Pros: This hotel and its staff was incredible. We are from the U.S., and am used to staying at Hilton, JW Marriott and Kimpton hotels, and of all the places we stayed in Croatia, this was my favorite. You are right in the heart of it all, and no other hotel can offer this. If you open your windows at night, you'll hear the live music that plays most nights. There are only maybe 12 rooms, so book out far in advance. They also had the best breakfast...we always buy the breakfast option in our rates for all the hotels on our trip. Staff was exuberant and helpful, and made us feel welcome every time we left and came into the lobby.
Cons: It's in the center of the city, so you have to park a few blocks away, then drag your luggage through the streets to the hotel. No cars allowed on the city streets.
Pros: Good food, great service, nice bed and great bathroom.
Cons: Challenging parking situation, but not unusual for an old town hotel.

Rooms at this upscale hotel offer up nice touches like bathrobes and slippers, along with plasma TVs and minibars.
Cons: The room
No air conditioning
The shower in the bedroom
The toilet in the closet
The hotel corridors
Hotel impersonal feels like aquatic city for adults

Pros: We liked, first and formost, the wonderful staff. Their friendliness, and desire to make our stay as great as it was made this experience. The room is bigger than most European rooms, in great condition, comfortable and the houskeeping staff made our return ..special in a kind way. Very good breakfast. Old Zadar just a few minutes away by car, but this place has a beach and the Adriatic just across. I think it's a best bet in Zadar. In a culture that doesn't leave many tips, I felt compelled to leave some for room and restaurant staff. Thanks.

Pros: I have spent a little time to answer to this question but the price was quite reasonable
Cons: See above
Pros: Kind staff, best value for money, location direct on beach, close to the city center.
Pros: Pansion Vista is a nice little hotel on the edge of Zadar. There is a regular bus line to the center of town just in front of the hotel. People working there are friendly and helpfull and fluent in both English and German. The restaurant is very basic, but good nonetheless.
Cons: Don't expect too much luxury. The room and breakfast are very basic.
Pros: From the time I arrived, I knew this was going to be a great place to stay. The location, the staff, the room and the food were all terrific. The owner and the matre d'hotel, Radke were both so helpful- and so is the rest of the staff. Even the chef was amazing- with his food as well as his offer to help with my luggage- you rarely find this kind of hospitality, especially, at these prices!
Pros: Vey good kitchen, very useful and helpful stuff, close to the sea, Very nice athmosphere.
Cons: If apartment could be an apartment in the future should be a little bit renovated especcially bathroom.
Pros: View from hotel bar. Thankfully we were only staying for 1 night.
Cons: Cleanliness of room in particular the dirty carpet and dead flies all over the walls. No airc onditioning or fans considering the very hot climate. Smelly hotel. Very poor location. Broken shower. This hotel is not a three star hotel and should be removed from all online booking sites. It is a disgrace that this hotel should appear on any site. Breakfast was absolutely pathetic
Pros: Very convenient position near the old city centre, but quiet and peaceful. Access by car, until you know it is not easy, due to pedestrianised areas and narrow streets.
Cons: Nothing, we were very satisfied.
Cons: I asked for a quiet room but was put in a room right beside the building which was going on next door.
Pros: Everything. A delightful place in a beautiful situation. Charming staff. The restaurant was excellent.
Cons: No. But if you wanted to be in the centre of Zadar, you might think it too far out. You have to take a bus
Pros: Very friendly multilingual staff, always happy to help. Excellent restaurant, food brilliant and service great. Room basic but clean and excellent value for money. Beautiful views of a paradise island
Cons: Could provide more local info eg maps etc
