Cons: "When offering drinks, flight attendants should ask if I want a full can or just a cup. I was served a full can, which I neither wanted nor couldn’t finished due to shortness of the flight. But if these are the types of things you could do better, you must be doing damn well! :)"

Cons: "I didn’t take the flight. Due to a change in my post-flight quarantine lodging arrangements in Salt Lake City, I needed to change the date of my flight. Delta directed me to Aeromexico to make any changes. Aeromexico refused to allow any changes. So I was forced to not take the flight and buy a new ticket for a later date."

Had to get off plane, then had to wait in 3 lines. Agents were so UNPROFESSIONAL! Kept saying flight would go... DID NOT go until another plane came in at 9:00 PM! We, needless to say missed our connecting flight to SYDNEY and had to wait til next day and fly to SAN FRANCISCO, then to MELBOURNE, then on to Christchurch. We MISSED out on TWO DAYS of our short trip! which included missed reservations!!"

The same for the trip home. And lastly the cabin crew wanted to charge us for soda and water after their 3 hour delay until the captain overrode them and gave them free as they should have. Frankly it was least they could do."

When I arrived, 20 minutes before takeoff, I was told I would not be allowed entry to the plane.... After some argument, I was allowed to board the plane. When I arrived on the plane, the door was still open, and people were still seating themselves. I was upset by this...."

Secondly I revived multiple emails changing the times of the flight I was 2 hours early for the last email I had received. Upon arrival to the terminal I was informed that the flight left on time and that I needed to stand in a 300 person line to fix it. The line was so long due other flights being messed up by your airline. I will never use your airline again and I will tell anyone and everyone that your airline is the worst experience I have ever had on an airline."

What makes a difference if your computer picks it or I pick it. I understand if their larger seat etc... but if it's a regular economy seat no charge should be charged."
