Cons: "Having food & being on time would’ve been nice?"
Pros: "I had an awesome seat 10a with plenty of leg room."
Cons: "It was as good as can be expected."
Cons: "Flight was a little late."
Pros: "They got me an air sick bag since there were none in the pockets. Bathroom was very clean. Chair had bendy headrests. Didn’t have to check my bag."
Cons: "Very turbulent, seat did not stay reclined. On a redeye flight, this was the key misery-maker. Seat in front was reclined so no possible position to sleep from the middle seat, even for a short person."
Cons: "I used 7900 points to upgrade to “comfort” and nothing about it was comfortable. I was squashed between a window and a large man and my tv screen kept flickering on and off. I actually felt like I had less space overall than I would have in a regular seat."
Pros: "The seat was very comfortable even as a basic seating and the entertainment options were great."
Cons: "The voice from the pilot was very loud and would be too much if I had my headphones on."
Cons: "Disembarking could be more efficient"
Pros: "Nothing. Delta cancelled the flight with no explanation, and ruined our last day in Omaha."
Cons: "An explanation as to why the flight was cancelled, as well as help with finding alternative accommodation. We had to fly back very early via Atlanta, and spent the day in transit, which forced us to cancel a reservation in Omaha and erased our ability to enjoy the final day of activities there."
Cons: "Connecting flight to as delayed. And my dad was not able to get on the plane."
Pros: "Seating was fine"
Cons: "Did not have a wheelchair waiting for my wife when we arrived in LAX"
Pros: "Great service"
Cons: "Stuck at landing. For over 20+ minutes"
Pros: "small and uncomfortable"
Cons: "respectful size seat"
Cons: "I now know the downside of buying through Kayak, the ticket is non-upgradable even when seats became open and I offered to pay for the upgrade."
Pros: "The attention to detail from the crew, and the friendliness"
Cons: "Seats are to small and too close together."
Pros: "fast flight"
Cons: "Wi-fi sucks"
Pros: "Nice plane and comfy seats"
Cons: "The stewards were not at all helpful or as friendly as most of the delta staff! I was so disappointed with their service. We had TWO delays making us arrive in SAT AT almost 2 am. Hence there were a lot of empty seats. We asked if we or even one of us could move into the …at least three empty rows…and they would not let us as they were they comfort plus section and it cost more…NO ONE WAS USING THESE SEATS!! So they let the passengers be crammed together in the rest of the plane and left numerous empty seats that could have been used! It’s was just rude. They also served drinks and never checked back to pick up the garbage. Didn’t tell us to raise our seats or put up our table trays before landing. So, as I exited the plane I handed them my garbage! I wasn’t going to be rude and leave it in the seat pocket or my seat …where I found crumbs of food on when I boarded the plane. Was just very dissatisfied with this crew!! I have been flying a lot lately using delta. I’ve had some delays but they’ve always been accommodating, this crew was not! What a shame!"
Pros: "The chargers worked in neither airplane."
Cons: "The chargers worked in neither airplane."
Cons: "It was smelly. Anyone who does not smoke can smell old smoke. Yuk. Also, smells like a neighboring passenger has bowel issues. Ick"
Pros: "The seats had plenty of leg room and the crew was was very kind."
Cons: "My seat was uncomfortable and I was seated in the only row of the aircraft without entertainment for a four hour flight. Then on top of that the passenger next to me removed his shoes and you could smell his feet from a mile away but the flight attendants never requested for him to replace his shoes."
Pros: "The flight was on time. Airport personnel were courteous & efficient. Airplane was clean. Pilot was friendly. A passenger had a peanut allergy so Delta distributed almonds, instead. Nice. Overall, I like Delta."
Cons: "Leg room was just barely adequate. It was a small plane-nothing could be done about that."
Cons: "I was in first class. Neither food option sounded appealing. Recommend keeping things a bit simpler to appeal to more people. Flight was 90 minutes later"
Pros: "Unlike the flight from DTW to PVR, the sound didn't keep cutting out on the video screen, so I was able to watch a movie this time."
Cons: "The last row is always awful. It would be nice to at least be able to recline the seat."
Pros: "Crew was great"
Cons: "No entertainment on flight. No smoking in Minneapolis airport"
Pros: "I don’t know what Delta could have done better on this two leg flight from Albuqueque to Miami via Atlanta . Yes we were in First Class and it was a (groan) 6:05 AM flight which meant that we were probably on time. But Delta’s 737-900 (to Atlanta) was very comfortable, the crew did everything well and the breakfast was quite good. (Make sure you try the quiche). We had the same crew on the next leg to Miam, who were surprised and gave us a warm welcome. There were only snacks in 1st for that short segment, but they were all we wanted."
Cons: "Air turbulence over the Midwest storms."
Pros: "Everything went smoothly."
Cons: "All was good."
Pros: "The friendliness of the flight crew and professionalism"
Cons: "The seats in the Boeing 717 or way too cramped. You would think there will be more legroom in the exit row but there is not"
Pros: "The plane was on time, the crew was friendly, no delays, landing was fine. In fact we actually made it a little before the time that we were scheduled. Since the flight was so short, I did not have any food."
Cons: "The seats were a little small."
Pros: "Flight was on a 787! Great plane"
Cons: "Food was mediocre for an international long haul fight, and was served by a completely indifferent staff! My prearranged seat choices were switched to a no recline rows and rebooking after a unnecessarily missed connection became 7 step comedy of errors ,aside from quality aircraft this felt like a budget operation."
Pros: "No vegetarian options in first class.. and go go wouldn5 hook up. Flight was an hour late...but that was ok."
Cons: "The pilot did a nice job of flying in and banking so we could see the view.."
Pros: "staff was good, flight was not so good"
Cons: "Hated the storm we flew through, luggage came out of overheads....ugh"
Pros: "Everything went smoothly."
Pros: "Nice people. Very helpful."
Cons: "LOST MY BAG IN BOSTON BEFORE EVEN TAKING OFF!!!! Did not make it, and then won't deliver it when it makes it to Kathmandu! This is most distressing."
Pros: "Crew was excellent. Food above average. Plenty of entertainment options."
Cons: "Delta is not the only airline to have planes with the new seat configurations in First Class but they are a big disappointment for tall passengers and couples who enjoy traveling together and cannot even carry on a comfortable conversation on a 15-hour flight."
Pros: "The in flight entertainment and the pilot being informative about what was going wrong at the Atlanta airport."
Cons: "The insane process that followed the flight of rebooking - it would have been VERY HELPFUL to have access to the inflight internet so that I could have rebooked my missed connection before we landed in the ATL airport where it was past midnight and there were hardly any staff available for us to talk to and the lines to speak to anyone took literal HOURS to get through."
Pros: "Hassle free left on time arrived early San Jose nice airport and drive to red wood city picturesque Staff friendly and cookies great"
Cons: "On this occasion I actually enjoyed it all"
Pros: "The flight left on time and we got in 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Awesome service from gate to gate."
Cons: "I didn't like that I had to pay for my bags and still purchase food on plane. The price for ticket is already overpriced to begin with. Fuel is cheaper, the planes burn less fuel due to updated design and still the tickets are three times the cost of five years ago. No one should have to pay for bags period. Show that you really care."
Cons: "Horrible customer service coming and going. Horrible service on the plane and mostly, some of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. Delta should take lessons from SWA. By the way, this isn't the only bad experience I've had. Flown Delta 4 times over last six months and almost the same."
Pros: "Easy boarding. Due to bad weather they kept us well informed. One hour late but not their fault."
Cons: "A little chilly in the waiting are."
Pros: "The crew were incredibly friendly. The copilot helped me gate-check my bag before he boarded when the bag didn't fit into the overhead bin."
Cons: "New design of the the plane with side to side bathrooms at the back leaves much to be desired. Those were the smallest airplane bathrooms I've ever used!! I had trouble fitting and I'm not a large person!"
Pros: "Landed safely"
Cons: "Last row of a cramped 18 row plane with seats that did not recline!"
Pros: "Well after going through a terrible storm to get to the airport we were given a opportunity to up grade to First Class for a very reasonable rate. That was great."
Pros: "really close to a SkyClub - it seems like the connections to Panama City usually get stuck at the end of the concourse, so this was a pleasant change"
Cons: "Alaska seems to do a much better job in getting the people to stay out of the boarding area until their zone is boarding. At least they make it a point of emphasis."
Pros: "Row 19 on a 737ER is great for room, as long as you don't plan on reclining (I rarely do in a daytime flight)"
Cons: "A little overcautious regarding seating the cabin crew because of possible turbulence, but better safe than sorry, I suppose. However, it is a common occurrence on this particular leg, so don't board knowing you might need to take a "break" before you get to Atlanta."
Pros: "On time"
Pros: "Seats, video and overall comfort are all very nice on the new 900's."
Cons: "My flight from Veracruz to Mexico City was canceled at the last minute and the entire itinerary was changed without notifying me. I found out the night before I was supposed to fly and spent over an hour on the phone with Delta, on and off hold, only for them to tell me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to call Aeromexico. Which I had already tried. Aeromexico stated I needed to call Delta. The back and forth was absolutely ridiculous and made even more difficult by the language barriers. There was a 6am flight that I could have been placed on in order to make my original connections, but by the time the Delta took me off hold, they told me it had been booked up. Instead they had automatically placed me on a flight 5 hours later, with a 6 hour layover in Mexico city, then to Las Vegas, and on a redeye to Charlotte (absurd considering my original itinerary had me arriving in to Charlotte at 9pm with reasonable layover times)."
