It was a 100% full flight or I would have asked to be moved. Now, about two hours later after the flight, my body is sore from sitting awkward for nearly 3 hours. I looked around me as much as possible and didn't see anyone else pay for entertainment. Having in flight movies and TV available for feee is a great incentive for flying with United. If these long flights in the future are pay for view, I will not be flying with you when there are alternative carriers who do provide free entertainment. Thank you."

On that website I was not allowed to check in for my Lufthansa flights and i was stuck with seats I did not want in my 2 long intercontinental flights. This has happened before. Lufthansa has no option to check in online if my first flight leg is united. This is a very big drawback and also the reason I would not prefer to fly Lufthansa again. United is bringing the quality down."

Im used to not much leg room but this was a first for how crammed in I was into a seat, Im 6'3" & 270lbs. Ive probably been on 50 different planes over the years to give you some perspective of my experience flying when I say this was a first and a very uncomfortable plane. The plane to take us to Savannah arrived so late it pushed my flight back by like an 1.5 hours from what it was supposed to be."
