Pros: "The crew was very nice. The ride was smooth. The landing was smooth as well."
Cons: "The seats are too close together that I could not sit comfortably the second I sat down. Also we were told to social distance but we were all elbow to elbow so it didn’t really make any sense."

If we buy tickets from your website and you own the process, you should be more helpful when there are problems. The back-and-forth was frustrating. Lima airport takes a long time to go through all the checkpoints. Two hours does not give enough time. There are at least four long lines that have to be endured. This process could use some streamlining."

Nowhere around the gate, on any monitors, did we see our flight number posted. Three airline attendants, at three different desks, at our gate were all talking at the same time announcing flights. I heard our flight # announced once. My husband asked one of the attendants about our flight and they said it was delayed an hour. That was BS. We nearly missed our flight because it was boarding at that time."

Then my bag got lost (which I understand with the weather issues that caused delays), but it left me in a city with no clothes, very hungry, in an hour past public transportation hours. Which is not THEIR problem, but I would have definitely appreciated some assistance of some sort."

I went to another gate and she tried to call the attendant at the door. She didn't respond because her phone was at the desk. I was frustrated I didn't get on while I could see she was talking with people at the gate and in the airplane-- but I should have been there earlier. That said-- she came out and was incredibly helpful-- she managed to get me on a flight only an hour after that one and I didn't miss my connecting flight."

Pros: "A 7 year old, flying for the first time was seated next to me in the middle seat. An older gentleman was in the window seat, me at the aisle. The stewardess asked me to take care of her. In light of what just happened where a parent paid $150 for the staff to watch his girl and she ended up getting molested by an older gentlemen, this is unacceptable. She was screaming and being a normal 7 year old, pushing the call button every 2 minutes, slamming her chair back and forth. I do not have kids for a reason. This should not be allowed. I was afraid if I said anything to her about her attitude that she could say I did something to her and My life would be ruined."
