Pros:
The staff who helped me at pick-up was very kind.Cons:
1. the car smelled like cigarettes. 2. They did not have the class of vehicle which I reserved, and I was given the worst vehicle i've driven in my life. I needed a car for a golf trip, and the vehicle I was given couldn't even fit 1 bag of golf clubs in the trunk.10.0 Wonderful

Car smelled as if four people Chain smoked in it. Rental agency had no other cars on the lot to exchange. Felt sick entire time - smell was so strong. I ordered a VW Jetta and got a Chevy Malibu.2.0 Poor
