I think Alaska should start including free meals on these longer trips.

Wheelchair assistance was excellent. I had a saver fare, but was given a seat in Premium. So very nice!! Extra legroom, complimentary beer. The flight crew was very nice and efficient. The gate agent in Seattle double checked to make sure I was able to board the plane all right while using my cane. I boarded first. So considerate! The flight was smooth, and right on time.

Wheelchair assistant was on the spot, and very helpful. Gate agent was kind, and made sure I boarded the plane without having to try to hurry with my painful hip. My seat was so comfortable, 20A. I am tall, 5'9 and I need to stretch out my legs due to chronic nerve pain in my back that runs down my right leg, in addition to the bursitis in my right hip. Alaska air has the best economy seating in the market. So much room for legs, elbows, etc. When I arrived in SEA, the next Wheelchair was waiting to take me to the next gate. Great communication.

I had to cancel my trip due to health reasons three days after making the reservation. I was stunned to find out that the ticket was not able to be credited for future travel. $734 loss. Not happy that this was not my experience with Southwest Airlines. I will stick with SW in the future. Boo Alaskan Air and Kayak.

Due to plane delays on both legs of my flight home, I had to be rerouted from Santa Rosa to Las Vegas on Skywest and then to DCA on American. SkyWest airlines sat on runway in Las Vegas for 20 minutes waiting for gate to clear. My boarding pass for American that I was given by Alaska was incomplete and the Las Vegas airport lacked signage and departure boards. I barely made my flight bc it was so confusing. American Airlines has a much better wireless connection. I’ll never fly Alaska again. It clearly has problems.

Great. I did have a little issue getting into the Lounge, which is likely more an American Airlines issue. I did not carry my physical AAdvantage Executive credit card with me on this trip, which Admirals Club membership is a part of the benefits of having this card. The instructions on the AA website and the Citi cards website make it seem like you don't need the physical card, as both sites state you can enter with your boarding pass and driver's license. But both lounges said you were required to present the physical card (and not the digital version, via Apple Pay), as only the physical card says "Admirals Club" on the back.I also do not have a physical Admirals Club membership card, so while both lounges eventually let me in, both denied me entrance initially for this reason.

I paid for wifi and it never worked... it was miserable. I couldn't access my shared files to work on the plane, it didn't work on my phone. I paid for nothing but frustration and continual refreshing, hoping it would work

We left about 30 minutes late due to ramp issues. It did not impact me, but I know others on the flight had very tight connections to Maui.

The stewardess are very nice and pleasant, Someone onboard had a medical attention, and they attended that person non-stop all throughout the flight, and yet, did not forget to serve and help other passengers.

Everything from the time I booked my flight through to the end when I got home was smooth and wonderful. Service was great, the flight attendants were attentive and there were no outstanding delays.

Air New Zealand over sold our flight and tried to bump us to yesterday. After several calls we got booked to United about 6 hrs before our original flight. No apologies!

Very quick flight so no time for refreshments. We took off. Then landed. The end. Seats were too tight. Very cramped Grateful for the short flight cos moving around wasn’t possible

I was not even on that flight and did not even book a ticket. Kayak did a phenomenal job

Entertainment screen froze and had to be reset. Noticed it happened to other passengers as well.

My flying experience was not great. The temperature was ridiculously low. I had a sweater and a big jacket and even then. Since my ticket was an economy ticket, I suppose I didn’t deserve a blanket as they were only available for business. The result, o got a cold I have not been able to shake off in 6 days which has absolutely ruined my stay in Japan as I hasn’t had the chance to leave my hotel room. Everything else that was good, had overshadowed by this. BE A LITTLE MORE HUMAN

The food was not as good as Air New Zealand. The veg pasta was pass-able but the veg cibotta sandwich was dry, hard and not up to par. The coach staff were attentive and accommodating.

Air conditioning was turned to the wrong setting. Way too hot. The entertainment system kept resetting and didn’t work half the flight. Said something to the crew. They didn’t do anything to help. Plane had a mechanical problem that resulted in 2.5 hour delay. Boarded the plane, had to disembark and get back on.

Flight was delayed by 2 hours. Got lucky that i had a long connection, else would have certainly missed my connecting flight. Food is just okay, specially the breakfast is worse . Asked for water 30 mins before landing, the response is that we are landing so everything is packed . I guess traveling in economy that’s what we get. Probably business class passengers would get a different answer. Only good thing is that wifi service is available from auckland to lax for most part Next time will try united or American and then compare.

Good and appreciate the effort Air Zealand puts into using more environmentally friendly food containers and utensils. yay! One of the better airlines for this for sure. Still some bad stuff, but at least Air NZ is trying. :) Also really enjoyed the bluetooth option for personal headsets. :)

I was trying to get confirmation on if my luggage was going to be moved to the earlier flight (I requested standby to get home earlier) and was unable to get help from those working at the counter. The request to be moved to an earlier flight was handled smoothly through the app and appreciate the ease of the request.

I was given middle seat on this flight and prior Boston to Seoul flight That is a problem for long flights, Kayak system did not give me a change to select my seats and assigned me middle seats regardless of my elevated status in Delta. This needs immediate attention.

I didn't take this flight. I changed the flight. Why am I getting surveys and notifications on flights that I change. Seems like a defect with Kayak.

Delta One is extraordinary. I fly business when somebody hires me. I just wonder why there is such a chasm between business class and the insanely inhumane and nonsensical coach. The seats are not large enough to fit even my tiny wife. We fly 10% of what we did because we don’t want to pay 5-10 k but for $400 it’s unbearable. It seems like the accountants took over and made stupid decisions. Screw in 20 extra seats and make it so unbearable that people fly 90% less. Just put the damn price up and put some proper chairs in. But business, yay.

Timing, quality of service, promptness and courtesy of the staff

It was last minute due to weather - considering - it was amazing! Good smiles, friendly staff and they were making sure we knew what was going on when and where.

delta last minute gave me a boarding pass for a different flight with no confirmation that they were changing it

The flight was comfortable and uneventful, which is what I desire

The service from the flight attendants were of supreme quality. They greeted and treated everyone with a wide smile. This is totally absent nowadays. Kudos to them!!!!

Excellent flight and got us around tough weather. Only issue was seat TV did not work and crew tried to reboot.

Very large passenger too space from my own seat. Arm board couldn’t be lowered because of his size. It wads very uncomfortable trip, as the flight was full couldn’t move anywhere having back pain because of the position in which I was the entire flight.

I'd like to see AA's flight safety record clearly and prominently posted online.

Flight was 2.5 hours late leaving. We spent 50 minutes of that sitting on the plane with no explanation. They did reduce the time in the air so we arrived a little less late which was something. The cheese and crackers were okay but the wine was terrible.

My flight from Dallas to Sydney was cancelled. My entire trip was rerouted to include the following: Hartford to Washington DC Washington DC to JFK JFK to Auckland Auckland to Christchurch I paid for an aisle seat on the flight to Auckland and was asked if I would take a window seat to accommodate a family. The agent at the podium failed to mention that the family had a 3 month old baby and that a bassinet would be used during the 16 hour flight. The only way I could get out of my seat was to crawl under the bassinet of the sleeping baby. I think it is wrong that I was no given the choice to sit in another seat, that the agent knew what she was doing and chose to not properly disclose my seating arrangement. Terrible treatment.

One of the best Qantas business flights I've had. Quality product

Poor! This flight was delayed 14 hours. There was no assistance in helping customers find other routes to their destination, nor any other kind of support. It was a chaotic experience. I'm not likely to fly with AA going forward.

Airline running better than post Covid, proper boarding process now implemented, some aircraft feeling a bit old and tired, crew fine, online experience better.

I tried to check in online but was unable to do so. I stood in line for nearly two hours to check in. American Airlines was understaffed. When I finally got to the kiosk to check in, I was still unable to check in. No AA staff was available to help. Finally one of the airport security agents who was helping passengers became of lack of AA Staff told me: “I think the reason you can’t check in is that you are starting your name with an upper case letter when you write it. Just write it with all lower case letters.” That did allow me to check in. HOW COULD ANYONE POSSIBLY KNOW THAT IF THEY USE AN INITIAL UPPER CASE LETTER TO SPELL THEIR OWN NAME, AA WOULD NOT ALLOW THEM TO CHECK IN?????? Then I had to wait in line over half an hour again to drop off my baggage. Although I arrived at the airport 3 hours early, by the time I got to the gate, they had already started boarding.

One of the oldest most uncomfortable "lay down" seats I've ever experienced. Old plane and old seats that don't lay flat. The seat back does not even recline - at all. Instead the legrest awkwardly extends to fill the gap between a small cubby into which you must insert your feet/legs. I am 5' 11" and could not lay straight but had to tuck my knees. Ticket was also very expensive. Would not recommend flying business/first on Finair from Melbourne to Bangkok and will not do so again myself.

Inflight entertainment, poor that there are no headrest screens on aircraft used for an international flight.

Loved the staff. The economy seats could have been bigger.

Not being stranded in Chicago for her airport to 11:30 tomorrow morning the 3rd

the whole trip was smooth, and as comfortable as flying is these days. flight crew was friendly and very courteous and helpful.

The attendant on board was amazing. She should be doing business/first international long haul.

Although our flight was delayed the overall boarding process was very smooth and the crew was accommodating.

I was fully checked in the prior night and i was unchecked and then didn’t have a seat when I boarded. Instead of an aisle seat, I was out in the middle seat of the very last row of the plane.

In overall it was a good experience, the only down point was that the entertainment screen was working properly.

HORRIBLE, my initial flight was cancelled, they made me pay $200 extra dollars and that got cancelled as well! After 6 cancellations I decided to get a refund because I needed to get home to my babies. Out of $1000+ dollars they offered me only $40 in refund! Totally unacceptable! The flight that they cancelled I was able to fly it on another airline. I had to spend $400 on one way tickets just to get home! I’m still getting the runaround.

First class ticket gets you a choice of chips or nuts. . Just like economy Southwest. Also no screen in the seats. This is first class???!

Seated dude next to me even though lots of empty rows. But main thing was we sat on the tarmac after landing for 30 minutes because of, in the words of the dude who sat next to me, “operational incompetence”. We got changing directions about where to pick up gate checked bags. Pilot and flight attendant were awesome though.

The food was terrible this time. Otherwise pleasant, quiet, on-time.
