Cons: "AA needs to standardize their WiFi. Sometimes it is boingo, GoGo, or Panasonic or something other. Each has a different way of logging in. It is way too complicated. Sometimes you can watch on the iPad in a browser, other times you need a flash player or the AA app. Have a common way of at least accessing the internet, otherwise it can take 10 minutes to log in if switching from a GoGo yo Panasonic service. It is just too difficult and buggy. I am glad I don’t actually pay for the internet."

Then after another delay they realised that off loading people meant off loading their baggagge, total delay nearly 2 hours The hedset socket on the entertainment system did not work The USB port did not work THey ran out of food after serving three rows, loaded four sandwiches, no wraps and 2 cheese plates for a full evening flight that was over 5 hours in duration including the delays."

AA should reconsider who it places to interact with the general public."

I looked and YES there was at least 5 other seats in rows much closer than mine! Also upon arrival we did not get off the plane for 15 minutes . My connection was boarding already. I had to go from gate E 6 to gate B14 in a flash at the age of 66 I barely made it out of breath and they were about to close the doors! I was not a happy camper when I was told in the flight 5406 that I had plenty of time!!! not to worry!!!"

Then, when we finally got on the plane and were about to take off, the air traffic control tower called and said that their flight path was incorrect and to not take off...but didn't give them a new flight path for nearly two hours as we sat on the runway. Nationalize the airports in DC, fire the whole lot and start fresh, I'd say."

Flight was overbooked and they asked 19 people to give up their seats. Only 3 people volunteered after waiting and delaying the flight over 30 minutes. Luckily I made it on but it was a stressful situation. Flight attendants were very unfriendly, almost rude.

These were wonderful flights both ways.

The boarding process needs more improvement. We waited in the heat for almost 30 mins due to over crowded flight. The plane was hot. However, The pilot was awesome.

I'm honestly surprised that old tiny plane made it to Orlando in one piece. We had a preacher onboard and we had him praying the whole time cause the plane would suddenly drop in altitude, or shake, and it made this really loud buzzing sound the entire time. We had to yell to talk to the person next to us cause it was so noisy. I wasn't expecting a whole lot cause it's not like I bought first class or anything, but I'm genuinely trying to repress the memories of this experience. As for the rest of the rating choices, there was no food. Just a tiny water bottle. No entertainment, unless you count begging to live through the journey."

Then apparently the folding stairs from inside the plane we not working correctly and maintenance had to be called in. The repair guy worked on it for about 15 min and got the stairs to fold down. Then we waited another 30-45 min for someone to "sign off" on the repair that was done to the stairs. Well apparently that never happened, because they eventually lifted the stairs back into the plane and rolled up a ramp to the plane for passengers to enter, which had been sitting on the tarmac by the plane the entire time. So we're all wondering if they could just use the ramp instead of the stairs, why the HELL didn't they do that in the first place??? It would have saved us 40-50 minutes in extra delays !!!"

Cons: "Flight was canceled. They sent me to a hotel that was fully booked. I went back to get into a hotel had room and no one was there to help. I ended up paying for my own hotel room. I went to get on my 8am flight and they pushed it back until noon. I eventually had to buy a flight with Delta to get to Orlando in time for my football game."

Cons: "Customer service in Pensacola was the worst. Took 30 minutes to check in and there were only two people ahead of me! The stewardess was noticeably unfriendly and borderline rude to many of the passengers. The experience in Orlando was 180 degrees different....they did a great job."

Pros: "the lady at the counter was friendly and extremely helpful! She was amazing and made the entire experience one I will not forget. Give that lady a promotion she is amazing. I was at pensacola airport the morning of July 5th, and I didnt catch her name, but she is african american and has pink finger nails. She should be rewarded for being so helpful and sweet. She truly made my day!"

Cons: "If you have a problem or bad experience you can't call customer service - you have to email them and wait "up to 30 days" for a reply. Flight was delayed To save time when the planes finally did arrive they must not have cleaned them - there were greasy forehead prints and hairs on my window. The plane seemed very run down. A couple of the staff were nice (professional only) but one woman at check in was very rude when I approached her to ask a question. Not worth saving a few bucks to be mistreated and so stressed."

Pros: "I didn't get o to this flight at all. Staff were very friendly, but completely overwhelmed and inexperienced. They were told to tell us that we had to switch flights because we wouldn't make the connecting flight, but in fact it was because the flight was overbooked. They said I'd get a hotel and then I had to take a taxi to the hotel where there was no room - as the hotel and had already informed the Spirit airlines staff. By the time I returned to the airport for a new hotel voucher it was 3am - and I'd been at the airport since 12am. Mostly it was also crazy to see the situations of other passengers with that airline. The staff were nice, but I wouldn't even feel safe flying with spirit again, much less like I'd be well served."

Seats were small and no leg room."

I had spent 3 hours on my last vacation day trying to deal with your awful online web page...anyway...i pretty much hate your airlines and will never fly with you again. Flights were late taking off and the attendants were uppity. But your baggage charges and refreshment policy will keep me form ever flying with you again. Never Ever Again!"

Agent had little personality, said I didnt need to see her and could have used the machine. I asked her to look at the print out that I handed her, she said "Oh" and handed me my pass, mumbling mistakes happen. Not a good representative."

Even though the attendants were up and serving drinks in the aisle, they were turning people back to their seat that wanted to use the bathroom, while other passengers were allowed to get up and go to the bathroom. There was no turbulence and we had reached our cruising altitude. When the seat belt sign was turned off, we were warned that it would only be off for minutes because it was going to be turned back on for the descent. Will never fly Spirit again, lesson learned."

Eventually we were told almost 2 hours later that the plane was cancelled. Everyone had to find another flight which wouldn't occur until the next morning. Then we had to wait 4 hours to get our luggage back off the plane. No representatives from Spirit came to speak with us and Spirit was not answering any phone calls during this time."
