Cons: The American Airlines app deleted the connecting flight after a Ground Stop delay caused us to arrive after its departure. We were “flying blind” trying to get set up as a standby for a subsequent flight. The process was stressful due to insufficient information.

First of all she doesn’t know how to enter India OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) information. She was keep saying I do not have a visa to go to India. Which I do not

Cons: The female staff at the desk where the luggage is dropped and boarding passes are issued was very rude. A little smile makes a difference vs being rude to customers. Apparently she needed to know that she is getting paid because customers like us choose to fly AA or BA

Pros: Price was great and the boarding process went by smoothly. The flight was pretty full, so I was able to check my carry-on at the gate for free. The crew and agents were friendly and professional.
Cons: The complimentary snack was somewhat lacking and the in flight entertainment required you to use your own device, but I did not see any place to charge my devices, so I didn't end up using it and using up all my battery life.
Cons: This was my final connection from a long flight, we did a line to check in and get our boarding passes, when we got to the gate I found out I didn’t have a seat number asigned but husband did, they gave me one there but of course it was not next to my husband, it was the last seat available at the end next to restroom. The smell coming out from the it was so disgusting even before th first person went in, they should do something to improve the cleaness in the restroom between flights. It would probably take them 30 more minutes to do so, and I would not mind waiting for it even if this was my final flight after 15+ hours.

Cons: I was not notified of flight changes and until I called the Airline my husband and I were intended to sit far apart. I booked this trip back in Jan. and we were supposed to be across the aisle from each other. We ended up in the last row of seats of both flights. We never knew of the changes until we tried to get boarding passes.
Cons: Our flight was delayed and I missed my connecting flight, causing me to be much further delayed coming home. Spent all today miserably tired at work. I also sat in front of a very obnoxious man who was very loud and no body was telling him anything about video chatting on his speaker phone during take off.

Cons: When you are running late to make the flight it’s stressful enough. The last you need is an employee at the gate telling you that your caused the flight to leave late. By the way we took our seats and waited about 15 minutes before we pulled away from the gate and landed early. Airlines should recognize this is stressful for their customers and be trained to handle it differently. Furthermore most delays are not caused by customers. Also don’t charge $10 for a stale sandwich.

Cons: I'm 5'10 and my knees were smashed into the way-too-reclined seat in front of me for 10+ hours. Even though we booked together our seats were separated by 1 row and 4 seats over and they were unable to put us together, even though my row were all single travelers.

Cons: Left 25 minutes late. when I asked the flight attendant to let me move further to the front so I can leave the plane quick and not miss my connection I was told that there were no other seats. I looked and YES there was at least 5 other seats in rows much closer than mine! Also upon arrival we did not get off the plane for 15 minutes . My connection was boarding already. I had to go from gate E 6 to gate B14 in a flash at the age of 66 I barely made it out of breath and they were about to close the doors! I was not a happy camper when I was told in the flight 5406 that I had plenty of time!!! not to worry!!!

Cons: I found out at the airport the day we were leaving for Spain that my daughter's passport had to be valid for 3 Months after we returned home from our trip. When booking a flight out of the country it would be nice if Air .com could of mention that to me. We were trying to get to a cruise we had already paid for that was going out of Spain. They would not work with me at all and cx my whole booking. When I tried to talk to them on the phone the man could not speak very good English and was not making any since at all. I let him talk to the British Airlines counter manager and the manager tried to explain that he would have to rebook us that he could not. Air.com was horrible and never helped us out at all. They should not be in business . I paid them of course months ago and I was just out the 1400.00 dollars. British Airlines was amazed that they did nothing to help us out.

Pros: Seemed to have more leg room than average. Generally fine. I got to my destination without incident, and that is the most important thing! But flying today is awful. Uncomfortable, unpleasant, stressful, etc., all so the airlines (and their CEOs) can make millions.
Cons: Crew was "all business" -- not many smiles. They offered the usually .5 ounce of pretzels or two cookies. Passengers routinely asked "can I have both?" and the answer was routinely: no. Really? My $300+ ticket isn't worth pretzels AND two cookies? Seems silly. And, you know that have BOXES of these free snacks.
Pros: There was an air traffic back-up for a few minutes, and instead of just letting us sit there wondering what was going on, the pilot gave us periodic updates on what was happening, which made the process much easier. Also, the flight attendants were friendly, which makes a big difference.
Pros: With American Airlines in general there is no such thing as customer service anymore .Staff at desk at the airport are rude .Could learn a few things from your Australian counterparts at Qantas airlines
