Pros: No problem with boarding and flight crew. Seating was comfortable.

Cons: Checked in 1 hour 45 minutes early and our checked baggage did not leave with the plane. Lost baggage representative on the OKC airport was incompetent. Repeated contact information 3 times and still had to follow up delivery with corrected address and phone number.

Cons: We made reservations on Premium economy which was overbooked so we did not get a seat assignment until reaching the gate. However they upgraded us to business class so we were delighted.

Cons: I sat in a middle seat, sandwiched in between a passenger who had an aisle seat on my left and another passenger who had a window seat on my right. It would have been okay, but both were much larger than me and with the seat already a bit narrow, I felt like a sardine on this flight.

Cons: American Airlines changed our seats after ticket purchase so that we were not sitting together. We chose seats at check-in in San Francisco so that we could sit together. When we landed in Miami we discovered our seats had been changed yet again and we were seated in different rows, middle seat!

Pros: CREW WAS GREAT AT BOARDING GATE AND IN FLIGHT.

Cons: LEFT 30 MIN LATE, DUE TO CONNECTING FLIGHT.

Cons: Stop sending rental car emails with cheap prices and then I try to reserve a car and the price is doubled

Cons: I upgraded to Premium+ and it did not feel like an upgrade from a comfortability standpoint.

Cons: Our flight was late, and we had a sick passenger and had to wait until they leave however many of us had connecting flights in which we missed. The flight attendant should have allowed the one's connecting a flight leave first.

Cons: When will airlines end cramming in as many sardines/passengers in the plane? The seating for me (6"1") was too close to the seat in front. Luckily, the passenger in front of me did not recline.

Cons: The in-flight entertainment in my seat did not work properly so I could not enjoy watching movies or shows. A minor but unfortunate inconvenience.

Pros: Pilot explained the flight path and landmarks along the way. Crew was friendly to us and welcomed our baby onboard before many other pax boarded.

Cons: Landed early by a bit. Made to wait on runway 30 minutes before we could park at gate. Figure it out United - maybe if you worked with your airport partners better they’d help you the 1 or 2 times you’re actually early.

Cons: The seats are much tighter than Southwest and Virgin. My husband and I are taller (6' and 5'9" respectively) and our knees kept bumping the seats in front of us.

Cons: Our flight to Denver was delayed by 3 hours, so I had to wait for 5 hours. Supposedly we were waiting for another plane because the original plane had a damaged wing. Who knows if these things are true. Maybe they just don't have enough pilots. I missed my connecting flight. Less time unboarding

Pros: Going my flight was delayed almost 4 hours and my connecting flight was canceled. Had to stay over night in the airport. I was able to book another flight and make it to my destination. But had to wait for the next flight to bring my baggage.

Cons: Coming back my flight was good . I have no complaints.

Pros: The access to the full library of entertainment & internet access included with the flight .

Pros: The crew and staff were friendly. The flight was full so they checked our bag at no additional charge.

Cons: They had no earphones for the flight from Cancun.

Cons: An officious crew who said they had a 'seat belt detector' to tell if people's seatbelts were fastened. A late flight... with lies about the reason for the delay.

Cons: Terminal 2 security at LAX is awful and inefficient Also plane had a malfunctioning switch and it took them 1.5 hrs to fix while we are on the plane. This was 1.5 hrs delay on a 58 minutes flight. :(

Cons: I found the delta app to be less user friendly than the United one. I wish the in flight entertainment were in the Delta app versus downloading yet another app.

Cons: Missed the flight due to the sheer unhelpfulness and incompetence of the gate personnel. They would not let me board, since I was about 10 minutes late. THEN THE PLANE WAS DELAYED FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS!!! I was stranded in NY, overnight, and had to pay hundreds of dollars for a train ticket and a cab.

Cons: First, it was a big ordeal to get seats together, traveling with 3 children. Seats did not recline. No movie screen, entertainment. Weren’t allowed a carryon, only under seat. Will not fly united again.
