We would like to give a shout out to the baggage team that were able to transfer our bags in such a short amount of time. And also to the San Jose flight that we did for four of us."

I suffer from severe general anxiety disorder, fur which I take appropriate medications, but this incident caused an anxiety attack that lasted through the rest of the flight. Extremely disturbing that crew would behave so rudely and insensitively to anyone."

The lead flight attendant even got into a verbal altercation with the gate agent demanding help getting people's bags into the overhead compartment because she was "injured" & not supposed to be at work. All in all a quite dissatisfying experience but not an uncommon one with this airline & this airport. I will use both only when I have absolutely no other options."

This was all totaled 2.5 hours on the Tarmac. Finally, some 5 hours late we departed Miami in a different plane. Upon arrival in Phoenix, the captain wearily announced that there was no ground crew awaiting us, so we had to wait some time on the tarmac there to disembark. Never before had I heard a airline captain encourage the passengers to write a letter of complaint to his employer."

I was denied to pay for my second check in bag for the simple reason that I didn't buy my ticket with American Airline!! According to American Airline agent (Danielle) at the counter, a ticket purchased with Iberia only allow 1 check bag for free and you are not allow to check in an additional bag. I called the travelling agency and Iberia customer service agent (Jose) while I was at the airport. They both told me that I should go with the luggage rule of American Airline which allow passenger to pay for a second bag. Danielle refused to talk to both agents I called. I need someone to tell me how my luggage can be send to me to Paris please. I had a very bad experience with this trip. Please help clarify the discrepancy!"

Cons: "Surprised by a snarky employee at gate check for my connecting flight home today. I fly with AA nearly every week for work. They grabbed my bag from me and insisted it be checked. I said I didn’t want to pay for checking and that it contained fragile items. It was a little over-stuffed for the scale. When I went to open it and remove some bulky items to put in my purse, they snatched my suitcase away and refused to let me touch my bag. I find this to be completely unacceptable. They had the gall to suggest I go to an airport store, buy a “suitable suitcase,” and take a later flight home. They made a scene and called a supervisor who kindly and promptly let me in my suitcase. The employee then spoke negatively about me loudly to nearby colleagues and refused to make eye contact. After the supervisor let me in my bag, I got on the plane with my suitcase. At one point, this employee made me feel like I was going to be kicked off of my flight; this was so unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. AA - your employees are better than this."

I was informed by a customer going that way that I indeed could. When I got in line for the priority check in, the agent looked over and very loudly said that I was in the wrong check in area. Given the volume at which it was said to me I felt embarrassed, and was upset at the fact that I then had to respond that I indeed was in the correct location."

The first time (April) the crew was late which made me late to my connecting flight in which there were no more flights to my destination for the rest of the day (Jamaica) had to spend the night in Miami and miss a very important meeting. The second flight from Miami to NY 8/22 was delayed twice in which Im still not sure why but i had to deal with other angry passengers and they're rudeness which made my experience bad. I want American Airlines to be great. I just want to fly with them without a problem for once. JetBlue always gets it right"

Front desk had already boarded all 5 groups before realizing there was not enough overhead compartment space causing at least 50+ passengers to circle back to the plane door to check in their baggage. Flight crew and passengers had to hastily reshuffle overhead luggage causing inefficient boarding process and confusion during unboarding process. Baggage claim went to a different carousel than the one stated."

The problem is that when I looked on the confirmation email/boarding pass it said I was supposed to be leaving January 20th, so as you could tell on my account I had to purchase another 2 tickets with another airline. The gate people kept us updated and you had the feeling they were trying to get us to our destination. We left a couple hours late and had a very skillful landing into some pretty stiff winds but landed safely."

Cons: "Pilot literally turned on the fasten seat belt sign 30 seconds after she turned it off - claiming non existent turbulence. It was fortunately a short 1.5 hour flight but they clearly just didn't want anyone walking around and using bathrooms. Safety is first - but this was so clearly a thinly veiled excuse to keep everyone in their seats. United crews continue to find ways to provide poor customer service. Passengers are such an inconvenience!"

There was no information provided to me to go to United, which was in Terminal 2. After making a phone call to Brussles Airlines, I ended up getting to the check in gate ten minutes after boarding started. It was a lovely rest of the trip after that though! But please include partner information im the email next time!"

Surprised crew didn't offer to call ahead to the other flights and hold them. App didn't offer a boarding status for their next flight. I stayed seated to let those with connections off first."
