Pros: The continental breakfast is wonderful! Best breakfast anywhere! Rooms are very clean and staff was friendly.
Pros: The hot breakfast and friendliness of the staff
Cons: I would've liked to know that we were booked in a handicap room
Pros: The staff was welcoming and efficient at the desk. The room was looked like everything was new. The complimentary breakfast far exceeded my expectations. The common area where we had the breakfast was spacious, comfortable, clean, and looked brand new.
Pros: It's a newer hotel and located in a quiet area. Nice pool and hot tub.
Cons: The pool and hot tub were out of service the night of my stay, which was very disappointing.
Very clean, neat and well cared for. Staff was great. Great place to stay in Zanesville.
Pros: Service was great!!
Pros: The staff was very friendly at check in and check out. We received a gift when arriving. The breakfast was very good also. Food was well stocked. Temp of food was good. Would highly recommend!!!!!
This was a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. All members of our group were pleased with the accommodations.
Pros: Our stay was great! The room was very spacious and exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast surprised me...it was great! They had a huge variety of food. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros: We generally like Hampton Inn for its overall pleasant atmosphere and value. The breakfast was good.
Cons: We were initially told WIFI wasn't working, only to find, on our own, that it was. The TV signal was intermittent and pixilated. The toilet ran continually during our entire stay. Place had not been cleaned properly. There were marks from glasses of previous guests on the nightstand. Hallways were extremely cold. Ice makers only on 1st and 3rd floors, and the one on the third floor was not working. Cost was much higher than at similar Hampton Inns in surrounding towns. In the evening, we found that coffee in the lobby was cold.
Pros: Large room and bath, very clean, excellent staff, great complimentary breakfast (to include tasty fresh sliced fruit), layout of the breakfast area was well thought out for flow of diners. Close to restaurants. Overall very pleasant 2 night stay. I would highly recommend to others and also choose this property again.
Cons: Nothing about the hotel itself - just parents that have not taught their children not to run through the floors screaming at 6:30 in the morning!
Pros: The Pines of Dresden was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The hospitality was incredible! They made sure everything was just right. If you are in the area, do yourself a favor and stay there!
Pros: The whole experience. Excellent food. An 1812 home. Terrific host. Restful grounds.
Cons: A little out of our way, but we'll worth the extra time spent getting there.
Enjoy your visit to Dresden with a stay at The Pines of Dresden Bed and Breakfast. Free perks include full breakfast and WiFi.
Cons: People above us were loudly moving furniture and bustling about all night. Around 1am I called the front desk and they said that they would go speak to them. It continued until 2, and they resumed at 4. I got the impression it was someone who lives there because who travels and stays up all night? And they took 4-5 showers too... which I was able to hear through the ceiling as though they were using OUR shower. My toddler didn't sleep, I didn't sleep and it wasn't cheap.
The entire hotel was empty so I'd love to know why were were placed right below someone's room. The walls are thin!
Pros: It was clean and a the price was good.
Pros: The price was right for a quick 2 night stay. I ended up leaving leaving an item in the room after I checked out and they had it at the desk for me when I returned to ask for it later that day.
Cons: The room was a bit dated. There was also a strange smell in the room probably from trying to get smoke smell out if the air when people chose to break the rules and smoke in the room.
Pros: Great value when you need a decent place to rest your bones, on a trip to the hills
Pros: Quick Check in. Apologized for mess as redoing/updating. Right off hi way with fast food close to grab and a Denney's. Slept good no major noise. If in area would probably stay again for the price as just slept there 9pm-6am.
Cons: Entrance not marked well as same drive as another major motel.
Pros: The front desk staff were kind and informative. The room was clean and very reasonably priced
Cons: The hallways were dark, dank, and smelled heavily of bleach and cigarette smoke.
Pros: The price you pay is well worth it fro this facility. They are also repainting and remodeling the bathrooms so the place looks much better indoors than it does from the outside.
Cons: Only had three pillows per bed and my boyfriend is a pillow hog so that wasn't very pleasant.
Cons: The Hotel had a smell. The shower did not work properly, the shower pull did not pull up to run the full shower. The room was descent, but not up to the Marriott standards I had expected. Very disappointed for the price I paid. The rating is misleading.
Pros: Friendly professional staff
Pros: Staff was very accommodating. Location is perfect for me.
Cons: Mattresses seemed old and unsupportive.
Pros: Staff very pleasant. Close to highway.
Cons: Ants!!!!! In bathroom on 3rd floor!!!! Crawling in sink area and all over floor. Manager said she could give me points but I do not have a Marriot rewards card...so no discount. She did apologize, which I appreciate.
Pros: Friendly Staff makes a pleasant stay! As a female traveling alone I felt very safe and secured at this location. The staff was alert each time the door opened. The bed was wonderful, best nights sleep in years. Will stay again. Clean.
Cons: It had an inside heated pool, it was good but could have been warmer. I believe it was an older building small elevator but everything else makes up for it.
Pros: The staff was very courteous and was very responsive to any request I had.
Pros: Good location. Good breakfast.
Cons: Desk light did not work. Toilet ran too much.
Pros: Entrance was the fastest I have ever seen and so efficient. Location for us with meeting half way up road Brownville Rd. was sweet and easy to manouver.Especially how clean every corner of our room.
Cons: Not one thing so very pleased
Pros: The night auditor couldn't be more gracious and friendly.
Cons: The room is dated and dirty. This is a highway hotel you can use to sleep for 6 hours. I wouldn't want to stay again.
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: Carpets seemed dirty. Pool was small and was over chlorinated
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: It is adjacent to active railroad tracks and not well sound insulated, so you will be woken up by trains early in the morning if you stay here with a room on the back side of the hotel.
Cons: Paint peeling off walls, toilet broke, not enough parking, air conditioner would not keep room comfortable
Pros: I arrived very late, 1:30 A.M. The staff member on duty greeted me and said, "we were expecting you." She was aware how tired I was from my journey. She made the check in process fast and hassle free. I was in my room in less than 3 minutes.
Cons: Cooling system for the room.
I sleep with a fan on. There was not a setting for keeping the fan on constantly. It kept turning off and on to keep the temp in the room.

Cons: Furniture old and dirty carpet ripped in several places bathroom filthy still dirty linens from last guests hanging in bathroom. No elevator steps were dirty I rarely wear shoes but afraid to take them here. All extremely outdated. Never Again !!
Pros: gross.not clean at all,disgusting....
Cons: I pulled back the sheets and inspected the beds because I felt dirty They don't even wipe the crud off the walls...gross.gross.not clean at all,disgusting....
Pros: The reasonable price
Cons: The WiFi wasn't working
Pros: The hotel is near Main Street and is surrounded by old churches with turn of last century architecture. We plan to stop there again when we travel.
Cons: I reserved a non-smoking received A smoking room they said that the room just been redone so it was like a non smoking room it wasn't I had a CPAP machine I can't not get it cleaned and I got home and had a doctor's appointment he put me in the hospital b
Pros: It was cheap
Cons: The room stunk. Some lights didn't work. The wifi wasn't very good. There was no alarm clock. There were very limited and poorly located outlets.
Pros: Closer to my job
Cons: There was bed bugs and cock roaches
Pros: Price and staff
Cons: No tub old building tv was not good lick didn't work no numbers on the door
