There was confusion between the booking site & the hotel. I almost didn't have a room. Other than that it was just ok.
The staff was friendly. The pictures on the website need to b updated.. It's a little run down.. The beds need to b replaced.
Nothing Everything. Rooms filled with mold
The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. 1. First room the bathroom lights didn't work. The service person arrived promptly. Left and came back late at night to find out the lights were not fixed. Requested a 2nd room. 2. The second room was infested with fleas and the light switches weren't working. Requested a 3rd room. 3. The 3rd room lights worked. The floor was uneven under the rug. Went to use the sink and the drain plug didn't work. Tried to use it and pieces fell from the bottom of the Sink. Had to go underneath the sink to adjust the valve to make it drain. (Won't be coming back here!!!) 4. Also, My Friend that stayed in the room next to us had an ok room but the water came out rusty when he went to use the sink.
20 min from six flags When the train come it's super loud
Room was clean Room was very small & drafty. No hangers for clothes. Wash clothes very old. Room 101 was close to the street so was noisy.
Low daily rate for cozy, comfortable room. Property location seemed dark and secluded.
It was clean Customer svc was rude
The whole room smelled like urine. Pounding on the door in the morning asking me when I was going to check out. (I still had 2 hours.) Nosy staff.
The owner had good intentions. The hotel was near my place of duty. There was a diner about 6 miles away. Hot water was available at least once a day. The window air conditioning worked after a while. I had to wrangle the flies into the bathroom, and close the door in order to kill them that way I could sleep each night. The bed linen wasn't fresh, and the room smelled like there had been something that went bad in the refrigerator.
The bed was so squeaky and hard, it was like sleeping on boards.
This hotel was not expensive compared to the rare hotel of the six flags area. 15 minutes drive. It had fridge, air conditioning and microwave. The room was very small and we had only two towels for a 2 double bed room. Some stains on towels and linen. No breakfast was included. Okay, but not the best deal I had. If you can go somewhere else for a little more money and driving, you should...

It is a good one star with micro wave and fridge but that doesn't make it a two star Maid was on request not default. Only one trash can. Bed was hard.
Rooms were clean and modernized. Gentleman checking out was sort of rude. Did not give paperwork but just took my room key.
Location was fantastic. Close to all major roadways. Thought check out time was 12:00, got a knock on the door at 11:30 and was rudely reminded that check out was 11:00.
Our room was comfortable. I felt the breakfast options were good considering it's complimentary. And being able to spend a day at the hotels pool with my daughter was relaxing. Although it's not the hotels fault my biggest complaint would be the construction going on on the main road in front of the hotel. You have to go a little out of your way to get to it because of it and when you don't know the area that can be a bit frustrating.
I asked for service from the front desk, and each time the gentleman followed through and was kind. The toilet seat was so loose, that it moved sideways every time you sat down. Also, the toilet would not turn off. Once you flushed it, it would fill and turn off, but then it would turn back on and stay on. The water drained very slowly in the shower.
Restaurant on site, although I never ate at it. Staff was anything but helpful especially when trying to extend my stay for one more night. I ended up leaving to stay at a different helpful despite paying for a room there anyway. Hallways were extremely busy and loud at all hours.
Proximity to places in the area Noisy, difficult to communicate with staff, handicap room
Liked Nothing. We did not realize rooms were rented out to long term tenants like apartments. So although there were only a dozen cars in the parking lot, every room was occupied on our entire floor (100 rooms on 2nd flr). It was NOISY even past midnight with crying babies, children, people outside. Only positive was that we weren't robbed in the night, and our vehicle was not broken into. Way too much hair on bathroom floor, chewed gum on bathroom floor in two different areas, dirty towel hanging on back of bathroom door. Fridge motor rattled, we unplugged it. Broken bed /frame, we couldn't wait to get out of there. We chose it becuz of its proximity to Sesame Place and didn't like the Sheraton at Sesame where we stayed during our visit last year.
We booked this hotel because we went to Sesame Place. I was searching for a hotel that had a pool and free breakfast and this hotel had it all with the bonus of a playground. Also, they had a balloon animal maker and a face painter during breakfast. Staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was "non smoking" but definitely reeked of smoke. Also, the pool was closed. Huge bummer since that was why I booked this place. There were areas of the room that were not very clean. Made me wish I had my own cleaning supplies.
I was overall impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was very accommodating with my needs, Hotel room was spotless, parking was easy, Definitely coming back here. When booking my hotel room I was under the impression the breakfast would be included. When entering the restaurant they wanted to charge $16.00 per person. 0.8 miles away I went to prestige diner for half the cost.
Great location about 30 mins from two airports The restaurant is pretty good Very clean and nice rooms One of the staff at the front desk was too nonchalant. Asked him for towels and he called it in but they weren't there when we got back. They didn't give us towels after the first day then took too long to get them to us once I called.
The bed was so comfortable and the food was delicious. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. I chose this hotel because it advertised having an airport shuttle. I found out the day before my stay that it was not up and running yet. The front desk told me it would cost $12 to get from Trenton Mercer, I had to shell out almost $30 for a cab.
The pillow was comfortable
Aim was to dodge getting stuck in my area by snow and get car under roof so in that mission deed accomplished and was value especially to use for business purposes. Internet was ok for ipad but timed out in terms of my pc but mine could have been part of problem. Used my own hotspot to resolve issue. But would stay there again when needed.
Very well located for business. Good facilities, well-designed, comfortable and pleasant overall. The bed needs changing - it sagged badly within the first night. It was a very busy weekend when I was there - and there was only one person at the front desk the whole time - he tried but clearly couldn't keep up with the demands of all the guests. Poor management to have only One person there !!
I needed to work in the room and it was very conducive for that with free wifi, a nice big desk, and comfortable desk chair. It was also clean and quiet. Parking was easy and reasonably priced. Front desk staff on my arrival were not very helpful. Keys to room failed and had to be fixed. Difficult to get food in the hotel. There is no room service and restaurant was very limited. Sorry undoing area was pretty shut down at 6:00 pm.
Good service from staff. Bed comfortable. Room smelled like smoke. No parking discount. Charged $3 for morning coffee.
Very convenient if you work in government because its location is very close to government buildings.
Nothing. -price was too high for this mediocre stay -no manager or any higher-ups on duty -admittedly short-staffed -I requested late check-out online way before I arrived and STILL have not received a response -given double beds but I had booked for a king -tub was dirty, obviously not cleaned as soap bar remnants were on the tub floor -terrible quality soap -no pool
Very kind and helpful staff. Very quiet room on the 6th floor with excellent WiFi and a king size bed.
Comfy room Reception is never at the front desk so no one ever answers the phone(I tried on two different days at different times), you have to walk all the way down there to ask them anything and they aren't the most friendly people. I had to walk down and ask about the wifi password and for towels(since they didn't put any in my double room). Not a big deal but these are basic things that should have been taken care of or could have been taken care of by just answering the phone
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room had slight odor upon arrival..
I reserved for two nights, cancelled the second night when i checked in and was still charged for the second night
Hotel was better than expected for the money. Front desk gal Julie was new to the job, but awesome! Cleaner than I imagined based on the reviews I read.
I liked the room....the king sized bed was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. The lobby of the hotel was very inviting. The staff that I communicated with were polite and eager to help. I wished I could use the gym. The room was locked when I arrived at 4PM even though the time posted suggested it should've been open until 10PM. The hotel carpeting was very filthy looking and walking through the hallways didn't smell fresh.
Staff was nice location was good an was easy to find Need more towels an toiletry showers could use some updating
They aren't truthful. They were very rude cleaning crew I had to carry my towels to change them out. They hawked over me when I took advantage of the free breakfast a lady would come out wouldn't smile wouldn't say nothing I know she has something to do with the establishment and stood by the counter looking at me like what. I felt uncomfortable there like the only female African American and then to be accused of smoking took the cake, and I permanently can't stay there like "Jim crow." What done it for me is I was preparing to leave right at 12.pm on the dot, when I walked out to call in my driver to get my bags a cleaning lady was right at my door e literally scared each other that's how hawkish they were I'm now at Candlewood Suites and I love it and I can cook in my room and save money!
We liked the location of the hotel along with the courteous staff and cleanliness.
The bed was soooo comfy and the breakfast was delicious better than alot of restaurants.
The staff was amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Will use this hotel again. None
Clean, updated rooms and super comfy beds. No hot tub.
Nice room for the price. Tv and refrigerator a plus They need new beds and the room had a bit of a smell
I was looking to find a hotel basically to go after six flags.First off, this is was so convenient to six flags. It was about 15 minutes away and the route was excellent ,no back roads or anything. The owner is so nice and he lives on site too!My room was clean and I had no issues. If your looking to stay somewhere for a great price with no frills, this is your hotel!
Very nice hotel; staff exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms were beautiful and well cared for. Lots of kids ( ranging in age from 4-10) in lobby running around and using the computers. The front desk had to ask them to let me use one of the computers, after repeated attempts by me and they would not move. Something that should be controlled by parents, not front desk.
Consistently clean, comfortable lodging at a reasonable price. I booked my stay through Priceline, paid upfront and received a confirmation number/email. However, upon check-in I was informed that the reservation was NOT in the Hilton system and that I could PAY for the night. The desk person's attitude was "Tough luck" and no help even though I showed him the confirmation email. I called Priceline and fortunately, their Customer Service person (thanks Manuel!) corrected the situation by calling the Front Desk and paying for the reservation. I was lucky the hotel wasn't sold out or I would have had to look for another hotel.
Location Dirty bed, rude employees
My children enjoyed the Pool very much. They had a great time. The facility is very well kept. Nice and quiet.
We are frequent travelers but don't stay at many bed and breakfast locations. We think it is too hit or miss depending on the owners. The Lilly Inn is a true HIT due to the owners. Hats off to them and Harold the dog, you all made us feel at home
Great host. Beautiful rooms and decorating. Comfortable beds. Gas fireplaces took the chill out of the air.
The bed and breakfast atmosphere made me feel at home. There was no television in the room in which I was assigned. The television was in another sitting area which was inconvenient for me.
The bathroom was clean and smelled very nice. I did not like the fact there was not t.v. in the room but I appreciate the wireless internet.
NOT cleaned prior to our arrival, NO linens, TRASH left in trash can, NO toiletries, extremely disappointed in Comfort Inn - we paid more to get a better room here - bad choice
Comfort of the rooms No
Nice they had a 'work out' room. Small but just fine and I was glad to have access to the treadmill. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom sink was clogged. Took twenty minutes to drain after washing your hands. Breakfast area was very cramped. It is very difficult to get around.

Hotel was on the main street, although on a divided highway which made it hard if you passed it accidentally. Close to stores and gas. Pool was outside, but quite small. Very quiet. Included a small fridge and a microwave, decent enough breakfast. Clearly old, but decent. Mold in shower on grout & around spigot. Room was consistently moist even with a/c which was strange. Not cleaned as well as I would have liked (hair in corners of bathroom),beer cap on the floor. Ok for a short stay.
Staff was so nice. Very clean rooms. Everything was updated would definitely recommend and would stay there again!!!!
Carpets were dirty they were not vaccumed.
The king room was nice. Slept good. The breakfast was poor; We ate out at McDonalds the second morning.
Breakfast Furniture was beat up
The employee she was really nice and helpful. She did everything to make us comfortable. The ben caused me and my kids to break out.

Nice, clean bedding, seemed new. Great variety of breakfast foods. Pleasant front desk clerk. Sink did not have anyway to plug drain.
Nice hotel, close to good food and main highways. Home style lobby gives a comfortable living room feel. Very pleasant staff, good breakfast and coffee srervice.

Breakfast was great. First impression from (female customer service agent) was awesome. Room Service suck. Room was never cleaned on time/at all unless you called CS. Didn't have towels. They said they were still washing them. The towels we met there were all turning brown. Their beds and AC make loud NOISE. Wont stay in this hotel again.
One morning I was in the bathroom, heard a knock or two when someone opened the door. When I yelled out, she said Oh sorry. The 'do not bother' card was in the keyhole on the outside of the door which she totally ignored. Not nice!
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was quite clean. My room had an old heater/air system that was very loud when it was on. The exercise room only had 3 machines and no towels
Staff was very polite and friendly. Very clean. Not as close to Sesame Place as I thought.
. Check im was a nightmare
