Easy checki in and boarding. VERY clean seats and excellent service.

Price was great. Punctuality was great. Staff did good job handling gate transition and boarding. Seat was comfortable, though could not get it to recline. Captain's and one crew member's announcements were clear and helpful. Flight was uneventful in a good way. Nothing to really criticize.

Very friendly staff, very responsive to complaints about the cabin temperature. 😁

Took off and landed at the correct airports so they did pretty good.

The plane is small and cramped. Only two snacks. No tv in the seat. Crew was great and the airport staff was great also! We boarded quickly and plane staff was friendly and kind

My husband had a medical issue right before we were supposed to board. The gate and customer service agents were very helpful, They easily rescheduled us - twice. Our luggage was waiting for us when we finally arrived in Anchorage. I'm impressed.

Boarding was fast and we didn’t sit on the tarmac very long when leaving. When flight arrived waited too long to get to gate. Aisles too narrow. Seats too small, if fat person was next to me we would have been touching that’s unacceptable.

Flight attendant in front portion of flight was surly. Aisle way too narrow, seats a bit narrow as well. If a large person had been seated next to me they would have been touching me and that’s not acceptable.

...just O.K., I paid to upgrade our seating but seemed the same old cramped seat to me! What a rip off. Movie choices were minimal, lots of stuff not worth watching!!!

I was refused to used the toilet closes to my seat and had to go to the back of the plane .. it was difficult for me I’m a wheelchair customer

Was a good flight , well served by the flight attendants. Boarding went smoothly, flight was smooth.

Clean and plenty of room for handbaggage. Leg room was cramped compared with the 777 from Frankfurt.

When I got our tickets, my husband and I were easily able to get seats together (including a window seat). When we checked in at the airport all the seats were reset and we had to pick new ones, so we couldn’t sit together because there were only middle seats! Ugh that’s the worst. We were back so far we had to check our carry ons which was annoying because I bring an expensive camera that I don’t/cant check so I had to reorganize my items. Once we were seated on the plane we had to wait an hour to take off and they said there was some weather/air traffic in Denver but it was unclear. The lady I sat next to complained that our seats didn’t go back and we both got free complimentary snack boxes which were quite good. I wasn’t going to say anything about the seats, they were the typical uncomfortable kind. It would have been fine if the 2 hr flight hadn’t turned into 3 hrs. Not the best flight but also not the worst.

Nothing they cancelled my connection and couldn't get me on a flight for 3 more days

Lady was a bit rude during boarding and I was being nice to her.

Crew was very cooperative and professional. Passenger's first checked in bag should be free.

My seat was broken. WiFi didn’t work. Gate crew at HOU were rude and condescending. Treated all the passengers badly. Bad experience, United.

Food wasn’t very good, old business seating configuration on an old A340

Not a fan of the diagonal partially enclosed business class seats or how they have to be converted to beds manually by crew. I prefer more isolation and user control for switching to lie flat.

Very aggressive and unhelpful ground crew. Wanted to check my hand luggage for 3 flights. I had lots of delicate items and computer equipment. So the silly lady wanted to rebook 3 international flights because of a carry on. What nonsense. The baggage handler suggested I put it under my seat - so I did. And this was during the rebooking chaos of the Microsoft crash. She was the most arrogant annoying and aggressive ground staff member I’ve met in 20yrs. (AA flight out of Houston).

Terrible. We had about a 3 hours delay which led to us missing our connecting.

Do not rebook people without asking .. threw the whole return trip off

The plane was very clean. The crew was excellent. The flight was delayed slightly but other than that no issues.

It was delay after delay. Kept changing gates too. Not a good experience.

Departure down was really rough and ended up getting motion sickness on the flight

When you pay for Premium Economy on an 787 and you’re promised amenities for the extra money, you expect them to work. They didn’t. USB connector wouldn’t charge continuously. 120v outlet wouldn’t hold anything you plugged into it. The adapter would just fall out. The noise canceling headphones stopped noise cancelling in the first 15 minutes for EVERYONE. No one on the plane knew how to fix it so I couldn’t listen to any movies. I just put in my AirPods and went to sleep. Very unhappy with the crappy Panasonic entertainment system. I won’t buy premium again.

I was fine with everything except for the last breakfast, where I did not have an option. the only availability was what I could not enjoy eating.

Multiple gate changes and significant delay leaving DFW. Made for a late arrival

Our flight was delayed by 18 hours. Poor accommodations made and no apology.
