The staff, especially the woman named (I believe?) Breonna, were very nice and helpful. We were there for seven days because we were looking at moving to Lacey/Olympia from Ohio and they were very informative! The cleaning was lacking at times. There were two days that the houskeeping didn't come, and I wasn't really sure why.
Not much Breakfast area on 2nd floor not much direction. Bad remodel. Not very clean. Employees very robotic.
The staff was friendly. The pool was clean and the rooms were newly remodeled. The location was convenient. The parking lot was littered with trash. The parking lot should be better monitored to keep non quests from hanging out there.
Staff was friendly Location Room needed vacuuming No iron in room No hair dryer in room Breakfast was really slim and was done by 9am No coffee or tea in lobby Homeless looking man in parking lot 2 days in a row
There's a McDonalds in front of it, which can be helpful, and it's fairly close to the airport. Rooms are fine and spacious. Breakfast room is too tiny, you can barely walk around to get your food. At least nobody complained about me getting food to my room. The breakfast itself could be better.
Bed were comfy and room was nice The breakfast if you can call it that was bad. Only the minimum and cheapest of cheap. The cereal containers were dirty and had spider webs on them. They looked like they had never been moved. The coffee was more like water. The bagel and cream cheese had a nasty taste to them. I stay for three days and was the same each time I went back. It was a hot the days i was there and the only air conditioning that was on was in rooms. The the hall ways had a funky smell to them.
No screen on window...like to open for fresh air
Found old pizza in my microwave
That I had a place to sleep after being road weary. I was appalled by the service I received from the staff from check-in to being overcharged, to being monitored while I ate breakfast to ensure I didn't take too much.
Room was clean, bed was comfy. Great location Continental breakfast lacked protein
Friendly staff, comfortable bed, convenient location. Room was very stuffy. There was air conditioning but it was so loud I couldn't sleep with it on. Very limited fitness facility.
The bathroom was remodeled so it was nice to take a hot shower after a long day of traveling. The surrounding neighborhood had a lot of dining options and were within walking distance. The employee who checked me out was very friendly and professional. The employee who checked me in was inhospitable. Not once did she smile at me, and her attitude was one of indifference, bordering on unfriendliness. I'm sure the cover throw and sheet was cleaned, but there were small stains on them that made me push them both aside. I could hear the occupant on the floor above me thundering around across his/her room all night long. Breakfast was bare with only few options for hot food (toast and oatmeal). Upon entering the hotel, there was a musky smell that I could not pinpoint as to what it was, but was quite unappealing.
It's our "go to" on the way to and hone from camping on the Washington beaches! The staff here is second to none! Luxury service at an economy price!!! The pool is clean and safe. The office staff fawn over my dog each time, making me know they Really are pet friendly!! See you next trip! Beyond expectations!
They are very short sighted tto charge 5 bucks for Y fi It just cost them a customer! 1
Generally clean and neat. Shower worked very well. No fridge, microwave, or coffee maker in room.
Location was OK. No power or TV (except a light in the bathroom). When we asked for some power, the guy at the counter said there was a switch by the bed. There was no switch. Went down to get him and he finally came up and played with some wires. Then he took off suddenly. I went to check in 15 minutes and he was checking in more idiots (like me, for staying here). I decided to let the future guests know about my experiences and he told me I had to leave the motel for having a bad attitude. Since I had paid for the room, I told him good luck with that. He decided not to pursue the matter with me or my 250 lb roommate..we were there for a softball tournament. Since it was late, we just went to bed. If the guy would have been somewhat straight with us, it would not have been such a problem. He barely spoke English and was the rudest hotel clerk I have ever encountered. Overall, worst motel experience in my life....and I have stayed in some real dives in Morocco, Mexico and Central America. To top it off, the entire place smelled moldy. The waitress at Denny's said they had been closed down for health violations in the past.
price. The basic room and space were ok Check in was very slow. The bathroom door would not open without exerting extreme force, and then only partially; debris from the rotting bottom of the door was on the floor. The shower hardware was dysfunctional: the handheld shower head would not stay positioned on the holding bar; the spray was knife-like. The walls must be paper thin because we could hear normal conversation in the hallway and knocks on another door sounded like they were on ours. We were woken in the middle of the night by loud voices and banging around. The bed sheet was excessively worn with and had a tear. I might try a Super 8 somewhere else but never again in Lacy!
The breakfast was ok The room was literally a disaster when I got there. It looked like someone had ransacked it. The next room was at least clean, but the key system didn't work and we had to leave the door open with a towel. :-/
