Straightened out in the airport, but required waiting in a long line where late arrivals for flights an bhour before ours were given priority. Frustrating not to have a seat assignment until boarding had already begin (would have gone SWA if we wanted that mess)."

Cons: "My flight was delayed almost two hours which caused problems for me arriving late to business appointments in New York. My flight areas also late 45 minutes leaving New York. In both cases it was due to a late airline attendant this is increadably unprofessional."

Pros: "I was on a 3 seat side at the window. I was lucky to get seatmates who were friendly and helpful. The crew was great, and very friendly."
Cons: "I love that the flight was cold, but if you get easily, you might want a light jacket or blanket!"

Cons: "As a Platinum AFK/KLM Skyteam member I was NOT allowed to use the Delta Lounge. On the flight the meal choice was poor and the staff were not really geared to serving regular clients. The movie choice was poor. I expected better!"

Pros: "I was thankful for the early boarding with a lap infant and was very pleased with the options for entertainment on the TV monitor."
Cons: "The main issue I had was that we sat in row 34 and the noise from the engines often made it difficult to hear announcements, even with headphones in. Look into possibly zoning the audio and turning it up a click or two for rows behind the engines."

Pros: "Pilot got us back safe through some bad turbulence, the flight was shaky from start to finish. They gave extra snacks, were attentive to any needs. Would definitely trust Delta pilots again. Also with this being a connecting flight, it was nice that the group of five I was in was given an entire row to ourselves."

Cons: "Delta cancelled the flight after midnight on Friday morning, and never rebooked me. I still haven't heard from them. In not even sure why I'm getting alerts about baggage claim."

Cons: "I chose my seats when I purchased tickets thru Expedia. Then for some reason Delta wouldn't allow me to keep my seats and I had to have them assigned at boarding. Why? What causes this? I was stuck in the back of the small jet from Minneapolis to Cwa when there were a few open seats in the middle. Disappointed. I won't be choosing Delta in the future!"

Cons: "Attendant at the gate forced me to leave my troley hand bag to be checked with the excuse the fly was full and there was not sapce for people on groups 7 and 8 ( seats rear in te plane). I explained her I had personal documents and stuff inside my trolley but she told me I had to take another fly if I refused to checked. Our surprise was that the space above our seats ( row 30) was available and left empty the while fly! It was not fear and discriminated!"

Cons: "My flight was delayed 4 times from Columbus to Chicago due to an ATC issue in Chicago. On the 4th delay announcement I had to rebook my international flight for the following day because my connection was leaving Chicago while I was still in Columbus. I had to rebook and get a hotel for the night on my own expense since American Airlines won't pay if it is weather related even though the weather was not the issue, rather air traffic control. The plane we got the next day was a smaller uncomfortable plane with zero entertainment and a crew that projected they would rather be anywhere else. I don't blame them, my experiences with American Airlines had been progressively getting worse."

Cons: "Left 25 minutes late. when I asked the flight attendant to let me move further to the front so I can leave the plane quick and not miss my connection I was told that there were no other seats. I looked and YES there was at least 5 other seats in rows much closer than mine! Also upon arrival we did not get off the plane for 15 minutes . My connection was boarding already. I had to go from gate E 6 to gate B14 in a flash at the age of 66 I barely made it out of breath and they were about to close the doors! I was not a happy camper when I was told in the flight 5406 that I had plenty of time!!! not to worry!!!"

Cons: "There was water dripping from the vents. When I tried to inform the flight attendant, she shut me down so fast I couldn't believe it. All she had to do was reassure me that it wasn't a safety issue. Her attitude was like she was tired of telling passengers that it was perfectly normal. Very unprofessional!"

Cons: "Families with infants/young children not allowed to board early. Flight was delayed by almost 3 hours and gate moved FOUR times while waiting for the delayed flight... That's a LOT of moving when you're hauling a cranky 1 year old around the airport long after we were supposed to already be at our destination. Desk attendants were abrupt, not friendly, and diamissive when I came up to ask for a stroller tag."

Pros: "That we where on the plane... If you consider that we had to make this D-tour to get to San Juan...AA canceled our flight to San Juan in JFK due to wether and not enough standby crews."
Cons: "That the canceled the flight in JFK, and the couldn't get us to to San Juan from JFK the same or the next day!! There was nobody from AA to assist you or help you!! We had this once with Delta as well but they send you the new itinerary in front with a compensation and help you at the airport... For us it's never AA again"

Pros: "There was an air traffic back-up for a few minutes, and instead of just letting us sit there wondering what was going on, the pilot gave us periodic updates on what was happening, which made the process much easier. Also, the flight attendants were friendly, which makes a big difference."

Pros: "We flew out of Dallas on AA Eagle and what a great flight! Super roomy, great staff, newest aircraft. Loved it .. wish we could have flown all the way home to SLC on the Eagle!"
Cons: "The only thing we didn't like was the turbulance coming into Amarillo (tornado warning!) but the AA Eagle handled it just fine .. so truly there are NO complaints .. Love this short flight between Dallas and Amarillo!"
