest of all. The rooms were very clean and large. Many environmentally friendly touches without being obnoxious. Just a block off the square. Convenient to everything. And fresh cookies every day at 5 PM in the lobby. Served while they were still hot!
Cons: No king beds. Parking was limited but acceptable.
Pros: Nice sized, well appointed room. Well kept property.
Cons: No pool for over $200 a night. Jackson WY is overcrowded and overpriced.
Pros: Cabins were great and staff were very friendly. Very nice facility.
For a log-cabin experience in downtown Jackson Hole, Elk Country Inn fits the bill. Guests can walk 10 minutes to Jackson Town Square and the Jackson Hole Historical Society and Museum. Those who know their elk from their moose will want to visit the National Elk Refuge, a 5-minute drive away.
Pros: Due to an error on my part our reservation got messed up. Management fixed it for us with no penalty. Excellent service!
Pros: We had a great experience, super clean, affordable prices for mini bar stuff, staff was super accommodating, great location. Will stay again.
Cons: Parking was tight but we were in our new truck traveling from Idaho so it is a full size Ram 2500, she's a beast and can be hard to park anyways
Pros: The decor was beyond spacious was fantastically western. The staff was extremely hospitable. Once in the room we never left, it was that luxurious! The room had a soaking tub that was to die for! The room had two king beds and still plenty of room. It was also incredibly quiet. Amazing location just off "the square."
Cons: There was not one bad thing about this place!
Placing you just steps from Jackson Hole Historical Society and Museum, White Buffalo Club features a free ski shuttle. You can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant, or indulge in deep-tissue massages, body treatments, or aromatherapy. A rooftop terrace and a bar/lounge are other highlights, and rooms at this romantic hotel offer up nice touches like premium bedding and down comforters. Ski passes and storage are also available.
Pros: Not really any complaints about the facility, except for microscopic bathrooms. Barely usable by one person. No counter space.
Pros: The breakfast was ok.
Cons: Exorbitant price for a Hampton Inn - more than double what I had paid elsewhere. When I made the reservation, because of the price, I wrongfully assumed it would be something special. I was wrong. The room was small and cramped - smaller than any Hampton Inn room I had ever stayed in. Plus, after I arrived, I was told that I wouldn't receive Hilton Honors points because of how I booked the hotel.
Pros: The rooms are pretty soundproof and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is better than most similar hotel chains and is very convenient.
Cons: I thought it was pricey for a Hampton Inn. The only problem I had with the room was the heavy curtains only covered the edges of the window so when the sun came up there was no sleeping in.
Pros: very pleased with amenities, service and value...will definitely return
Pros: Everything was great! The breakfast every morning was delicious, I liked that there was free coffee available all day.
Cons: Not enough parking
Pros: The room was comfortable, great value, and excellent front desk and housekeeping staff.
Cons: Breakfast staff needs improvement!
Pros: Location good. Breakfast good. With an early booked reservation, we were placed in handicapped room with very uncomfortable mattress and small room. We like Hamptons because of the great comfort mattresses and when we were back in a few days we were given regular room with great mattresses. bIG difference! If booked at last minute I would understand. Reserved way ahead! Will definitely have ??? Next time
Cons: Being given handicapped room with uncomfortable mattress instead of regular room. Not much willingness from staff when questioned why.

The continental breakfast was fine. We really enjoyed the ready supper when we arrived tired on a Thursday night.
Pros: Location - across street from Cache Creek with geese and goslings and near the plaza with the antler arch and the western shoot-out nightly and interesting taverns and all.
Cons: Our room had no view. Hotel did not have wi-fi. The shower a bit clumsy to adjust and operate / drain on it was loose. The dryer was out of order while we were there. The beds were double instead of queen-size.
I think for the money there are better places in the Jackson area
Pros: Fireplace in the room was a really nice feature
Cons: Dishes in the dish washer were 'clean' but not so much there were crusty food particles on the silverware and 1 one of the coffee cups definitely had to be re-washed as well

Sensitively designed with a keen eye on embracing the wonders of the resort's surroundings, there has been a use of native materials and natural textures on a palette of butte and hide tones. With its floor-to-ceiling columns of Oklahoma sandstone.
Pros: Amazing views of the mountains right from the room, the outdoor hot tub was great in the 2 degree weather, and the wood burning stove in the room was great. Loved everything about it.
Pros: Everything about this property is first-rate. High-quality bedding, beautiful buildings, and a friendly staff. My favorite feature was the wood-burning fireplace, which the host offered to light for me. How many places allow a real fire indoors these days?
The overall experience is that you are an invited guest at the ranch of a friendly (and wealthy) relative. Loved it.
Cons: I had a downstairs unit, which allowed some of the "footstep" noise from above to disturb my sleep.
The parking lot is some distance from the farthest units, which are 4-room cabins. There are no covered walkways, so a rainy checkout is not fun.
Still, would choose this place again over a regular hotel!
Pros: There is no better view of the Teton Mountains. This was our fourth time staying at the Spring Creek Ranch. The staff is great. It is one of our favorite places in the Country. Jackson Hole has a lot of fun things to do.
Pros: We loved the location.
Cons: The room was dingy and the bed was old and saggy. That part was not good and was very disappointing. Otherwise we liked it.
Cons: Booking.com's initial quote did not include resort fee and local tax - no one likes surprises and deceiving practice.
Promised us a mountain view room and ended up with a pond view room.
Pros: Beautiful setting and good restaurant.
Cons: Very dated, noise from upstairs guests, and you should bring your own pillow.

Pros: Antique looking furniture, big comfortable bed, big bath tub, flat screen TV with multiple channels. Proximity to gas station.
Cons: Patio is open and right in front of parking lot. It's basically a chair outside. Water jets inthe bath tub doesn't work. Maybe mine was broken. Location - It's located on outskirts of Jackson, middle town has much better view and it has lots of other hotels in town.
Pros: Nice room, ample parking space, friendly staff.
For Jackson good vale for money.
Cons: When working at the little desk, it was difficult to pass and rearranging the furniture was a heavy job.
No breakfast, but we knew that when we booked.
Pros: Everything was ran and the fixtures were updated. Room had a upscale hotel feel.
Cons: You could hear other room's bathroom fans/room fans very loudly.
Pros: The room was very clean and had a kitchenette, which we weren't expecting. A very comfortable king-size bed. The office staff offered to let us print off our boarding passes, which was nice.
Cons: the only drawback was a noisy fan motor on the furnace. We are light sleepers and heard it rattle most of the night. We left very early in the morning but will call the motel to let them know.
Pros: Just had the basics. Was able to get my key and check in late. Just outside of town
Cons: There were vacancies everywhere in town, and plenty at the Elk Refuge Inn as well - and I find out after I book that they have a 2 WEEK cancellation requirement? Ridiculous
When you stay at Elk Refuge Inn, you'll be just a 5-minute drive from National Wildlife Art Museum and Jackson Hole Historical Society and Museum. Freebies like WiFi, self parking, and wired Internet are added perks, and guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, and snowboarding. Rooms feature conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: The staff are really nice and very accommodating and the location is within walking distance of everything in the downtown area. The room was very clean.
Cons: The room was extremely small and very warm, even with a window cracked open. We couldn't find where any heat was even turned on. The polyester sheets made it worse. When we mentioned the temperature to the owner, when he asked us how our stay was, his response was to say we were wrong, which was weird.
Pros: Cozy corner. Nice, fresh, comfortable!
Pros: Great service. Pleasantly surprise with quality. Rooms very homey
Pros: great location! good value.
Pros: Hot tub in the room. Great quiet location very close to downtown.
Cons: Swimming pool would be nice, limited space on property.
Pros: very spacious

Pros: Excellent value for the money
Clean and comfortable
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Older but nice facilities.
Cons: Some noise from other rooms but not as bad as others I've stayed in.

Pros: Nice large rooms very clean and polite staff.
Cons: Room wasn't made up 1 of my days.
Pros: Close to downtown!
Cons: The temperature was hard to control.
Pros: It was extremely clean!
Cons: The Internet constantly disconnected. It was very frustrating.
Cons: Breakfast options
