Pros: "Using United with two flights a day out of Charlotte. A mistake. This is not the first time we had problems with United out of Charlotte. We missed our other flights and sate still in Washington and will lose a day of our vacation. United wouldn’t give us a voucher since it was supposedly weather related so I had to spend additional $100 for a room in DC."

After 45 minutes the crew had reached its hours and couldn't complete the flight with no replacement crew in sight. Plane was debarked new flight was rescheduled 4 hours later. Had to go through security a second time after ticket was reissued. This flight was also delayed 45 minutes. Getting to Copenhagen spent an extra 1 and a half in the airport dealing with lost baggage because it seems the 8 hours extra I spent in Frankfurt wasn't enough for them to transfer my bags."

Pros: "I liked the ability to have some air circulation, which was not offered in the first flight, so that was nice. The ride was smooth, quick, and mostly comfortable, although I did wish I could have a little more elbow room. There was no entertainment, but that was also fine because the flight was fairly short. Overall, I don’t have any complaints."

Cons: "My seat (33A) was would not recline. I alerted the stewardess early on, she called a male colleague, both smiled and reassured me that they will deal with it later on. The uncomfortable seat became even more cramped as at the end of the dinner service the passenger ahead reclined his seat. I tried to catch the attention of the cabin crew - in vain. On disembarkation I saw the stewardess and reminded her of her promise of help . She sweetly wished me a "pleasant weekend". The cabin crew did not seem to care much over the discomfort of an elderly traveler in economy class."

Pros: "Overall the flight was mostly fine. It was a huge plane, but boarding and exiting were efficiently handled by the crew. The seats were comfortable and there was sufficient leg room. Meals were totally acceptable for an international flight, and the complimentary booze was immensely appreciated."
Cons: "My biggest gripe, however, was with the malfunctioning entertainment system directly in front of my wife's seat. The screen intermittently flickered on and off, and would go black for long streches of time. Kudos to the attentive crew for trying their best to fix the device during the flight, but their efforts did not solve the problem. It was disappointing not to have a working entertainment system for such a long international flight--it would have made the experience much more comfortable and enjoyable."

Cons: "The fact that they gave my Aunt a hard time about the tickets that was bought for her, because we did not know that when a heavy person books a flight that they need one ticket and a xtra seat, but instead of working with her because she had two tickets they were very rude to her and told her she was not going to be able to come to america that when she got to Manchester she would have to go back to Germany. We were never told what happened to the other ticket since it was not used."

Cons: "They boarded everybody at once through a jetbridge made of glad. Very hot in there. You were stopped in a crowded jet bridge in 90 degrees for 25 minutes because they board everybody at once and it took time to get passengers into their seat."

Cons: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Attendant on plane totally unhelpful and could have rearranged a few bags to make room but preferred to stay in back of plane and talk. To be fair, rest of flight was pleasant although late due in part to boarding issues."

Cons: "This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better."

Cons: "Had to use a shoe horn to get into and out of my seat and I'm not a large guy. But really my harsh criticism comes from the loss of my girlfriends luggage. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

Cons: "Initially the flight from Lima was delayed for almost 1:30 and then we lost this connection then Airfrance rebooking to SAS they tell us to take all our luggage’s and check in again it’s was awful and really bad from then walk and spend time we suppose to be quite at home ... the worst was in SAS have ano system and for 1.5 kilos extras you might pay 33€ so after long day and wait, running everywhere with all my staff I see to eat a 11€ menu at the airport with not more explanation from Airfrance .. really bad and worst services.."

But the attention was there, excellent service, and gourmet food too. The whole experience was great. I'll go on flying Air France with fewer regrets."

I have traveled with BA many times in the past 40 yrs, and i don't remember this scene. Either I was not paying attention, or this is the new policy???!!"

Cons: "i had a short connection through heathrow and as my incoming plane was delayed. i was told i had to get a boarding pass at heathrow for the next flight because they could not give me one when i first checked in. the line at the transit desk was very long and i ended up asking a security man to let me through and i was sent to another desk that was shorter. if i hadn't have asked and looked stressed i might have missed my flight."

Cons: "I on line checked in but it only checked me in for this flight and not my next flight which meant I was on standby. Agent at check-in could not change it."

Pros: "This is a standard european flight. The food is not much of an experience as the flight is short. The service is good"
Cons: "The service is all business and very little attention to comfort. Perfect OK the main mission is to get me to another airport."

Cons: "Having paid for a seat 3 months ago, I arrived at the airport to find that I was a standby passenger."

(Although, I had an interesting -- and fun -- conversation with a great flight attendant, Suzanne on flight BA0115 on 5/21/17. Give that gal a raise!). Excellent service. Clean cabins. Lovely menu followed by delicious fare. Overall, great experience!"
Cons: "The aircraft is illogically designed i.e. the awkward arrangement of seats in Business Class makes for an annoying obstacle for passengers who want to leave/return to their seats. But when they do settle in, it's as comfy as a cocoon."

Cons: "They forced me to check my bag, even before I boarded the plane and said there wouldn't be any room. Then they lost my bag. Worst thing I ever did was listen to the lady at the ticketing booth! Also, the way they do boarding is a total joke. All they care about is their first class passengers. For the rest, it's a free for all! Terrible, even Southwest has more organization! Sputhwest might not have assigned seating, but they're much more organized and significantly cheaper. How do you lose someone's luggage British Airways?!?!?!!!"

Cons: "Moved from a reserved window seat to a middle seat so they could add another business class row"

Cons: "Checkin staff , who don't appear tombs BA but from another airline working on behalf of BA, apparently punted a problem they knew would take much effort to resolve to the BA agents at Heathrow"

Cons: "Paid for tickets in advance and were not given assigned seats until arrival at the airport. Were placed on standby as the flight was oversold. Thankfully we didn't miss the flight but this caused some unecessary stress."

Cons: "Flight was delayed vecause there was no pilot for one hour. We missed connecting flight and ended up with several delayed flights, so our 11 hour trip turned out to be 32 hour long. Also, they messed up with food order, but after some time they managed to bring suitable food from business class. Some of the staff was unfriendly and whining. And our party of three was scattered around the plane, other families sitting nearby too. A little bit greedy company selling seat selection option when they could arrangeit nicely, but just don’t do it in order to get few people to pay for otherwise normal thing."

The plane was so old it still had ashtray casings and the old crt TVs that hang from ceiling. Seriously in 2017 a transatlantic flight like this brought me back to the 90’s (sans the nostalgia)."

Cons: "The seats were not as good as the ones on my BA flight to Heathrow and then Rome. Also, cross country flight but no in flight entertainment. Arrived early in PHL and American would not let me move up to an earlier PHL-SFO flight since it was a code share booked with BA. Should not be my fault as when booking it indicated all four of my flights were with BA. Once booked it indicated the return flights were code share with AA. American should have allowed me on the earlier flight. That would have opened a seat on the scheduled flight which had people waiting on standby."

Pros: "The crew were wonderful! Everyone was polite and accommodating. The entertainment available was on point. The food was both tasty and offered often."
Cons: "The seat were ok. There was not enough legroom, but honestly no airline has enough unless its business of first class. The Wi-Fi availability was misleading, though it did not advertise that it was free."

Pros: "I had a weapon to check and found that one of the case locks had been broken. With only minutes to spare a Huntsville TSA bag checker donated a personal padlock so I could make my flight. 5 stars."
Cons: "Monotonal flight orientation. Follow a Southwest Airlines model and add some vigor!"

Cons: "Sitting in premium economy still doesn't giive enough room to spread out papers and get work done. Out of four segments I only got upgraded once despite having 16 upgrades in my account."

Pros: "The gate agent was having a bad night because she did not get a break. I am platinum pro and would not upgrade me because she said I was not on the list but she put 2 people in first who were not even advantage members"

Pros: "Airline counter worker in Philadelphia reeassigned my seat twice so that I can get a window seat with no one next to me (thanks!). Tons of films on the free entrainment system."
Cons: "Someone attempted to claim the seat next to me and the flight attendant allowed him. Luckily he moved elsewhere after I objected. There were plenty of other empty seats."

Pros: "The row I was in was spacious, I'm glad that I paid extra to move closer to front of plane and then paid extra to get an earlier boarding. I would recommend seat 13C for these types of flights. Legroom was good and I was comfortable."
Cons: "The entertainment program was a bit glitchy towards the end of my flight, but I slept inside. Maybe check all screens and such because it wasn't really registering when I would push the buttons."
