Cons: "When you fly business class, you expect a different product than economy, because you pay almost double the price. All we got is the same lousy sandwich as in economy, neither are alcoholic or hot beverages available due to ‘shortage of staff’ as the crew announces. A flight far behind LH standards."

Pros: "Flight crew made up time to arrive on time despite late arrival. They are pretty amazing - they got a plane hundreds of miles in the same time it took the ground crew to get my bag from the plane to the baggage claim."
Cons: "Frankfurt is just an awful airport. Too many landings and not enough infrastructure. Also tired of planes having to park thousands of yards from the terminal. The time to get the bag is as long as the flight. Each about 55 minutes. There is very little about German efficiency here."

Cons: "Before take off, I found a small brown bug that looked similar to a bed bug crawling on my arm. I took pictures of it and alerted a crew member. They replaced my pillow and said sorry... I couldn't stop thinking of the idea of bed bugs crawling on me and my personal belongings the whole flight."

Cons: "Lufthansa lost our bags at Heathrow for over 2 hours. I waited with my toddler for two hours in a terminal with no food options and our transport waiting. While on the flight, there were no food options appropriate for a toddler and no gluten free options for myself."

Pros: "We were late on arrival due to a delay in our connecting flight. Lufthansa had a courtesy van waiting for us on the tarmac and ushered us directly to the flight being sure we did not miss our flight. Lufthansa went above and beyond in their customer service!! We are truly grateful to the airline for their assistance and superior service!!"

Pros: "The plane was delayed leaving miami so it arrived late to Munich and I was scared to miss my connecting flight to Berlin but there was somebody waiting for me as well as the other people traveling to Berlin and they walked us through immigration and straight to our flight to Berlin. Thanks for this we didn’t miss our flight. Also this Lufthansa flight Miami- Munich was one of the best planes in terms of cleanliness, comfort and quality."

Cons: "We were detained at the airport after boarding and then deboarding without information. The entire flight was locked in a room and not allowed to leave with very little explanation as to why. After 5 hours they let us board another plane. There was water and candy supplied as food. It was a joke for anyone with kids or the elderly. Nevermind anyone with health concerns. BAD way to manage a crisis in my opinion. We were treated like cattle. And these were NOT cheap tickets."

Pros: "The coach seats were much more comfortable than Air Canada's. The flight was without incident. Staff were great! Accommodating, friendly and efficient! Incredible choices of movies, news, etc controlled by individual passenger."

Cons: "I closed my eyes for just a few minutes two hours before landing and I missed the last meal. I was not sleeping but somehow the stewardess was going around quickly because I heard her in back of me. I thought she was headed in my direction but she had already passed me and then the drinks came around so I could not get thru to go back and ask for the "pizza". I wish the stewardesses would make a quick check up and down the isles in case someone dozed off. The first meal that I received was very good but I am glad I didn't miss it when they came around. Especially that I traveled alone. I do have to say that the comfort of the seats on the way to Europe was much better. It was a different airline."

Cons: "Landed or parked in the maintenance section of the field; therefore we had to take a shuttle bus to a building where we board lite rail to our terminals. It was a distance away; I didn't like that at all. Expecially since we arrived late due to bad weather at Dallas metro."

Pros: "First Time on Lufthansa and came away extremely impressed. I'm a million miler on Delta so I know a little about flying a mainline carrier. Lufthansa blew me away with the level of service and friendliness. It was a short (90 minute) flight but they still offered a free breakfast sandwich along with the beverages. Flight Attendants can switch from German to English without hesitation and were very professional. Look forward to flying with them again."
