We were confused with our assigned seat.
The amount of issues we had with traveling with Delta and gate agents was insane. We've never had this many issues with Delta, flights, luggage, and lack of customer support from the agents. However, the flight attendants on the flight were amazing and as kind as could be.
Delayed boarding otherwise all was great. Had the Comfort+ seating which was decent. A bit more room than what is normal these days. Free Wifi for the whole trip was a bonus also

The practice of getting us on the plane to make us wait shhould be stopped. It will creat a much more relaxed and smooth delay if we are allowed to be in the terminal."

Cons: "This Delta flight did not have seat back screens to watch in flight entertainment. You needed to use your smartphone or tablet keeping in mind Amazon tablets won’t work. You needed to go to delta website and choose what want to watch the you needed to have Gogo Flight entertainment app already on smartphone and then would work. Not easy even for me a vivid user of tablets and smartphones. The seats had miniumal room available between seats it felt like I am on 5’qq so couldn’t imagine anyone taller that comfortable unless get first class. I even upgraded for “comfort” section which gave you a few inches extra. And wdith of chair me being a 36 waist was a little squeezed in. Crew was very good tho I will say that. But I laways fly JetBlue or Virgin America, or Alaskan Air for reason of more comfort and lower prices ticket but this time on flight close to my destination was Delta which I Flew for free, I would much rather buy ticket on the three others I fly if could have."

Cons: "The flight attendants were uniformly rude and nasty to passengers from start to finish. As I boarded, I asked for a piece of art to be stored in the wardrobe compartment. This was treated as an inconvenience. During and after boarding, flight attendants addressed passengers rudely when encouraging them to take their seats in a timely fashion. Later, when my seat mate politely asked a FA to repeat the food options, she asked, "Excuse me?" several times and seemed very irritated to have to repeat the choices for him. Also, near the end of the flight, a pillow was on the ground and a FA asked those seated in my row to pick it up. We responded that it wasn't ours and she said something to the effect of, "Oh yeah? So how did it get there?" (Maybe because someone else dropped it and we didn't notice?) The FAs seemed irritated to serve passengers at all. Each time they passed through for beverage or meal service, I felt like I was imposing on them. I have never witnessed anything quite like it. Makes me wonder why they were all so upset and and felt it appropriate to speak and act disrespectfully toward customers. (Delta, do you have any insights?) I hope they all got a good night's rest after that haul."

Our 1hr45minute layover was completely taken up just waiting in random lines to have someone look at our passports, or ask us to pull up our full flight itinerary email (teh boarding pass was not enough for her....). I appreciate the security attempts but it was really over the top, and the staff had no idea what they were doing (were bad at directing people to the right place or explaining what they needed). Note that NONE of this was the fault of Delta or KLM, completely teh airport."

I will not be getting home until almost 4 days after my original travel date. Missing work as a teacher is tough, and I planned it with plenty of room for safety, only to have United fail me. Weather issues are something I can forgive, but a mechanical issue combined with the weather snarl in Newark has caused endless stress. Bags couldn't be found, no information on new standby flights, and false hopes of being put on Alaska air tomorrow from a united agent last night. All in all my worst experience in as long as I can remember flying."

It was once again delayed into 5:20pm and so I had to be transferred to an American flight or else I would not have left the day scheduled."

No rep at desk and screen changes to Houston and only way we found out our flight was delayed because the plane was diverted to Durango is because another passenger called United. Finally at a quarter till 11am the screen at the gate changed back to Denver but still said 9:55am departure flight on time but united's website stated flight delayed till 11:55am. Upon return to Albuquerque from Denver bag was not on my flight so I had to hang out in Albuquerque although, I live an hour away because I have prescription meds in my checked bag I need to take 4 times daily. Would not fly United again"

Cons: "My first flight was delayed 2 hours due to a ground stop at the next airport. Upon finally boarding the plane for a second time, we sat at the Albany airport for abou 40 minutes. When arriving to the Newark airport, there was communication issues and no way for us to get to a terminal so we were stuck on that plane for 2 hours. While stuck on the plane my connecting flight got delayed twice then cancelled. Once finally in the airport, I waited an hour in line for customer service only to tell me they couldn't even put me up in a hotel because it was air traffic controls fault, even though NO other airline was down. They gave me a $10 food voucher, apparently that would fix everything. I had to put myself in a $130 hotel room and being a broke college student I wasn't expecting that. I will never fly united again, it was he worst experience I've ever had and one of the most stressful days. This airline is horrible."

Cons: "When traveling with a service animal, it's kind of a given that I would be seated where there would be room for my dog. My dog is 70 pounds. There was no room for him to sit in front of me. The flight attendant just says "he can't sit in the isle". I asked her where would you like him to go? She says "not in the isle". A 2nd attendant was able to move me to a front row where there was space for him to sit on the floor in front of me."

The third party called them on my behalf and I was offered two options: 1) to get a full refund; 2) to get a replacement ticket for a flight that's FOUR DAYS after my original flight. What a joke!"

Cons: "The total process, including over an hour in lines and an hour on the phone included a surprising amount of incompetency and innumerable hidden fees including having to pay for water and more than the cost of my flight to check a bag, which they lost! I’ve never had a bag lost before or ever had the pay for water in flight. Went to the frontier counter multiple times looking for assistance and not a single agent to be found. Absolutely never flying with this horrible airline ever again."

Cons: "Frontier seats are minimally padded and do not recline. It's difficult to sit in them for more than a couple of hours. Our 3.5 hour flight turned into a 7 hour flight after being unable to land because of storm conditions, circling for over an hour, and being rerouted to land at another airport for refueling before finally heading to our destination. It has been a week and our backs are still bothering us. We flew Frontier because it looked cheaper but after paying for luggage, seats, and food we would have been way better off to have flown on Southwest. We will never fly Frontier again."

Cons: "The Frontier rep at the front charged me $45 for a carry on, when I had just flown Frontier and they did not charge me for my carry on. An additional $45 I was not planning on spending."

Cons: "Please forward this to everyone you know! Do NOT EVER fly on Frontier Airlines!!!!!! They are a total joke and charge fees for EVERYTHING!!!!! Want to carry on a bag or push everything you need into a small backpack? Oh, need to take clothes? Well that's $40...per carry on, $60+ at the airport. Oh, you wanted to sit down? That will cost you...$10 per seat minimum, again more at the airport. Btw, those fees only cover one leg of the trip. You can save by leaving your luggage there. See how helpful we are? You think you are getting a good fare but the fees have made my trip almost three times the initial fare. United is testing similar "economy" fares. None of this information is presented upfront so it's a bait and switch scenario. Also, trying to reach a human being is nearly impossible. I feel sorry for the customer service reps, they should get hazard pay. They have to try to justify these ridiculous policies. Save yourself money and frustration and NEVER FLY FRONTIER AIRLINES!!!!!!!"

Cons: "The check in person at LAX was very helpful in shared with me a few ways that I could save money and checking in on my baggage"
Cons: "The announcement speakers at Seattle gate B15 were too quiet to hear what she was saying. I paid for a seat thinking that I would have peace during my flight but that didn't happen. I had the window seat but the little girl who's mom put her in the seat threw a big temper tantrum when I wanted the seat that I had paid for. So i let her have it. Then, when I got to phoenix and picked up my one checked bag, it was damaged. The charge for every single item is ridiculous. I would much rather pay one fee and be done. I will never fly Frontier ever again. The flight to and from my destination was horrible."

Cons: "I was thoroughly irritated when I arrived an hour and a half early to my flight to learn that I might not get a seat on the flight home. The woman at the boarding gate was unfriendly and unhelpful in helping those of use whose flight was in jeapordy."

Cons: "However, there are hidden costs, carry on baggage fees, fees for your seat assignment, etc. that quickly ballooned the price of the ticket by $180 ($90 each way). There was a very long line for baggage drop therefore we still had to wait even though we pre-checked and prepaid on line the night before departing."

Cons: "Everything else. Seats didn't recline. Cost me $27 in advance for a non reclining seat with little to no cushioning. It was the most uncomfortable flight I've been on. Everything extra was costly. $40 for a carry on? Are you nuts? So the extras, like choosing a seat and bringing one carry on added $160 to my round trip fare. Good thing I didn't order a soda. That's extra too."

Cons: "We are on delta because we got to frontier line 1 hour and 15 min before flight. Lady proceeds to tell us are gate is closed and we can't get on plane and then ignored us with no answers or help. Proceeded to ask other employees and they were all clueless. The worst service my wife and I have ever seen or had. $616 later we are on are way home .with delta. Ruined are whole vacay and I would pay extra to go with delta."

Cons: "The flight was over an hour delayed on the ground and then my luggage is still completely lost. The customer service has been absolutely terrible. I am in a city in which I do not live, with absolutely no clothes, toiletries, shoes etc and I have been on hold waiting to talk to someone about my missing bag for over 45 minutes. Frontier has absolutely no idea where my bag is, it is not in the place that I took off from and definitely not at my destination. This has been an absolute nightmare in which they offer you pathetic $50 to make up for the over $3500 I have in missing belongings."

Cons: "Being in the second to last row, we heard the stewardess talk NONSTOP for an hour. Bear in mind this was a 7am flight. Also, it seemed that the taxiing on arrival took a long time"
Pros: "Metal chairs with vertical backs and no recline option, no legroom in the set I was given but there were seats with quite a bit more leg room that were left empty. When I asked politely if I could switch seats even for just a few mins (I'm 6'5") I was snapped at, and told no that's for people who want to pay more for upgraded seats.wouldn't have been terrible except the woman said it with a horribly bitchy tone and my round trip ticket from Denver to portland was almost $500... she was less than 5 ft tall so I'm sure she's never sat with her knees pressed onto the metal back of a chair frame for 2 hours. The plane was very hot for the first part of the flight even with all vents open blowing it was still hard to cool off. Then the second half the AC felt like it shut off and it got really hot. One 12 Oz can of soda or bottle of water was 3 bucks. Baby's crying and airplane crew did nothing to help it was just an overall miserable experience."

Cons: "extra cost for carry on luggage of $40.00. Just build it into the price of the flight. Charging this way makes me feel like I'm being nickel and dimed."
