The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Cons: "Not even a cup of coffee! WOW. they charge and nickle and dime you to death. I had to buy a seat to be guaranteed to sit next to my wife. the base price for the flight was reasonable but then they added extra charges that were almost 1/2 more. the baggage charge was high. If I have my choice would not fly BA again."

Cons: "Only problem this time was that the video monitors in the Economy class on the entire right side (Seats I-J-K) went out early in the flight and could not be repaired."
Pros: "I require a wheelchair for getting around the airport. When I first checked in at LHR, they claimed to have no record of my wheelchair request and my seat change, despite my very clear notations of who and when these were made. They did have a record of my paying for one suitcase. The agent at LHR promised to make these corrections so I would not have the same problem when returning to London. Furthermore, to turn this into a humiliating situation, at the gate I was informed that the jetway was broken and they would have to find some other way to get me onboard the plane. I cannot believe that British Airways has no contingency plan for a situation like mine. After many discussions between BA reps and ground crewmen they decided to bring me down in a lift at Gate 34, though my plane was at Gate 32. I was then loaded onto the freight platform of one of those food delivery trucks and driven over to my plane. The truck backed into place and again I hoisted up to the plane. However the plane door was locked and we had to bang on it for them to finally open it. To my great embarrassment I helped down the aisle to my assigned seat, looking back at the curious looks and glares from all those passengers who had no explanation for the delay and humiliating scene. Officially the flight was listed at 28 minutes late, when in reality it was 40 minutes till we taxied away from the gate My return flight from Brussels was little better because the changes that were supposed to have been entered at LHR never were and so I had to go through this whole routine again costing me over one hour in delays. Fortunately I was able to board the flight through the jetway and did not have to be hoisted up again, and delivered like freight. How would you rate these flights. I had problems with every single British Airways flight!!"
Cons: "Airline did not honor Ticket, Gave incorrect information as the excuse and have not refunded me for ticket they did not allow me to fly on. they made us purchase new tickets and we were charged 2 times"

Cons: "Due to US State Dept travel alert for US Citizen to Europe until Sept 1, I had to postpone the flight. Delta waived the $300 cancelation fee due to the terrorism alert to rebook two other ticket I had purchased. BA said they would but I can not receive confirmation of this until I rebook in the fall. There were no flights back to Los Angeles until the following morning (18 hours later). We had to stay in a hotel near the airport in the meantime. My boyfriend and I were forced to miss work an additional day causing stress and inconvenience to our lives."
The on board crew was awesome, weather delayed flight, missed connecting flight, landed at a diff airport. No sign of baggage. Anywhere.
Need more seat sanitizing wipes like United gives out when you enter the plane.
I loved the snacks, the attention and kindness from the flight crew and the fact that during the flight there wasn't much turbulence. Also we arrived earlier.
About an hour late, sat on runway waiting for fuel long time. Then there was no ground crew to get us in the air, had to wait on them.
Pros: "We ask for help with a 80 year old woman that needed assistance signed up for help o get her from one terminal to her next carnet flight no one accepted her."

First of all she doesn’t know how to enter India OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) information. She was keep saying I do not have a visa to go to India. Which I do not"

Cons: "Our flight out of Montgomery, AL was cancelled TWICE! We never made it to Charlotte to take this flight. AA was difficult to deal with in rebooking. My family ended up missing several events surrounding my niece's wedding and the individuals with whom I spoke didn't even seem to care."

I had to go from gate E 6 to gate B14 in a flash at the age of 66 I barely made it out of breath and they were about to close the doors! I was not a happy camper when I was told in the flight 5406 that I had plenty of time!!! not to worry!!!"

Cons: "My tickets ultimately were booked through Kayak/webjet. I will never book through webjet again. You can't directly speak with an agent. They never sent me my e-tickets. I couldn't download my tickets prior to arriving at the airport. It was super confusing because I couldn't figure out whether I was flying on British Airways or American Airlines. I didn't know what terminal to go to. I finally checked in with American even after they told me to go to British Airways. Next, American said that my booking was messed up such that they couldn't check my bag through. So at Chicago I had to exit the Secure area, pick up my bag from baggage check, check it back in and go back through security. I still didn't have my ticket for the chicago-barcelona leg of the trip. At American, they told be I had to exit the airport again to go to British Airways for the Chicago- Barcelona leg of the trip. Luckily, i asked another agent and she confirmed my flight was though American. It was the most confusing flight experience, I have ever had."
Pros: "There was an air traffic back-up for a few minutes, and instead of just letting us sit there wondering what was going on, the pilot gave us periodic updates on what was happening, which made the process much easier. Also, the flight attendants were friendly, which makes a big difference."
Cons: "We waited in the plane at the gate for over two and a half hours after scheduled departure time. I understand that things happen and illnesses are sometimes sprung upon us but that wasn't the issue. The issue was that there was not a backup in place for an instance like this. I understand the time of night was the main issue but planes are flying 24/7."
Pros: "The single flight attendant was very friendly and down to earth, and was keen to share her experience with us."
Cons: "De Havilland Dash-8's can be a bit noisy, and they seem to be the only planes they fly into Hilton Head. However, that isn't to say you're unable to get sleep on them, because my partner and I both slept the entire flight- the vibrations are only slightly disconcerting. Departure was about 15 minutes late out of Charlotte."

Cons: "Flight from Bham to Dallas was 3 hours late due to purported "maintenance", causing us to miss our connecting flight to Jackson Hole, where we were to attend wedding festivities. Our bags did not make the flight either and were also stranded in Dallas, like us, but we were not allowed to retrieve them. The American Airlines hate people in Dallas were extremely rude and unhelpful, and could offer us neither a hotel room not an alternative way to get to our destination. Moreover, the "customer service representative" cancelled our remaining tickets, including our return flights without our instruction or permission. It was an altogether outraging experience and we will not be flying AA ever again."
