Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: There was a barking dog in the connecting room. Staff said they would have taken care of it if we would have called them the night before. The whole building smelled like cigarette smoke, even though we had a nonsmoking room. That was unacceptable

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Large room and bath, very clean, excellent staff, great complimentary breakfast (to include tasty fresh sliced fruit), layout of the breakfast area was well thought out for flow of diners. Close to restaurants. Overall very pleasant 2 night stay. I would highly recommend to others and also choose this property again.
Cons: Nothing about the hotel itself - just parents that have not taught their children not to run through the floors screaming at 6:30 in the morning!
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: How could I love the worst traveling experience?
Cons: After we check-in, we backed out from the room because I haven’t been notified of the situation during the check-in. The hotel was overbooked, so I got a king room instead of a double room. I traveled with three 10-years old girls. All of us squeezed in a tiny space. The front desk staff only wished us didn't know what we book? No apology and she didn't mention anything until I went back to the front desk. Then she told me she could provide us a rolling bed without additional charges. Excuse me? Your hotel charged me a double room and gave me a king room. I don't think I can stand with the services.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great bed and pillow selection. Friendly staff. Great breakfast and coffee and waffles.
4.2 Okay
Pros: We generally like Hampton Inn for its overall pleasant atmosphere and value. The breakfast was good.
Cons: We were initially told WIFI wasn't working, only to find, on our own, that it was. The TV signal was intermittent and pixilated. The toilet ran continually during our entire stay. Place had not been cleaned properly. There were marks from glasses of previous guests on the nightstand. Hallways were extremely cold. Ice makers only on 1st and 3rd floors, and the one on the third floor was not working. Cost was much higher than at similar Hampton Inns in surrounding towns. In the evening, we found that coffee in the lobby was cold.
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: location, not much else.
Cons: room less quality than competition days before and after, lack of features inside room. temperature control poor, too hot to sleep comfortably. Walls have no sound barrier, room next to pool; it was like being in a lounge chair at the pool. A group was in the pool screaming and playing all night, impossible to sleep at all. Finally at 11:30pm, I complained to the front desk; woman didn't care, was rude, stated they could use pool until midnight. Swimming may be okay, but constant screaming and keeping other paying guests from sleeping is unacceptable. Over-priced, rude, uncaring staff, not same quality as other Hamptons or nearby competition. NEVER go back there!

9.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is spacious and solidly constructed - so very quiet and restful. We loved the lay-out of our suite, with a bedroom on either side of a kitchenette and bathroom. The whirlpool bath was lovely! Everything in the suite was very clean.
Cons: We did not like the tv on during breakfast. We were there to spend time with each other, not listen to the latest news about some pop star performing with a live snake, etc. (Who cares?) The tv was loud and interrupted our nice breakfast together.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk clerk was very informative about the area, truly helped our overnight get-a-way much more enjoyable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing breakfast; good, hot food! REAL butter to go on delicious wheat toast. The only thing that wasnt impressive was the fake oj. It was an orange drink and def not orange juice.
Cons: The lady doing breakfast was hobering over the dining area the entire time which made one feel like you were being eyeballed while eating. We tipped her anyway because she did a good job with food prep.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The room was dusty...enough that I wrote "dust me" in it. The clock didn't work, battery on the TV remote were too weak to change channels, the electric outlets are in places that I couldn't use one without having to move furniture. I called within the $0 cancellation fee to say I might not be staying the 2nd night, but they charged for both nights. When I called to ask about it, there was no record of me ever staying there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly. The hotel was close to everything that we needed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect for attending sports event at west muskingham high school . Very friendly staff
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: The property is set back from the main road and the entrance is not lit or marked in any way. They are noted to be handicap accessible; it has three floors and no elevators or ramps. Walking in, the place is dingy and dark. Stepping foot in the room we were assigned you were hit with the smell of urine, after your feet found the sinking spots in the “hardwood” floors. The windows didn’t shut all the way, letting the 13° air into the room. The filter for the heating/cooling system was just propped up on the front of the unit. Moving it revealed mold in the unit itself. One bed was rock hard, the other felt as if it were 50 years old and sunk in the middle. There were holes and stains in all of the blankets. The towels weren’t even clean. Had I not been on the road for more than 10 hours, we wouldn’t have even stayed, but we didn’t have a choice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, Clean and easy to check in. Staff was excellent
5.0 Okay
Cons: The shower tiles were filthy your breakfast ain't near as good as other hotels
5.0 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff, convenient location, comfortable bed.
Cons: Hallways and stairs needed vacuuming. Room could have been cleaner.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Heater in the room was broken and they never fixed it. We were there for 3 nights. They finally admitted the heater was broken and they couldn’t fix it without replacing it, which apparently they weren’t doing until after we checked out. They said we were offered a heater for that last night, but they didn’t call me or email me it was available. So I’m not sure how they thought I was going to know it was available. No discount or concession for no heat in our room. I also bought a king suite because booking.com said it would accommodate 5 people. 2 adult and 3 children. When I checked in they asked me I realized my room only had one king size bed. Wouldn’t you think to verify this before I check in. They said my reservation came through only listing 2 adult. My reservation confirmation clearly stated 5 people. So I’m not sure where the breakdown was. They also said they only had one rollaway away and didn’t offer any other alternative. We were lucky my husband was smart enough to bring a cot and my youngest thought it would be like a fort to put the 2 oversized chairs together to sleep. And the topping to it all, they failed to clean our room on the last day. I had to go down to the front desk to get some towels so we all could shower.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Close to my daughter
Cons: It was the dirtiest place i have ever stayed.the room had a odor an the air conditioning did not work properly
7.5 Good
Pros: Room was good for the price.
Cons: There were two of us and they gave us one hand towel and one regular towel.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place for the money
Cons: Place wss fine
6.0 Good
Pros: I liked the price. I liked that it was conveniently located to everything (food, gas, etc.). The woman who helped us when we checked in was very nice.
Cons: We stayed in room #203. When we entered the room, we flipped the switch and the lights didn't turn on. We had to walk into the dark room to try to figure out why. We never did. The lamps had to manually be turned on. The refrigerator made a weird knocking sound about every 30 minutes, which was loud enough to wake us up when we were dozing off. The beds were super springy and, while they said they were Queen sized, I have a queen at home and these seemed much smaller and more like a full size. lastly, the heating/cooling unit did not have a cover and you could see all the dust and dirt on the filter. It just seemed like they just didn't care to replace the cover and it made a bad impression.

7.5 Good
Pros: It’s older but it did feel very clean and everyone was friendly
Cons: It was absolutely freezing in the room, it was only 45 degrees the first day and took an entire night and day to warm up. If they know someone has booked a room I feel the heat needs turned on to at least 65
4.8 Okay
Pros: The rooms are very big,
Cons: People above us were loudly moving furniture and bustling about all night. Around 1am I called the front desk and they said that they would go speak to them. It continued until 2, and they resumed at 4. I got the impression it was someone who lives there because who travels and stays up all night? And they took 4-5 showers too... which I was able to hear through the ceiling as though they were using OUR shower. My toddler didn't sleep, I didn't sleep and it wasn't cheap. The entire hotel was empty so I'd love to know why were were placed right below someone's room. The walls are thin!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quick Check in. Apologized for mess as redoing/updating. Right off hi way with fast food close to grab and a Denney's. Slept good no major noise. If in area would probably stay again for the price as just slept there 9pm-6am.
Cons: Entrance not marked well as same drive as another major motel.

Pros: The price was right for a quick 2 night stay. I ended up leaving leaving an item in the room after I checked out and they had it at the desk for me when I returned to ask for it later that day.
Cons: The room was a bit dated. There was also a strange smell in the room probably from trying to get smoke smell out if the air when people chose to break the rules and smoke in the room.

Pros: The price you pay is well worth it fro this facility. They are also repainting and remodeling the bathrooms so the place looks much better indoors than it does from the outside.

Pros: affordable
Cons: Could have a tub in room, the bathroom was a little chilly even with heat on as well
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The man at the front desk came to help me get in the room after a recent change had been added to the door.
Cons: It is a dark road when driving off of the highway. A light does need to be added before the driveway to turn left into the motel. It is a light shining that is showing the motel sign, but it after the driveway. I am afraid that I am going to hit a big rock one night and damage my car, since I keep turning onto the grass before I stop and then I am going backwards for a few seconds to make the left turn into the driveway.

Pros: No frills, but clean and a very good value.

Pros: Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Bare spartan type accomodations, cold uninviting, a bed and a sink. Only 30 TV stations and no wi-fi. The bathroom door would not open all the way because it would slam into the commode.

Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: There was a barking dog in the connecting room. Staff said they would have taken care of it if we would have called them the night before. The whole building smelled like cigarette smoke, even though we had a nonsmoking room. That was unacceptable

Pros: It was all good. Breakfast is always important to me. Waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage and especially the orange juice were all good. The location is near the interstate and in a good neighborhood. Bed was comfortable. All in all a good experience.
Cons: The room was cold when I first got there. (It was 28 degrees out that night.) Heater worked great. The TV remote was a little slow and particular. Pushing the button didn't always affect a change.
