Movie selection was adequate for me, although I've seen some complaints in the reviews here.

Should have been seated in a different seat since he never stood up.

When we arrived late in FRA, the gate attendant was extremely rude while trying to rebook and actually left us in the middle of rebooking because her shift ended. No one came to take her place!! She actually swore at us!! We were only able to rebook by calling the Lufthansa call centre and had to spend a very uncomfortable overnight at the airport without any certainty of when we would fly out. Lufthansa finally got us out on the same flight as booked but 24 hours later. And then, of course, they lost our luggage. Terrible overall experience.

They exuded a joyful atmosphere and seemed like never sat down! This was the third leg of our long trip and they made it so enjoyable.. And two different captains announced the reasons for delay with an "annoyed tone."

I don't plan on giving any business to AA for the rest of my life.

I expected free entertainment on that flight, as it was afforded on the flight on the Phoenix to Chicago leg of my flights earlier in the week. The Chicago to Phoenix had entertainment offered but it there was a fee, which I didn't appreciate and did not take part in. I looked around me as much as possible and didn't see anyone else pay for entertainment. Having in flight movies and TV available for feee is a great incentive for flying with United. If these long flights in the future are pay for view, I will not be flying with you when there are alternative carriers who do provide free entertainment. Thank you.
Cons: Plane had very little luggage space. I'm explorer card holder boarding should be priority I was in group 2. Food was not of good quality hence lot of people left it. 3. Sets were too narrow.
Cons: The comform of the seats was very poor. Entertainment only worked half way. Stewards did not ask if I wanted to eat or not. Only pessengers on the alley seats were asked. Very little attention was given to make passengers comfortable.
Pros: 14 hour flight. The legroom in economy seating on UA 82 is an absolute joke if you are 5 feet 6 inches or taller. I am 5' 11" Charging $200 premium for economy plus which on united is a few more inches of legroom unlike other carriers where it's a step closer to business class.
