Pros: The hotel was very pretty and clean. Everything was very comfortable and we loved being just a short walk from downtown.

Cons: Cold, cold, cold. Theroomm was cold. We weer told that heating doesnt come on until 4pm!1 Even when it came on not very warm. Tepid, not hot, water.
Pros: The decor of the hotel
Cons: The beds were a little small. Usually in hotels there is a king size bed. Also the beds seemed to make quite a bit of noise!
Pros: Staff in bar and at breakfast were particularly pleasant, friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. Housekeeping was good and maids were friendly too.
Cons: Could do with mini-bar and bathrobes in the room they are treats when you are in a hotel! Reception service was okay but not as friendly as other staff.
Pros: Really comfortable rooms. Lovely surroundings. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location within 10minute walking distance of Railway station. Parking available.
Cons: Had evening meal, tasteless. Presented well but unable to eat it. Had breakfast and again unable to eat it, tasteless. I would recommend the hotel for above reasons but I wouldn't recommend the food.
Pros: Your staff were most helpful, particularly the lady at the reception desk. My first stay both memorable and excellent value.
Cons: Absolutely nothing disliked.

Cons: price of the wireless network
Pros: the receptionist was really nice, the rooms were nice

Pros: it was a convenient location for our trip the staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful the cleaner informed us of the closure of the M1 that saved us a long delay.
Cons: no English breakfast only continental with plastic and paper plates
Pros: Clean and ideal location for our visit.
Cons: Cleaners were very noisy in the morning and even entered our room.
Pros: Very clean and rooms did not smell damp like some hotels. Excellent hotel and withing distance to meadowhall.
Pros: The hotel was great. It looked as though it had just been re decorated and was spotless. The power shower was fantastic, no complaints about the room at all. There was a carvery pub two minutes away which was excellent value for money. The leisure complex was great and because we stayed in the hotel we got two free games of bowling, saving nearly £20. We visited The Sheffield Arena on the Saturday night and Meadowhall on the sunday, both less than ten minutes away in the car and very straightforward. Only one fault with the whole stay was the fact children were not allowed ito the swimming pool after 2pm. Seeing as we did not check in until 2pm I thought this was unfair. Apart from that, great hotel, great stay.
Cons: The fact that children could not use the swimming pool after 2pm. We did not check in until 2pm so that seemed unfair.
Pros: rooms comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Use of the facilities next door, free bowling.
Cons: we didn't opt for the continental breakfast, thankfully, it looked dyer from what we saw had been left outside peoples rooms.
Pros: Friendly staff-nice big rooms-plenty of space for our grand children to sleep-good leisure centre next door with discounts for hotel guests
Pros: The member of staff that checked me in when we arrived was very helpful and very friendly
Cons: No hot food
Pros: it was clean, tidy and the staff were very polite and helpful
Pros: The fact that everything was new
Cons: Poor signage when trying to find it
Pros: The hotel faciltities were new, up to date and made us feel very at home, great value for money and would stay there again
The Welcome Inn puts you within a 10-minute drive of Magna Science Adventure Centre. Guests will have free perks like WiFi and self parking.
Pros: Modern, spacious, with a feel of being on holiday! Breakfast was fabulous and liked the fact you could take your food to a table at the bar instead of the restaurant.
Like Ryanair the basic price required so many add ones to make for a comfortable stay. £13 each for breakfast, £12 for wifi access. Free wifi should be at least a basic for today's traveller. Bathroom extractor worse than an old person sucking on a straw Funghal spores visible in the tile grout Bath not wide enough to even adopt a basic feet slightly apart stance without putting undue pressure on the outside of your ankles No way to cool the room. Open the windows the moths swarm in, close the windows and roast. Only had a heater which wasn't easy to work out how to use, not sure I ever did. Bed so uneven the springs applied pressure points wherever your body came into contact with the mattress ie on my shoulder. Iron leaked water continuously during use All lighting wrong for my wife to apply her makeup
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Several things which I've listed below. I wouldn't stay there again or recommend it unless things were vastly improved. I want to pay a price and know to expect, not find out that what I consider basic inclusions are in fact additional, expensive extras
