We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: I can’t complain about anything

Pros: Breakfast was awesome but the eggs were a little too soft and juicy
Cons: That my sheets were stained and requested them to be changed.
Pros: Excellent breakfast choices. Very comfortable bed.
Pros: Courteous Staff
Cons: Carpet needs to be cleaned
Pros: Clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast
Pros: Comfortable and clean room as well as a great value. Excellent breakfast as well.
Cons: Everything was great-no shortcomings.
Pros: Housekeepers were friendly.
Cons: Find another hotel to stay in. The rooms are damp and smell like mold. It appears the owner has put work into decorations to appear inviting. However no work has been put into the structure of the building or air conditioners, to remove mold and fungus. My first room the carpet stayed damp and so did my clothes, I had outside of my suitcase. When I mentioned it to management, I was told it was due to high humidity. I complained again due to health concerns. I then had to change rooms which the smell was there but if I kept my a/c on 65 degrees it wasn't as bad as the first room nor was the dampness there either. The staff was not accomodating and almost offended when I told them I would prefer to change rooms for health reasons. Mold is very dangerous!

Pros: The breakfast.
Cons: The bathroom fan and refrigerator were very loud.
Pros: Nothing particular had a bed. Was hard appeared clean.
Cons: Counter clerk could have been more friendly.
Pros: We liked the friendly front desk clerk.
Cons: They only give u 22 bath towel so we had to ask the next morning for 2 more. The noise level was horrible you could hear people arguing and fighting outside in the parking lot. Kids running up and down the stairs and sidewalk. The floors were nasty.
Pros: To be honest, nothing at all.
Cons: Room was in need of repairs, cover on the AC Unit kept falling off and you couldn't close the bathroom door and there was some kind of cleaning fluids (oily & slick) still on the wood floors. The biscuits at the continental breakfast were do hard you couldn't even eat them.
Pros: I loved the location. It was right by the grocery store, restaurants, and gas station. Everything was great. The room was clean. Not too much noise around. The beds were so comfortable I wanted to take the mattress home with me. The breakfast was fresh and filling.
Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Cons: Hard to get to with the road construction.
Pros: Was quiet other than ac, was nice and secluded from traffic. Staff was accomodating on check in. The bed was super comfortable. Plenty of electric outlets for items and the entire insides had fresh paint.
Cons: The toilet bowl and seat had fecal matter on it, not cleaned. Had trash behind night stands, prior guests soap still in shower, no Kleenex. All else inside was satisfactory. The breakfast had no coffee machine, milk machine, juice machine. The milk and juice were in gallon jugs and were both warm(ate at 8:45am) the syrup for waffles was spoiled. The ac unit sounded like a freight train when compressor came on.
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Had humidifier going and clothes and bed sheets got wet. Young man behind counter drunk. Could not provide receipt. Found bugs on floor. I would appreciate some type of reimbursement.. I checked reviews for a week before confirming and it did not live up to your ratings.
Cons: Check in to a hotel first room had nothing in it second room had people in it third room water in the tub won’t shut off all the way
Cons: Dirty wash cloth, no soap asked and not delivered.
Pros: Price was ok. Manager was very nice. Location was easy to find. Outside lighting was great. Plenty of towels.
Cons: It wasn’t the cleanest place. Mold on ceiling. Dust in drawers, and dead bugs on bathroom floor. Toilet didn’t flush properly.
Cons: It’s wasnt clean , smell old mold, spiderweb hanging everywhere in the room.
Pros: We liked the value for the money, as well as the cleanliness. It also was easy to get to.
Cons: I cannot think of anything offhand.
Cons: I didn't like the musky smell in the room. My dad had to clean the ac units air filter. It wasn't clean. Sheets were stained. Pillows were like rocks. Took forever to check in. Desk staff weren't pleasant to talk to. Weren't helpful.
Pros: The front desk clerk was very friendly and hospitable I don’t know if he was the manager but he was a nice man
Pros: The price-it was cheaper than the surrounding hotels
Cons: Dirty shower curtain; clogged shower head
Pros: How clean the facility was, and how quiet it is around the property. Ok
This is a brand new hotel 100% Non-Smoking Close to Village Creek State Park, Parkin Archeological State Park Near Delta Technological Center Restaurants and shopping within walking distance Pets accepted-Nominal fee per pet per day Wal-mart nearby Excellent Service Only hotel with a pool in town
Cons: The property is just old. Needs major upgrade. It didn't feel up to my standards.
Pros: This is my go to place to stay when I am in town visiting family. It is always well lit, clean, and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful.
Cons: The only complaint I have ever had is that the door locks that you should be able to access with your keycard to enter from outside the building never work. So even if you park at the far end of the parking lot close to your room/suite you still have to walk all the way through the front of the building.
Pros: Morning staff much more friendly.
Cons: Room smelled like smoke. Saw prostitute go in with male guest. Back doors were not locked.
Pros: The staff were very acommandating and friendly
Pros: The staff. They work hard and deserve a raise
Cons: The breakfast
Pros: receptionist at check in was very nice .
Cons: The room smelled bad . Like old carpet that pets have urinated on and you try to cover it up with a good smelling spray. Cheap soap for the guest to use . You can tell the owner did not want to invest in his business. Terrible breakfast
Pros: I was in Wynne because I umpire girls fast pitch USA Softball and stayed the night Friday night to be there for a tournament that Saturday!! The location is perfect to stop and grab breakfast at McDonalds and get to sports complex in 15 mins!!
Cons: The hotel was being repaired right above my room, they started every day at 6:AM, I ask for a discount and the refused, I ask to be moved and they said it wound not help, I was very disappointed. it was my 3rd stay there.
Pros: Nice, clean room with a comfortable bed. Great continental breakfast!
Cons: I would have like another pillow! However, they may have given me one if I had asked.
Cons: Everything was great
Pros: The breakfast selection was OK. The biscuits & gravy were very good. I also had a ground floor room close to the front entrance that made it easy to bring in my luggage.
Cons: My king-sized bed was so high off the floor I had to jump to get on the bed. I'm 5'3"and active so it wasn't a major problem but elderly people might not be able to get up on the bed. But was very comfortable and I slept well.
Pros: It is going through a remodel and everything looks like it will be nice when it’s done
Pros: What we liked was the main manager moved us to the days inn
Cons: We didn’t like that all that was only second floor rooms available because of a fire damaged the lower rooms also getting laughed at by the night clerk because I couldn’t climb stairs due to a disability with my knee and we also have a 4 month old baby
At Forrest City Super 8 you will find a friendly staff happy to accommodate you. We provide Free High Speed Internet Access, Super Start Breakfast, 40in Flat Screen TVs, Coffee Maker, and Hair Dryer. Business center for your use. Forrest City is the halfway mark to Memphis TN. Stop by Forrest City to relax. See you along the way.
Pros: breakfast not edible coffee machine broken
Cons: breakfast,worn furniture
Pros: The breakfast was okay I guess, but the area was dirty, some food was served from ziplock type containers. I was expecting some eggs and some kind of meat. It was a little disappointing. The clerk that checked me in at night was very kind and helpful.
Cons: The filthy carpets, the un-swept lobby, breakfast area not cleaned, all outside doors propped open during the day, lights off during the day in the lobby. The first room (first night) was worse than the second one I requested. They didn't have a baby bed, The carpet in room 123 looked like mechanics walked car oil and grease on it. I had to keep my 11 month old on the bed. At the weird place for the hangers, there were about 6 inches between the bed and the wall to the bathroom. At the head of the bed on the left side was an opening for a closet area. The wall in the back had a Large rectangle cut from the sheet- rock to repair plumbing. The top corner was broken and created an eye sore for me and then the baby was startled when he woke up. The bathroom sink splattered really hard, getting everything wet. The toilet didn't want to flush. When I held it down to get it to flush it finally did. Then throughout the night it would come on and fill a little. When I entered the room it was hot and musky. There was two digital clocks, both were unplugged. The refrigerator and microwave were probably form the 80's. They had rust on them and the refrigerator shelves were broken. I didn't want to put the baby's bottles in it. The second room was a little better the carpets were dirty but didn't look as bad. The closet area was the same without the cut sheet-rock. The air conditioning unit looked as if it had lots of dust and dead bugs. I just didn't inspect it close, I didn't want to know. The bathroom sink didn't spray, but it didn't have enough pressure and ran very slow. When it stormed Saturday night, rain was dripping through the window, collecting on the sill above the air conditioner. The front desk was closed with no one at it most of the day. I parked in front of the lobby. The truck parking adjacent to the hotel parking lot is gravel and when I got to my car Friday morning it had dust settled all on it.
Pros: The rooms were good, mostly clean
Cons: I expected a pool but there wasn’t one and that was disappointing. The super 8 by Wyndham I stayed in the night before had a nice indoor pool so I thought this one would as well. The breakfast did not have much of a variety though the waffles were really good
Cons: I came down a day earlier . I paid for 1st day went down to breakfast 8:00 next morning and was locked out of room when checkout wasn't until 11 and we had to keep getting new keys made. I was told I had to pay for 2nd day before he could let me back into room, mind you I had on lounging wear and purse and everything was upstairs.
Pros: I was pleasantly impressed with the whole situation the staff room for breakfast it was a good experience
Pros: I LIKE THE WAFFLES AND FRUIT TOPPING, THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY ON MONDAY,
Cons: If there had been fruit topping for the waffles on monday
Cons: The staff was horrible. The bedding was clean. The carpet was nasty!
Cons: The room had not been cleaned properly in awhile, there was food and stuff down beside the bed. When we got to the room at 11:00 at night after traveling all day the a/c wasn’t on and hadn’t been on, it was so hot in there. No elevator either, which for us was ok but if we would have been staying longer where we would have had more bags it would have been a issue.
Pros: There was nothing good about this hotel.
Cons: It was filthy and in very poor repair. The bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was terrible.
Pros: Breakfast was a joke. Doughnuts, stale cereal and swiss cake rolls???
Cons: Non smoking smelled like smoking and my daughter has asthma.
Pros: Everything was wonderful, except for the hair dryer was not working (Broke)
Cons: Broken hair dryer
Pros: I always look for inside corridors. I like that about it. Beds were comfy. Clean room and bathroom.
Cons: It needs updating some. A nice remodel would go a long way.

Pros: The hotel was nice, clean. Coin laundry available. Beer store 2doors down. Walmart 4 miles away. Dunkin Donuts next door.
Cons: I paid online with Applepay. At arrival Was asked for $100 deposit for the room. Not mention when I booked or when I called. If I hadnt come up with the money we would'have been screwed. No refunds. Also no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms.
Cons: bed bugs
Pros: Close to freeway
Cons: Room had broken window that was taped up. Generally poor, run down, dirty and not at all as advertised.
Pros: Nothing didn't have tissue
Pros: Close to interstate
Cons: Room lock part was missing. Bathroom door had hole in it, burn marks all over bathroom. Beds uncomfortable, but room was clean and no bugs.
Pros: Price and location
Pros: While they defiantly are showing their age the beds where comfortable, rooms are clean, and the staff was freindly.
Pros: nice inside the room
Cons: Bugs bites all over the hotel yard
Pros: I was really worried with the price I paid that this would b in a bot so great area or that the room would be run down it was so quiet comfortable and the shower was extremely well I loved the soft comforter
Cons: Killed probably 20 mosquitos in my room. Dangerous if nothing else. Suspect they were coming out of air conditioner. Complained and the young girl explained there were woods behind property. They have a major problem!
Pros: The price. But, aside from that, it was apparently recently renovated. So, the room inside was basically new in appearance for the most part
Cons: The lights didn't all work reliably. The tub had a huge hole poorly patched. The toilet shot water(and contents) into the floor when flushed. (or, onto your tush if seated). Security latch was ripped off of door frame. Night clerk was very unfriendly.
Cons: Door locks are all broken. Didn't feel very safe

Cons: First room had not been cleaned. Beds not made. Second room double booked. People tried to enter room at 12:45 am. Second time man pounded at door at 1:00 am. Room not clean. Roaches in the room. Soap scum in tub. Greasy hand prints on door. Brushed something off chair, dust and dirt went flying. No phone in room. A/C ran all night at 68 and never cooled properly
Pros: I love everything and will be back
Cons: Yes when I got some of my funds stolen out of my room and went to the staff and there was nothing done about it
Pros: The beds were clean and had new towels
Cons: The curtains and carpet were nasty dirty if it was not because I was tired sleepy and could not drive any longer I would have stayed somewhere else
Pros: It was comfortable
Cons: Was not really anything I didn't like
Pros: Could be better.
Cons: Just needed a little more for breakfast.
Cons: Make sure all light bulbs are working. In room coffee was like water.
Pros: The staff was nice
Cons: The level of bugs alive and dead in the room, the room smelled, and the tub and bathroom floors were dirty.
Cons: Small selection at breakfast
Pros: Bed was dirty sheet was dirty the floor microwave the whole room was not loveable' I got my money back will not ever stay at this property again.

A stay at Diamond Inn places you in the heart of Forrest City, within a 5-minute drive of Gallery of Forrest City and East Arkansas Community College. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The colorful bed spred. The price was budget friendly.
Cons: The Luke warm shower water.
Cons: The room was not clean. The door opened outside and did not seal, so all kinds of bugs came into the room. The carpet was tore down to the nails. I found pills on the carpet. The only reason we stayed was because we slept with a loaded pistol
Cons: Staff was rude and the room had bugs in the bathroom and in the room . I would not recommend staying here to anyone. The staff was rude and did not care once you booked.
Pros: They had an opening when I needed one.
Cons: Breakfast was...lacking...Badly. Eggs are not expensive, they just take a slight amount of effort to restock with fresh eggs every 45 minutes or so. I was upset there were no eggs, just milk, cereal, toast, muffins. Whoever owns this place is definitely not proud or enthusiastic about it.
Pros: It had a bed
Cons: They could not find my reservation, even with my reservation number, it took 30 or more minutes to get checked in and get my room key at 3 am!
Cons: Front desk gave me keys to room that had someone else in it. N when I was given another key to a different room I rated poorly.
Pros: I didn't like anything about the hotel.
Cons: The room looked clean until you walked barefoot across the floor. The carpets are dirty and the curtains had holes in them. I would not use this American Best Value Inn again. I will take my business to someone else.
Pros: Unfortunately when I pulled into the parking lot I knew I could not check in. The hotel was very run down and people hanging outside. I've stayed at 2 star hotels before and I'm expecting it to be very basic but not unsafe.
Pros: No hot water
Cons: The TV didn't work, there are flies in the room, the water pressure was poor the carpet by the door was torn and missing, there was a large gap in the door where I assume the flies were coming in. Staff was not helpful in resolving any issues.
Pros: Efficient front desk
Cons: Room had about 1/6 of one roll of tp when we arrived Tv remote did not work & channel selector on tv did not work, so we had one channel to watch after a 12 hour drive that day We were at breakfast at 7, but most breakfast stuff was empty
