Pros: Great stay with very nice people
Pros: The bed was comfy and the breakfast was good
Pros: Breakfast was OK. Not enough kinds of fruit. Peaches would be nice.
Cons: Peaches on breakfast bar.
Pros: Fantastic stay. The hotel was in good condition, and the rooms were very clean. I've never written a review for a hotel before, but the quality of the staff made me happy to do so. I stayed at the hotel for several days, and every member of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. A young man, who was a new hire, even went out of his way to completely rework the fitness area when I had asked about it. Highly recommend the stay.
Pros: Staff were super nice, pool small but very clean. Overall the whole place was neat and clean. The complimentary soap was very nice with the argan oil.
Cons: The shower was broken when I tried to use it this morning. The air-conditioning blower didn't work properly. Older facility that has been updated to look nice inside rooms but need to copy Hamptons mattress and pillows, sleep comfort more important than interior style
Pros: Great staff, clean rooms. No complaints.
Pros: Quick check in and out great stay!
Pros: Great location! Close to anything you need.
Pros: The room there is beautiful and quite.
Cons: The bed waa very firm (too hard for me).
Pros: Great breakfast—love the potatoes
Cons: My room wasn't cleaned, they didn't change my sheets.

Cons: The breakfast wasn't the greatest. We went wound up going out to eat instead.
Pros: Biscuits and gravy with eggs and sausage links for breakfast every morning.
Cons: Not enough linens for three people. Had to go down and get an extra set everyday. Room was booked for 3 adults and only enough wash clothes and towels for 2 adults. Pool wasn’t open and neither was exercise room.
Pros: Hot breakfast
Pros: They allowed smoking.
Cons: It wasn't clean enough things were broke such as the curtains. The wifi was terrible no phone service from our mobile.Bugs in room( not bed bugs) would not let us leave with a refund was very disappointing the room cost way to much .and no laundry if you need it.Worst Quality Inn I ever stayed at.
Pros: Parking was close to room
Cons: Floors were sticky
Pros: It was barely anything there.
Cons: Rooms dirty. Sink plugged. No Maud service
Pros: The bed was clean and soft, room clean and towel refreshed everyday. Shower temperature is good.
Cons: The room prepared smelled smoking though I booked non-smoking room, but they accepted room change.
Pros: Room was clean and staff very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Had to ask for clean towels. Breakfast food ran out early and the wait was rather long.
Pros: Breakfest buffet was average @ best. The buffet wasn't properly maintained & was out of stock on multiple items during the time span open. The grounds were not well kept. Lots of grass growing up in the landscaping. The walkways were filthy with debrey on walkways. The room was crowded due to length of beds (not sufficient space to walk around). Leisure chair provided space was tight & wedged between wall & bed. The front desk staff during evening check in wasn't friendly (young man). The morning clerk (young girl) was very friendly & cheerful. My wife & I would not stay @ the property again. Very disappointing! We travel to Winchester TN every few months, 5-6 times annually, & have always stayed @ the Best Western. Their property is very pristine & well maintained with a super staff. Sorry ...... those are the facts. (Annette & Michael Cox, 100 Fairoaks Dr, Oakland, TN 38060)
Cons: Noted above
Pros: That it was right by everything.
Cons: That the pool wasn’t open until the last day of our stay.
Pros: Comfortable room. staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. Awesome tv and all the appliances worked.
Cons: Only complaint is that one of my keys didn't work. and carpet seems a bit worn, but I guess most motels are like that.
