You needed to go to delta website and choose what want to watch the you needed to have Gogo Flight entertainment app already on smartphone and then would work. Not easy even for me a vivid user of tablets and smartphones. The seats had miniumal room available between seats it felt like I am on 5’qq so couldn’t imagine anyone taller that comfortable unless get first class. I even upgraded for “comfort” section which gave you a few inches extra. And wdith of chair me being a 36 waist was a little squeezed in. Crew was very good tho I will say that. But I laways fly JetBlue or Virgin America, or Alaskan Air for reason of more comfort and lower prices ticket but this time on flight close to my destination was Delta which I Flew for free, I would much rather buy ticket on the three others I fly if could have."

Cons: "The organization with American Airlines at Charles de Gaulle was absolutely pathetic. I understand it's a busy airport, but NONE of the other airlines had lines like American did. Then by the time you get up to an American airline employee, incompetence was written all over their faces. The straw that broke the camel's back was that they insisted on separating my partner and me while doing security questions, meanwhile other parties who were together were not separated (LGBT discrimination). This pushed us back 10 minutes--we were separated and he was having to wait for me after the questioning to get my bag checked, too. I'll add that we arrived to the airport with over 2 hours to spare before our flight which should have been more than enough time. We probably would have missed the flight if not for a few decent Charles de Gaulle employees who bumped us though lines at customs when they realized the time crunch, no thanks to anyone with American Airlines. I heard so many saying they will not use American Airlines again, and how saving a few dollars was not worth the headache. Flying is already stressful enough, don't make it that much worse."

Lack of assistance from Air Canada personnel was glaring."

There was also a Air Canada crew member who looked like he was on standby for our flight, his last name was Campbell. Once we boarded the plane we noticed that the crew member had been given a seat on the plane, where a mother with three children that was also on standby had to stay for a later flight. Not sure how 1) you overbook a flight, and much less 2) give a seat to a crew member over a customer."

The aircraft interior was dated and worn. The crew were curt and not helpful. I just expected better from the national airline of Canada."

Bags were taken off the plane and then put back on...the subsequent flight (the next day) was also delayed, and required half he plane to sprint through Montreal to their connections. It was not worth it. Especially considering I tried to call Air Canada for some of my refund and the number they gave me was a fax line."

Cons: "From LA to Toronto & Montreal back to LA, was a 4-6 hr flight where they don't feed you or give you blankets. When I asked why blankets are not available, the crew said, "because that's all what we'll be doing is handing out blanket." The crew should realize that providing comfort for their passengers is a huge part of their service they should provide. This was my first time flying with air canada and I was very disappointed. Air Canada will definitely not be on my top airlines to fly next time."

Pros: "I called to change my flight to an earlier time due to flooding in PA. The lady who helped me did an equal exchange for my ticket and waved the $200 fee. I was extremely pleased and appreciative. Also, excellent movie choices and food options. I will definitely continue flying with United."

Cons: "The seats on the flight from Albany to Chicago were the new smaller type which were horrible for a 6,5 260 lb man in exit row economy seating. Dogs on board which was bad for my allergies. This seems to be the case more times than not. I’m asthmatic and very allergic to animals. I know, it’s all my fault..."

Cons: "A 3 hour 55 minute mechanical delay, boarding and deplaning, caused a windfall effect to our other connections causing us to miss everyone that we needed to make it home to Alaska. I will not be getting home until almost 4 days after my original travel date. Missing work as a teacher is tough, and I planned it with plenty of room for safety, only to have United fail me. Weather issues are something I can forgive, but a mechanical issue combined with the weather snarl in Newark has caused endless stress. Bags couldn't be found, no information on new standby flights, and false hopes of being put on Alaska air tomorrow from a united agent last night. All in all my worst experience in as long as I can remember flying."

Cons: "Flight was originally for 2:58pm. When I got to the airport it was delayed until 4:15pm. This wasn't ideal but I would still make my connecting flight in EWR at 6:20. I got to my gate to find a sign saying "most on time arrivals in our history" followed by my flight now delayed until 5:00pm. It was once again delayed into 5:20pm and so I had to be transferred to an American flight or else I would not have left the day scheduled."

Cons: "My first flight was delayed 2 hours due to a ground stop at the next airport. Upon finally boarding the plane for a second time, we sat at the Albany airport for abou 40 minutes. When arriving to the Newark airport, there was communication issues and no way for us to get to a terminal so we were stuck on that plane for 2 hours. While stuck on the plane my connecting flight got delayed twice then cancelled. Once finally in the airport, I waited an hour in line for customer service only to tell me they couldn't even put me up in a hotel because it was air traffic controls fault, even though NO other airline was down. They gave me a $10 food voucher, apparently that would fix everything. I had to put myself in a $130 hotel room and being a broke college student I wasn't expecting that. I will never fly united again, it was he worst experience I've ever had and one of the most stressful days. This airline is horrible."

The crew and pilots were very understanding and relayed reasons for delay while ON the plane. The air on the plane was very cold."

On each of my 3 plane changes there was only one attendant actually smiled. Another read from a sheet of paper like she didn't know what to say. Two others never dmiled or said you're welcome after I thanked them. Im used to the friendly staff on Southwest. They are great!"

Cons: "I've flown several times with many different airlines. I have no serious complaints about United, they have their game on point. If anything were to be said it would be to have less broadcasts about everything going on during the flight, not that it's a burden either but sleep is a little hard pressed when you want to hear what it's about."

Cons: "Very rude lady working at United desk at LAX. I am a veteran and I have very bad anxiety and PTSD and my wife (who is active duty) were split up for the flight so we had asked to be seated next to one another since we had picked our seats online prior to flying. The lady was very rude rolling her eyes saying that there was nothing she could do for us besides us asking people to possibly switch seats even though my spouse had the United app open and showed two seats to upgrade too and she didn't even ask if we wanted to upgrade to be next to each other. At this point I had to take my anxiety medication and as we were taking off one of the flight attendants said we could ask about upgrading but yet the lady at the desk said nothing."
