Pros: Location was fantastic! Right in the centre of Zadar. Its only a small old town really, but to be right in the middle was great. Just below the apartment were cafes, a supermarket, loads of restaurants, ice cream shops etc. And it was a 5 min walk from the bus stop which connects to the airport and main bus station. The room was clean and comfortable. Although we were right in the centre we didn’t hear any noise really, and the shutters on the window were complete black out! Slept really well. Paula who met us was friendly and helpful, with excellent English.

Pros: Great position - comfortable - clean.
Cons: The almost aggressive need to state that any marks on linen towels etc would be charged extra! As with any late checkout - another full day would be charged. The person checking us in was clearly in a hurry and while competent, was not particularly warm.

Pros: We stayed in "the apartment" and it was our best room of the whole trip to Croatia. The "Niko family" including all 3 daughters are all here and still working at the hotel. This is the apartment they lived in and just started renting it out about a year ago. Large rooms, huge balcony with a 180 degree water view. The staff was amazing and Martina was super. The other rooms were nice and half the price, but the apartment was our "splurge" for the trip. It had a full kitchen, washer and dryer and the refrigerator was stocked with wine, champagne, water...all included. The breakfast was outstanding, hot and cold items, omelets, etc made to order. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and the "father" cooked right at the table. We're told he checks each order before it goes out. This is a great hotel, highly recommended.

Pros: What a fabulous family run hotel. Really friendly and welcoming. great rooms, kept spotlessly clean, with kettle tea and coffee. Breakfast was excellent with freshly made eggs to you order, great spread of food. The restaurant, voted one of the best in Radar, if not the best, but colleagues from Zadar, was impressive. Fish fish and more fish!! All in all a gem of a hotel, open all year round and just old fashioned nice.

Pros: We liked, first and formost, the wonderful staff. Their friendliness, and desire to make our stay as great as it was made this experience. The room is bigger than most European rooms, in great condition, comfortable and the houskeeping staff made our return ..special in a kind way. Very good breakfast. Old Zadar just a few minutes away by car, but this place has a beach and the Adriatic just across. I think it's a best bet in Zadar. In a culture that doesn't leave many tips, I felt compelled to leave some for room and restaurant staff. Thanks.

Pros: A beautiful hostel, well designed and with enough good facilities. And the location couldn't be more perfect. It's really in the heart of zadar. Oh, and the small breakfast was a nice plus!
Cons: The room was really really small, i mean...tiny. if you have a medium size luggage and happen to stay on an upper bed, good luck unpacking and packing your stuff. It's gonna be tough. The shower was good, but, again, so tiny it's hard to even move. And there's no hanging on the wall nor anything to put your stuff, which makes the whole process of taking a shower a really complex task.

Pros: Great location in the heart of Zadar. Good recommendations for the restaurants.
Cons: The room was up a few flights of stairs.
6.7 Good
Pros: Room is near the center and the good restaurants.
Cons: i didn’t like when the Honor said he could send us a taxi if we needed it and the cost it would be 100kunas. And when we ask for service he want to charge the double. Life is not all about money. If you need to go to the city center it is better use an Uber, because cheapper and each taxi makes his price.

Pros: Loris was friendly, amazing and helpful - absolutely loved it. The rooms were recently renovated and the design and accessories were pretty cool.
Cons: The window goes into a very dusty inner courtyard (opening a window might not bring the expected refreshing relief) and there isn't really a view to speak of... One does need to bear in mind that to get to the apartment one needs to go a couple of flights of stairs- nothing noteworthy for a young person, but if you have elderly people or people with mobility problems - it's something to consider.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Location is very good. Host met us early to check us in.
Cons: No view, sockets hanging of wall exposed wires, lamp broken with exposed wires. Hole in wall covered by picture with some if the hole exposed at bottom. Could hear your neighbours, very thin walls. Could hear neighbour showering and using toilet. No soap in bathroom and no proper coffee making facilities with no spoons, sugar to use. Uncomfortable bed.

Pros: The room was absolutely lovely! Big room with antique furniture just like in the pictures. Big bathroom with great shower. Everything was superclean. Location was perfect.
Cons: The acoustics were not great. We could hear the people above us walking etcétera. We woke up a few times because of this.

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable, well appointed, good location.
Cons: The address given was incorrect and so we spent a good hour trying to locate the owner and the new location.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location good (situated between a coffee shop and gelato shop both we recommend) Clean, tidy apartment with nice thoughtful decor. Includes small fridge, kettle. Tea and coffee also provided which was a welcome addition. There was some toiletries which we weren't expecting.
Cons: Room description slightly misleading - garden view is non existing, however we didn't book for a view- we did get a quieter room which was back of the building. Front of building is facing a busy cultural area. What would increase the rating is a little more attention to smaller details such as adding teaspoons and glasses for guests; maybe some local information especially as Zadar is such a historical, cultural area to visit.

Pros: Great location

Pros: kids friendly environment
Cons: room were the level of a very poor 3 stars... so old with little comfort: no shampoo, not enough towels, room last renovation was probably from the 80's, TV was not even in the bedroom, Sofa was very old and some sofa protection were replaced with a white napkin

Pros: Great location, sea view, amazing facilities with spa, grounds and pools.
Cons: To my great astonishment the staff when we arrived said: no booking in the system and even didn’t start to check. After I showed him the order, he said ok. For the first time I didn’t see just any wish to help and assist. The booking was in some other system but he didn’t want to check it.

Pros: The location of the apartment was quite close to the Zadar Bus Station, which was convenient for us. The staff Sanja warmly welcomed us and helped us check in. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable letting us slept so well.
Cons: Only cold water came out from the shower after using it for about 10 to 15 minutes. I have not finished my shower, and my partner even has not started his shower yet. We have contacted the staff, and they have not come to fix the problem, but asked us to wait for a while. That night we took our shower with cold water, with some hot water boiled ourselves using the boiler provided in the room. In the morning there was still no hot water.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very central to town centre. Accomodated us checking out at 11am.
Cons: Breakfast at pizza restaurant was not suitable for breakfast. Didn't go the second morning. Supermarket close by 4 flights of stairs to climb... which is fine but maybe a challenge for some.

Pros: It was a very nice room, with a comfortable bed and very good quality bed linen. The decor was very striking and there was plenty of room, a good big wardrobe and two windows
Cons: I wouldn't stay there again because it was very noisy - the disadvantage of being on a city street in the middle of the city. The shower didn't work very well - hook was broken. A kettle would have been good - there was a fridge but no way of making tea.

Pros: Close to freeway was the only good thing about this hotel.
Cons: Breakfast was weenies. We woke up to no water at all and could not shower, use the sink or the toilet.
The ratings on the internet are overrated. We couldn't wait to leave and should have continued in our trip to stay in Zagreb where there are
More hotels and places to eat, The date on the water bottle in the hotel room was expired. The sink stopper was stuck down and we had to put our hands in dirty water to pry out the stopped with the hotel key. When we checked in there was one employee running everything, check in, bar, restaurant. The TV was about 20 yrs old.

Pros: I liked the kettle, the pitcher, spoons, fridge and ac. The room was nicely furnished, and nicely decorated. We had a balcony with a clothing line.
Cons: Beware the apartment is on the third floor! And they do NOT have elevators and at night no lighting in the staircase. They do not have any reception. Even though you are asked what time to check in no one is there to greet you there and we ended up waiting even longer. The bathrooms are squish as is most bathrooms and they only gave one toilet roll. So good luck lol the wastebasket is super small. They only take cash so bring all your kunas. There are no toiletries.

Cons: Lights needed on foot path between main building and dining area Vending machine with snacks would have been helpful Tea/coffee facilities in bedrooms General areas a bit dated
6.0 Good
Pros:
Cons: I didn't like the fact they had no irons allowed in the rooms. I like a coffee in the morning and unless you went to the restaurant during the opening times you couldn't get one. They do have a coffee machine in reception but you cannot get one until 10am. I think they should switch the machine on by at least 6am for those who enjoy a coffee before breakfast. Do take your own tea bags too as the ones they use are dreadful
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean, comfortable room. Not too far from the airport and not too distant from the old town. Fab selection of food in the restaurant.
Cons: Bit quiet but it was nearing the end of the season. No sunbeds around the pool maybe also due to it being the end of the season.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was old worldy which we loved. Nice big room..very quiet....Extremely helpful gentleman on the front desk
Cons: Everything was fantastic
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing, filthy old kip
Cons: Everything, stuck in the 70’s, dirty
7.5 Good
Pros: Very good localization. Good breakfast
Cons:
5.4 Okay
Pros:
Cons: 4 stars is a joke. First we got a room in the cellar with unpleasant smell of a moisture - we had to change it. Terrible location among little houses and streets without pavements, where you have to escape from cars. Swimming pool - not working, though we had warm aand sunny days. Kettle not working, there were no mugs for tea. Never smiling personel.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff in the bar and reception were helpful and we got nice service. We had a nice big balcony.
Cons: The room was not clean. Arriving day the cleaning lady cleaned the room for 1.5 hours because of our request. Breakfast was poor, hot was not hot and cold products were not cold. The hotel is not worth of 4 stars. No promised gym, no wellness services. The high price of the accommodation had to pay in advance, now we know why.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Tidy and Spacious room
Cons: All went well
6.7 Good
Pros: Nice stuff. Locating near bus terminal was convenient. Easy walk to the old city and the beach.
Cons: Cigarette smell everywhere. Poor breakfast, horrible coffee. Badly chosen furniture for the space. Dirty courtains.
