Cons: "Flight was delayed. On board, the seats were too small as per usual with Air Canada’s seating configuration. They tend to pack the cabin with as many passengers with little room."

Pros: "Very short flight so not much to comment."
Cons: "Not that I didn’t like, but there was no entertainment and no beverage on this flight. Maybe add a “N/A” as an option in the survey. Flight was delayed, but we were kept updated."

Cons: "After a delay on my first flight, I managed to get to the gate with a few minutes to spare and the door open. The desk agent refused to let me board the plane."

Pros: "Air Canada is a respectable airline but the plane is not spacious at all. I mean, yes you pay for what you get, but damn the aircraft seats are so small. Then for people taking the morning flight, who probably haven’t eaten breakfast, you give them a measly omelet with a nasty side of spinach ? for the entire flight ? and a measly bag of pretzels ? Your starving the people which isn’t nice at all. Getting through baggage and getting in the flight was quite smooth and the air hosts were excellent. Entertainment was ok, there’s way to many Asian inspired films on there that I find are uninteresting, but hey, to each his own. Now coming back however was far better, the food was good, although can we stop putting soggy food into the mix, I know the food is premade but the mash potato is always so soggy and the vegetable mix has no flavour. Drinks are always great on the flight, entertainment was the same, hosts were great, pilot knows how to fly the plane, thank goodness, and overall it was a good flight back. Make the tiny adjustments I suggested and you’ll be at the top of your game Air Canada ! Merci !"

Pros: "I have never flown Air Canada before and it was one of the best airlines I have ever flown! Entertainment was great! The outlets were clutch. I got a sandwich and it was really delicious !"

Cons: "Why does a vegan meal include butter and cheesecake? There was clearly a mistake but it seemed like the airline attendants were unfamiliar with what a vegan diet is. It really diminishes your confidence when they pass you another meal, you have no idea what ingredients are in it and simply have the trust the people that just passed you butter."

Cons: "*The in-flight entertainement required you tonise your own mobile devices, but locks "premium" content (movies) and forces you to install an app to view it - which you can't do once your on the plane and have no wifi. Also, there's no way my iPad would've lasted 7h without a charging port anyways..."

Cons: "The flight was delayed for an hour, and a number of passengers lost connecting flights. The customer service was very uncooperative in rescheduling flights for us. in my case again the rescheduled flight was inoperative in the next day. Air Canada has been very disappointing in service. I really hope that I will be able adhere to my promise to myself not to fly with Air Canada in my life."

Cons: "The sound quality of the onboard entertainment is shameful espwcially for thisi day and age. The image quality wasn't great either."

Pros: "Good flight once we got on board."
Cons: "Plane was about an hour late taking off, seems the maintenance guy lives 45 minutes from the airport and we all had to wait on him to get there to look at a paint chip on the nose, which took about a minute. They might want to have someone on hand."

Cons: "No earphones supplied at all, for such a long flight, and as I did not have a pair of my own, I was unable to access the inflight entertainment. They ran out of one of their two entrees. I got the last of the chicken while my seatmates had to settle for the pasta. I felt guilty about this, and I was only sitting midway on the plane."

Cons: "Though not in your control, we had a two hour late start. The gate area was crowded with too little seating. It was so far from the main airport area that refreshments were hard to get. The airline did give some snacks but nothing very substantial. Our 8:30 something flight didn't get off until after 10."

Cons: "The airport in Toronto where they crammed about 10 gates together in a small area with no air conditioning (it seemed). Also flight was delayed about an hour so had to wait in horrible conditions with no seats for a long time."

Cons: "The temperature on the plane was incredibly hot. I believe that the crew did everything that they could do to remedy this, including passing water. However, it was incredibly uncomfortable and some of the passengers were quite angry."

Cons: "Crowded gate with not enough chairs because of so many delays. We were delayed too because of the other backups, but flight was great once we boarded. Not a big deal to us but might have been if we had a connecting flight after that. This was the small commuter flight area so maybe that's just how it goes."

Pros: "the plane crew were pleasant and kept us posted as to what was happening and causing us to be even later to leave."
Cons: "The staff on the ground were disorganized, uninformed, frazzled, dismissive and boarded us 1 hour late with no updates on why we were not boarding on time. Our flight was just sitting there on the ground. when people asked they blew us off. we were also crowded into the last, very narrow, terminal area in the Toronto airport (F89-F99 area). Too many flights departing at the same time, created limited space to sit/stand. One passenger pasted out, and had a seizure upon hitting the floor face first, because of the stuffed space, and lack of air movement and available seats. They did have a fan in the area but it didnt do much to circulate air. Once we boarded an hour late, the ground crew were nowhere to be found. We waited 30min on the plane for crew to board our luggage. We were told they left the area to work somewhere else, and would be back soon. Ugh! I would not fly Air Canada again, esp through Toronto again."

Cons: "You pay for wine! This is the only international flight I've ever had where I had to pay for my wine. They served dinner really late so I stayed up until almost 11 EST to eat and to drink wine before going to sleep. They were understaffed so they always seemed overwhelmed and stressed. No movies or screens."

I called Kayak and the offices were closed. I had to buy a whole new ticket. I will only use Kayak again out of desperation. Anton Maillie"

Cons: "Not sure if this is an Air Canada or a Toronto Pearson Airport issue, but the gate we flew out of was in a very small area with very limited seating. Long delay and no staff to assist or inform the passengers of the schedule delay. We will never fly Air Canada again."

Pros: "This is the only part of my round trip with Air Canada that went without a glitch ... the plane was on time and the airport staff I encountered in Toronto was nice and helpful."

Cons: "Horrible smelly crampy cloth seats, awful food, they don't offer complementary wine and beer for international flights like other carriers, no tvs in the headrest. The flight crew works slower then I have ever observed in my over 200 flights. Took them 1hr 40min to serve what they called "dinner", Delta and others knocks it out in 30!!! And don't get thirsty, You'll die of dehydration before you get a drop of water. They treat ice like its gold. 2 cubes for each drink. If u ask for more u get one more cube. Lol. It was just a horrible experience! I will never fly Air Canada again."

Cons: "The tiny little plane is pretty standard for going to and from Cleveland but the boarding gate was in a shack outside the main airport with almost no seating and horrible aesthetics. The flight attendant was rude and way to large (obese) to be on such a small airplane. It's likely we had to pay a fuel surcharge just to move her alone. I'm not being mean, but this flight was just terrible overall."

Cons: "I arrived before the earlier flight to Cleveland, but even though there was room on the flight for me Air Canada said I would have to pay $150 to switch to that flight. So I had to wait five hours (and the next flight was delayed) for no reason. Air Canada should be more accomodating to customers who want to take an earlier flight, as I had to wait around for no reason whatsoever."

Cons: "Horror show security measures in the Toronto airport were the worst I had ever experienced, together with about an hour wait in the plane and finally flying in a propeller plane made this the worst air travel experience of my life"

Pros: "This was the greatest flying experience I've had in a long time. The crew was very pleasant and helpful. The in flight entertainment was spot on and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend them to anyone flying abroad. They were efficient in the boarding process as well. I will be flying them again!"
