Pros: Great staff and very clean....
Pros: Food was great, coffee excellent! Very friendly staff and clean rooms . Disappointed in the winery, closed to public the 2 days we were here .
Cons: That the winery was closed both days we were there
Pros: The breakfast was great and the cheese omelets were amazing!! We would like to thank Bas for checking on our stay daily and making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for the friendly staff.
Cons: I only had one inconvenience, the door to the room did not lock. It wasn't realized until day 2 when I leaned against the door and it just popped open. We had an appointment so we had to leave the room and carry more stuff than needed, but it was fixed immediately. By the time we got back the door locked.
Pros: Did not eat in restaurant
Pros: The staff was great and so helpful. The property had shuttle services to anything at Chateau Elan. The breakfast was good and the rooms were always cleaned. I really liked how the staff kept texting me to make sure I was comfortable during my stay and before I arrived to make sure I didn't have any questions.
Pros: The grounds are BEAUTIFUL people were very friendly nice atmosphere
Pros: Staff did an awesome job trying to meet our needs with having the shuttle available, finding out information about our group meeting place, etc. Staff also remembered us from each encounter, speaking to us.
Pros: The location was perfect! You just can't get a better view than of the vineyards just beyond the pool. Also, we enjoyed the choices for breakfast with a variety of fresh fruit and hot and cold cereal as well as hot eggs and a meat. Breads, bagels, muffins, hard boiled eggs, waffles, & yogurt round it out. You shouldn't walk away hungry! It is also a nice touch to be able to have a cup of hot coffee, hot chocolate, or tea in the evenings as well.
Cons: Quieter air conditioning....or a sound machine to chose "white noise" or soft sounds to sleep by. It was also disappointing that Chateau Elan was undergoing renovations and we were not able to do many of the things we had wanted to do there. We were not aware of this before booking our stay.
Pros: Loved the bedding!!!
Pros: Very new hotel and room is clean and comfortable as Hamilton always is.
Cons: The door is heavy and the sound of closing is very loud even if you try to close gently, easily to be waken up by neighbors door closing late night or early morning.

Pros: Yes and yes to fluffy eggs and comfy bed.
Pros: It was a pretty place. The staff was very nice and on top of my needs
Cons: The sheets were rough as if the had been used a lot. All if the pillows were flat and uncomfortable.
Cons: Needs curtains on windows to block light. Only window covering was a blind and street light could shine in on sides. lighting in the room was unusual, had a master switch for all lights and it was by the front door.
Pros: Its new
Cons: Only had handicap room or suite??? Upsell to suite Pool was funky murky water. Pancake breakfast machine broke One morning. No milk on another. Snack area out of Coke. Another Patel Hotel with a lack of attention to detail
Pros: Friendly staff and delicious breakfast
Pros: Breakfast delicious. Bed excellent. Very impressed with pillows..excellent. staff professional and accomadating. Thank you
Cons: N/a..all good
Pros: The shower was amazing and hot with good pressure.
Cons: They only have one person that works the front desk during check in hours and check out hours it was frustrating.
Pros: Everything was up to date, modern, clean and obviously well cared for. Very generous breakfast options from cold cereal to an automatic pancake maker.
Pros: The bed and room was comfortable, and even though I didn't eat breakfast, they serve breakfast.
Cons: Check-in was awkward. When I arrived the clerk informed me that they didn't have any rooms, and that they had already informed booking.com. If I had not been adamant about staying the clerk probably would have continued to turn me away. The sheets were a little dingy, but they smelled clean, so I guess that just has to do with their detergent and stain removal. The floors looked as if they were spot mopped, but not completely cleaned. Check-out was awesome! Also I left a pair of slides in the room, but called back the same day to retrieve them, but they were no where to be found.
Pros: Room was nice and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had something red on the shower floor. Otherwise good deal, would stay again.
Cons: Just the bloody looking stuff in the shower floor
Cons: deodorizer they used did not smell good so I had by airfreshner
Cons: Bugs in room. Kids playing in hallways til 230am

Cons: the waits to schedule everything
Pros: The facility was remolding and there was some inconvenience
Cons: We had to use the men’s locker room because the women’s locker room was being remodeled
Cons: That I was not told they were renovating and that I could have planed accordingly
Pros: It was quiet and peaceful
Cons: Price with construction it should have been discounted
Pros: Staff and facilities are wonderful.
Cons: Winery was not a very good experience. Felt more like an assembly line experience instead of a nice high end winery experience. The wine was good the staff was unfriendly and not helpful. One young man in particular, who turned out to be a supervisor in training was rude and dismissive. He did not know how to greet guests and then when pouring wine he would tell you nothing about it. More like "here now leave me alone". Made for a bad experience
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, food at the Marc restaurant were delicious thanks to chef Jarad Blanton. The spa were exceptional.
Pros: Details and beauty of the ficility was awesome. Service by the staff was fantastic. Dinner was superb.
Cons: Wish there was a second chair in our room. Didn't allow the 2nd person an opportunity to sit anywhere but the bed. Improve the nature trails. For more experienced walkers.
Pros: The best resort we have been to Better than Grove park inn or Ritz Carleton at lake O’Conee
Cons: Not enough resources in the spa Not enough staff
Pros: The food was great
Cons: The price is not worth it
Pros: Staff attention
Cons: Loved it all
Pros: The overall hotel was really pretty and clean.
Cons: The bed was to firm, it could use a pillow top to make it a little softer.
Pros: It was an awesome experience. Class meet excellance everywhere on this property.
Cons: The entire resort.

Designed to meet the highest standards, services include a deluxe complimentary hot breakfast, wireless Internet, a large indoor pool with a tranquil pool deck, and a fitness center. Nestled in the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains just outside Atlanta.
Pros: Loved the rooms! The pool was great! The lobby is beautiful and loved the size of the breakfast area.
Cons: My reservation was wrong when I arrived at the hotel. Had to check a couple of rooms to find the right one.
Pros: Orange, juice
Cons: Dirty room out dated nasty
Pros: Friendly staff and nice quite room very clean
Cons: Not sure of anything
Pros: The staff were friendly and super helpful. If I had a question, they had the solution.
Cons: Indoor pool, chlorine was so strong I could not breath.
Pros: Breakfast, convenient location
Cons: lobby was under renovation
Pros: The waffles were VERY good!
Cons: The breakfast egg omelet was NOT appealing....better to stick with scrambled eggs! The shower curtain in the downstairs Handicapped roll-in shower was too small/narrow, thus allowing water to FLOOD the bathroom floor!
Pros: Very clean and inviting. Comfortable bed. Cold a/c. Good breakfast. Additional pillows upon request. Friendly staff.
Cons: Right after arriving in our room a maintenance man unlocked the door and walked in. Thankfully we were clothed.
Pros: The staff was nice.
Cons: Breakfast variety.
Pros: It was great
Cons: not many restaurants around
Pros: The friendliness of the staff.
Cons: The noise from the expressway.
Pros: Clean and efficient! Good breakfast!!
Pros: I appreciated that the bathtub had a handle bar and that there was a sign saying that the slightly used touletries would be given to those in need as part of a responsible business plan.
Cons: We got a king suite. Overall we were underwhelmed by this room. The room had a strong, unpleasant overly perfumed smell. We could hear people outside when in the room. The bed and pillows were disappointing: small, squarish pillows that are not standard pillow shape or size, bumpy and odd looking cover that does not make you want to use the bed, wrinkly linens that are off white and off putting. Surprisingly, we slept okay on it so the mattress itself is fine. The room is clearly old if telling by the decor, a bit run down with rust and stains, and very basic. There is no light switch, but each individual lamp has a work out button you need to press. Feels stingy overall...stingy on pillows, little and few towels in the bathroom and even toilet paper (there was a double dispenser on the wall but only one roll), missing drain cover in the sink. We would not choose to stay here again.

Pros: The staff and location was great.
Cons: The hotel and booking advertised as having a pool when in fact it does not. I booked with the intent of my children swimming most of the 6 days. Very disappointed!
Cons: Bathroom entrance was extremely small..the door almost touched the toilet upon entering the bathroom...one had to step back behind the toilet in order to exit the bathroom
Pros: Everything was clean, staff was friendly.
Cons: The only two downsides were the free breakfast and the pool. The breakfast only had cereal, waffles, yogurt, fruit, bread, and folded up fake eggs. Adding a little bacon or sausage and maybe a crock pot of grits would have be a nice touch. The pool wasn't open at all.
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.
Cons: There is a sign on the front door that reads "This is a smoke free hotel". Our room smelled as if someone had just smoked in our room. The night attendant gave us a bottle of Odor-Ban to spray as needed. The morning attendant attitude was different, she listened and she smiled as if she was thinking you stayed, you paid, you go now. The handle to the bathroom door was hanging off, the faucet to the bathtub was hanging off and the bathroom door would not close without forcing it to close and making a loud noise.
Pros: Bed was old and needing replaced, room out dated
Cons: The vanity is in the sleeping area no privacy, out dated
Pros: Staff was excellent, rooms were newly remodeled. Only a couple things though, its advertising a pool and there is none and the room has a very strong chemical smell. I think it might be the detergent used on laundry. Lastly $100 a night is super expensive for no amenities.
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: They could not locate my room upon arrival, the host was discombobulated, there was a mouse in the breakfast area.
Pros: I don't usually do breakfast so I can't speak to that. The location was wonderful for what I needed. We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, close to the church I needed to be at and with many restaurants to choose from.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: No elevator
Pros: Just wish the pool was available as the “booking” website had shown!!
Cons: The above
Pros: Free shower
Cons: The location and prices I did not like. If it were up to me there should be a discount for members and first time users.

Pros: Everything ! Great visit !
Cons: Would’ve rather had one big king vs two queen .
Pros: The facility appears to be brand new. Hello
Cons: The drain in the shower was totally stopped up and flooded the foyer of our room. The staff couldn’t find the key to the kitchen, and couldn’t re-stock the buffet.
Cons: I took my kids to the pool and there was no sign posted or anything and while they were swimming we was the notified by the staff that the pool had not even been inspected by the health inspector yet and then they charged my debit card 2 times which made my bank account to be negative 172 dollars and I am not very happy with them at the moment
Pros: Since this is a new property it felt clean.
Cons: We were unable to charge our phones on the nightstands as the switch seemed to be associated with the lighting behind the bed, so since we didn't want to sleep with a light on, we had to charge our phones elsewhere. Also, there was a shade on the window, no draperies. We are used to sleeping in a dark room, so the light woke us up earlier than we would have liked.
Pros: The staff was very pleasant and polite.
Cons: For a new hotel, the stain in the shower in the bathroom was disappointing. The clicking noise that the air conditioner unit made, just before coming on, kept waking me up and kept me from getting a good night's sleep.
Pros: Newer hotel
Cons: they gave us the wrong rooms. The electricity didn't work in one of them, so we all had to share one room; sleep on floor, etc. unacceptable!
Pros: Alexander at the front desk was great! He had personality and was very efficient with his job! The facility is new so everything about the hotel was great! Very clean, beds were very comfy, breakfast was great ( not just a quick cereal breakfast) there is a circle k right next to the property just in case you need anything.
Pros: New building
Cons: I booked 2 beds and when we got to the facility they put us in a room with only one king bed. Had to basically beg for a discount for having to sleep on a cot.
Pros: 403 was cleaner to bad I had a view to the cemetery
Cons: When we arrive they check us into room 201 as we were trying to settle down I notice the room was dirty and rigth away they move us into another room after the manager on duty supervise the room ,unfortunately I forgot my set of sunglasses in room 201 and when I ask front desk if somebody turn them In ,they responded nobody has turn them in ,sadly they check a regular customer into the room were I forgot my sunglasses and nobody has seen them ,goodbye 250.00 dollar I spend on my sunglasses, i knew there was no return and no lost and found at this point
Pros: Room was very clean.
Cons: Breakfast started at 7:00am and we had to leave out by 6:30. Thought it was at 6:00am all week.

Pros: Nothing the whirlpool was nasty and the room smelled nasty
Cons: There was roaches and we didn't stay all night they kept crawling on us
Pros: The person at the front desk was very nice and hospitable
Cons: It smelled like smoke and the wirl pool tubs were obviously from the seventies and we're missing tiles
Pros: Simple and enjoyable breakfast. Location worked well with the reason for the stay.
Cons: Unfortunately the pool was under repairs at the time of our visit.
Pros: not Much to like
Cons: Stains on furniture air conditioning didn’t work very well would not recommend staying here
Pros: Comfortable and fit my need
Cons: Maybe not enough parking. Got in one night very late and just about did not have a space. Last one and vertical tight
Pros: The property was in close proximity to the University of Georgia only about 15 minutes. The furnishings in the room were a little on the old side but the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The price for the room was excellent.
Pros: Rooms are decent size and clean
Cons: The pull out bed was not made up already, no coffee machine not much of breakfast selection
Pros: Enough parking.
Cons: Friendly staff.
Pros: Staff was friendly room clean and convenient location
Cons: Bed was like a rock and the jaccuzi tub was very outdated
Cons: Bed bugs and rate was the same the whole time
Pros: Air conditioning worked well once it was turned on. Proximity to my appointment.
Cons: Exterior needs renovation- broken concrete on stairs, quite tired looking. No longer take pride in it's appearance. No common areas to speak of, minimal breakfast. Room was stifling hot when I entered, took a while to cool.
When you a stay at Jameson Inn Winder in Winder, you'll be in the business district, within a 5-minute walk of North Broad Street Residential Historic District and Barrow County Courthouse. Featured amenities include a business center and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Location and quiet considering that.
Cons: Bed linen were very wrinkled and I wondered if they had been changed since last guest. Beds were loosely made.
Cons: There were only 2 towels for a double occupancy, No shampoo, and the television sound didn’t work.
Pros: The pancakes
Pros: Lady at the desk, above and beyond. Down to earth and honest person my encounters truly left me with a more positistive mood then before!
Cons: Parking is always stuffed and a bit difficult to enter, but location was great in considering being in the middle of the city with everything walking distance if the weather permits.
Pros: Bed and sink area not bad. All in all about what you'd expect from a 2 star facility.
Cons: Older property. Kind of sketchy. No coffee maker. Only two skimpy bath towels and one stained hand towels.
Pros: Pool, breakfast,beds
Cons: The prices were 69.99 to 91.63 a night
Cons: Breakfast was more like getting a snack. No scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, etc. That's breakfast.
Pros: Staff the beds
Cons: The pool closes to early
Pros: I love the location of the property and the rooms were very deceiving from the outside. The rooms look renovated which was great. They were very clean
Cons: My weekend was ruined due to the fact they took to much money off my card and was very nonchalant about giving the money back. I didnt have gas to get back home. I could not purchase items while I was in town because of the mistake. One of the office staff stated she would call me as soon as she found out something and never called, I'm thinking because my situation wasn't hers so she didn't care. I went to Winder for a relaxation weekend but ended up more stressful than when I started. They also close their pool too early. My key card kept disconnecting so several times I couldn't get in my room. When I was leaving they gave me someone else's paperwork. It was just not a good experience.
Pros: Clean and comfortable bed
Pros: Location was perfect to my job, close to restaurants and downtown. The rate was good through Price Finder. The staff were very friendly and helpful the entire time I was there.
Cons: The room (#112) needed repairs. The commode wobbled on the floor, a patch job on the shower ceiling needs to be re-covered, a hole punched into the wall near the floor behind the door needs to be patched, and the TV had access to very few cable channels.
Cons: Floor and doors

Cons: Breakfast was over too early
Pros: Whenever I come to visit my kids in Georgia I stay my first night after my flight at the Winder Quality Inn and also the night before my flight back home. I stay at this Quality Inn because it is conveniently located. I come out to visit about every 2 yrs
Cons: This visit they were in the middle of renovations. I did not like how there was not much attempt to keep up with cleaning the Hotel as much as possible as they go. Floors needed vacuuming! Perhaps they will be better after the renovations.
Pros: Nothing really
Cons: Cigarette burns in the comforter. Under remodel and messy
Cons: Yes not very handicap accessible. Had stairs and no elevator, After a long day at 1130 at night had to find another hotel that was handicap accessible that cost --- a night.
Pros: Friendly front desk clerk.
Cons: The breakfast was average. Eggs and sausage were not tasty.
Pros: No breakfast it was awful
Cons: Room was half painted and sheets were dirty
Pros: The hotel has bed bugs. Renovations are being done. However the hotel has roaches we saw some in our room. My cousins were staying their as well and one of them got bitten up by bed bugs pretty bad.
Cons: It had a weird odor and wasn't clean.
Cons: Doing construction. Pool wasn't open. Roaches in the bathtub. Parking lot was dirty. Bed was hard and linens were stained
Cons: Beds was like sleeping on the hard floor. The A/c wasn’t on son the room was hot and it took a long time to cool down to be able to sleep

Pros: The room was big and it was clean with enough towels for bathing The climate control worked well Bathroom looked to be clean and shower head had plenty pressure
Cons: Didnt eat breakfast. Two story hotel with no elevator! Main entrance has manual doors rather than automatic sliding doors. Very difficult loading unloading Small lobby. Smokers rooms on second floor reeked of stale smoke into hallway and even into the non smokers rooms Parking lot hardly large enough to accomodate vehicles . Some spaces clutter with construction debris and dumpsters
Pros: Housekeeping staff was real nice & helpful
Cons: construction stickers still on bath tub , having to request daily towels, refrigerator needs defrosting, Top bed cover dirty. Front desk was always on the phone. Had to get keys remade three times

Pros: Great location- easy access to the interstate and good.
Cons: The desk clerk was very very slow with a thick Middle Eastern accent - checking in was not pleasant.
Cons: the hotel is filthy the pillows have hair that can not be turned down so inedible the staff nothing friendly i would never recommend that hotel
Pros: The room and hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. We had no issues with the facility.
Cons: Due to the age of the hotel, the decor appeared outdated; even though it was well maintained and clean. The lobby seating for the restaurant could be a bit more enclosed; perhaps put up some patio umbrellas, to give a more intimate atmosphere.
Pros: Overall, the hotel was clean and quiet and the members of the staff we encountered were courteous.
Cons: The king sized bed that we slept on was horrible, to say the least. The only reason we booked the hotel was to allow a quiet, comfortable night sleep away from home and we weren't able to experience that here. It was like sleeping on plywood. Painful!
Pros: This hotel warrants more than two stars. Without even asking they told us we could put our bikes under the overhang and their window to watch during the night. And the free breakfast wasn't bad.
Pros: The cleanliness and availability.
Cons: Yes because we asked for pool towels (which is what they wanted) and because we asked for the remote for tvs batteries be changed the front desk person said we were very needy?!! We are not needy until we need to be!
With a stay at Walton Inn in Monroe, you'll be 21.9 mi (35.3 km) from University of Georgia and 23 mi (37.1 km) from Classic Center. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The ice machine worked.
Cons: Shower leaked water on floor, no Kleenex, only 1 (one) waste basket, no place to hang clothes, no place to set bathroom items in the bathroom, too few electrical outlets, no place to charge phone/computer
Pros: The atmosphere
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Pros: The office left me alone
Cons: It wasnt worth $69 per night
Pros: The bad is clean though, but won’t be my choice next time.
Pros: Close to the area I was in
Cons: Parking was small
Pros: Friendly and clean
Cons: I have no complaints
Cons: Cable was out but didn’t miss it.
Pros: Hell we didn't even have a TV to watch.
Pros: Comfortable recliner for reading/tv.
Cons: more pillows
Pros: Room was very clean.
Cons: We had requested a king size bed. However, a king was not available at check in. A room with two double beds was offered instead.
Pros: It was a very quiet Motel
With a stay at Haven Inn & Suites in Monroe, you'll be 25.5 mi (41 km) from University of Georgia and 27.1 mi (43.6 km) from Stone Mountain Park. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The staff is nice and helpful
Cons: Worn out carpet, bed sheet and pillows. No extra outlets for phone and computer charging. NO Wi-fi. No breakfast. I reserved for a Deluxe Suite but only got a regular room instead.
Pros: The staff was very professional and friendly!! This is the ONLY place I will stay when visiting family in Monroe Georgia!!!
Cons: Nothing. EVERYTHING was EXCELLENT!!!
Pros: Coffee was not readily available and even in the mornings, it wasn't available until after 7. The food was the cheapest food available, in pre-packaged bags, on the counter, and there wasn't a single fresh item on the menu, including creamer for the coffee.
Cons: The pillow cases were definitely old, flat, and not comfortable. Plus, one of my pillow cases was dirty. There was also a dirty line alone the wall where people had slid across the wall to get in the bed. Maybe moving the bed away from the wall would help. Lastly, the quality of the towels was horrendous to the point that one of them started to disintegrate while drying my hair and body. Just a little more attention to quality would make a huge difference. I loved the artwork!
Cons: Not enough light. The refrigerator didn't work half of the time.
Pros: The staff was amazing, and so was the breakfast.
Cons: I don’t know what happened with this hotel. The room was rather disheveled, with the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in, and had a strange odor—which, of course, is a staple of many older places. The sliding door to the shower fell off when I opened it. And, although I know this was an issue unique to my stay, there was a party or something being thrown all night long, so I didn’t sleep well. (You can hear everything that goes on in the other rooms. I guess that’s my point.) I will say, though, that the staff was lovely, some of the best I’ve found anywhere, but I wonder if they’re so kind as compensate for the poor hotel itself.
Pros: I love the room an the bed was comfortable..I love how it very close to everything in town
Cons: The refrigerator need to be bigger
Pros: It was quiet, clean and the price was reasonable.
Cons: Well the first room we had had a big hole in the shower ceiling so we moved to a different room it was clean but the Wi-Fi was not good couldn't get a good signal and our cable went out all night and all morning the next day so we weren't able to watch TV or get any breakfast because they didn't have any because of the electric going out I'm guessing.
Pros: Odd as it may seem the mini refrigerator. I placed my water and apple juice in it and went back a few hours later and it was partially frozen. Night shift attendant was very nice and helpful.
Cons: Commode not properly cleaned and smelled of urine due to perhaps housekeepers not cleaning below toilet seat. Need new face towels as they all were dingy, overly washed but not white and fabric gone out of it. Cleanliness overall including bedding needs attention and updating
Pros: HELL NO!!! This hotel is so disgusting and filthy!
Cons: Everything! The hotel needs to be demolished!
Cons: Room didn’t smell pleasant and had a musty odor. The bed and the furniture were very dated. The pillows were horrible. Cleanliness is not a top priority at this hotel.
