If you qualify for wheelchair assistance from gate to gate, don’t hesitate to take advantage of it. That was a lifesaver since they know their way around and have the latest gate info. They are in contact with gate agents who are expecting you.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Aug 2026
Be prepared to wait if there's any weather going on at either airport. Bring a book and snacks! You'll need them! Also, airport charges like $10-13 for a pb&j!!! Bring your food.
AlvinFlew with American Airlines-Aug 2026
American Airlines was pretty convenient and efficient. My recommendation would be to get a good amount of time to get situated at your terminal in case of any last-minute issues.
MaxeyFlew with American Airlines-Aug 2026
AUS is small enough to be handled easily. If your schedule works, it's better to start and end there than DFW or IAH.
Verified travelerFlew with Delta-Jul 2026
Pack healthy snacks. When a 2 hour flight turns into over 7 hours, mini servings of pretzels or cookies doesn’t cut it.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jul 2026
Develop a list of essentials, prepare for 3 or 4 interchangeable outfits, 2 pairs of shoes and try not to overpack!
Verified travelerFlew with JetBlue-Jun 2026
Check in online, get your boarding pass and go directly to the gate unless you have checked baggage.
Verified travelerFlew with Air Canada-Jun 2026
Bring sleepy things and bring an eye mask so it blocks out sunlight so you can sleep.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Aug 2026
If you have any trouble walking, ask for a wheelchair. They are very nice and FAST.
MatthewFlew with United Airlines-Jul 2026
When in Seattle, take public trans at least to downtown as Uber/Lyft is expensive
samantaFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jun 2026
the red eye one is perfect to sleep on plane and get there early morning
Verified travelerFlew with Frontier-Jul 2026
Give yourself plenty of layover time if you have a connecting flight
StevenFlew with Southwest-Jun 2026
Ontario airport is always easy to access, quick security lines, organized airport.
Verified travelerFlew with American Airlines-Jun 2026
Plan ahead, arrive early, and be patient with the staff and crew.
Dawn CFlew with American Airlines-Jun 2026
Get to airport early and pack as light as you can!!
jessieFlew with JetBlue-Jul 2026
Take a direct flight. Its faster and less hassle.
Verified travelerFlew with United Airlines-Jul 2026
Take a morning flight. Less chance of delay
LaneFlew with Delta-Jul 2026
When you are booking with Delta make sure you look at the features of each aircraft. Most Delta mainline planes have seatback screens and free WiFi, but they do have a couple aircraft you want to avoid if you would like these things. The smaller regional aircraft EMB-170/175 the CRJ 200, CRJ700, and CRJ900 do not have screens and sometimes they are not internet equipped. The only Delta mainline aircraft that doesn’t have seatback screens is the Boeing 717-200, but they usually have internet unless it’s not working. They also don’t have consistency in their first/business class product. It varies greatly, even among some of the same aircraft types so make sure you do your research before committing.’ To specific flights.
LisaFlew with Allegiant Air-Jul 2026
Pack plenty of snacks, fill your water bottles pre-flight, bring in flight entertainment (book or download a game you can play on your phone) and order the aisle seat for additional leg room for comfort. There is no complimentary snack or beverage options, no in flight entertainment options, and the seats do not recline.
LorynFlew with American Airlines-Jul 2026
Give yourself time if there are any issues that arise. Los Angeles also has an extremely large airport. Wear comfortable walking shoes. The staff working there are not the best at helping navigate through Los Angeles Airport so make sure you have enough time to arrive especially if you have a connecting flight.
Verified travelerFlew with Delta-Jun 2026
Take photos of luggage (if you care about it) prior to boarding. Also, report issues at destination airport and not after leaving. Unfortunately i let my fiance handle gathering our luggage and didnt take note of the damage until we were back at home the morning following our return.
MariaFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jul 2026
I dont think any of local airlines now offering food for flying under 4 hours, so if you fly with kids or during your lunch/dinner time. Pack your own food or you will only get tiny bag of pretzels or peas during your trip.
DavidFlew with United Airlines-Jun 2026
Arrive early. If you’re over 60 or disabled get LAXtransportation assistance. With assistance the trip between domestic and international is 20 minutes, without assistance or can be over 40 minutes. With a tight connection that can be an issue.
WaymonFlew with United Airlines-Jul 2026
Always select seats in 'A' aisle and remember overhead storage is extremely small which required gate checking bags if your carry on is med to large. (Ref to United Airlines.)
JeanieFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jun 2026
Bring your own food and entertainment. The buy-on-board program may require advance ordering, and it can be expensive. Also, the on-board wifi may not work.
AnujFlew with Delta-Aug 2026
If you want to watch something streaming then better download it in Netflix or Prime. Don't rely on watching it in the flight like you normally do
AngieFlew with Southwest-Jun 2026
Pay a little more and go with American or United. Also, fly earlier in the day. It seems that night flights have the crankiest crews on Southwest.
JosephFlew with American Airlines-Aug 2026
Pay attention and look out for last minute gate and terminal changes. I got stung by that, today’s flight changed gates and terminals four times.
ScottFlew with Air Canada-Jun 2026
Make sure you have enough time between connecting flights so ½ of your baggage doesn't miss the flight and take another 24hrs to show up
BillFlew with United Airlines-Jun 2026
Usually, bags come out at LAX on baggage carousel #1 but it has happened several times they switch at the last minute to another.
NatashaFlew with JetBlue-Jul 2026
Don't lol Unless you are going to the basketball hall of fame, fly into Boston or NY then take a train to CT.
ErnestFlew with Delta-Jul 2026
If you are in zone 5 or higher be prepared because you may be asked to gate check your carry-on roller-bag.
JoanneFlew with United Airlines-Jun 2026
The runway to gate took a bit of time. So if you have a short layover pay for a seat up front .
Verified travelerFlew with Frontier-Jul 2026
If you on a budget flight frontier. Don’t bring anything other than a personal bag. Or you will get charged for everything.
ToddFlew with United Airlines-Jul 2026
Be prepared for turbulence when entering Denver. Also be prepared for a flight delay. The DEN airport has children’s play areas!!
Verified travelerFlew with American Airlines-Aug 2026
Be aware that it may take you an hour after you land before you arrive at your gate at ORD.
PaulFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jul 2026
Arrived at baggage claim, take PHX sky train to the different terminal and go to check in counter
Verified travelerFlew with British Airways-Jun 2026
Keep checking on AA flight status frequently. Do not leave home till the flight status is confirmed.
ArwaFlew with American Airlines-Jun 2026
My flight was delayed, so make sure to give yourself enough time in case of interruption
JeffFlew with Allegiant Air-Jun 2026
Knoxville Airport is experiencing significant growth. Parking is an issue while they build more. Arrive early.
TamaraFlew with Southwest-Jul 2026
Southwest fare restrictions have become much more strict. Make sure you read the fine print.
Verified travelerFlew with Air Canada-Aug 2026
Pray. Use Apple air tags. That way at least you know where your luggage is
CherylFlew with United Airlines-Jul 2026
Don’t take a bottle of Korbel in your carry on! It has to be checked.
LoluFlew with Icelandair-Aug 2026

kelechiFlew with United Airlines-Jul 2026

Verified travelerFlew with American Airlines-Aug 2026
Rebook before boarding or you may get stuck on plane and overnight in airport
NFlew with United Airlines-Jul 2026
Only do carry on the checked bag was stressful and time consuming.
douglasFlew with American Airlines-Apr 2026
Dfw best airport... American is the best airline (most flights because they.are headquarterwd here. DFW also has the most choice in airport lounges. Also curbside check in. They also have a very convenient Tram service (Las Vegas has the best) Portland was very difficult to get to rental cars and baggage easily.
MaryFlew with Alaska Airlines-Apr 2026
Also there is a lot of walking always make sure you have enough time in between flights get situated on your gate and tsa then use the restroom and snacks it helps alot
MaryFlew with Alaska Airlines-Apr 2026
If any one has a hard time walking long distances automatically ask for wheelchair assistance the person helps guide you to your gate and there is a lot of walking
JoleneFlew with American Airlines-May 2026
It’s so convenient. I always check my carry on bag at the boarding desk. Saves me from having to schlep the suitcase through the connecting flight terminal
MelissaFlew with Delta-Mar 2026
Arrive timely at the NY airport. Be courteous and patient. Understand the temp difference and dress in layers so you can be comfortable once you arrive.
FredrickFlew with Delta-Apr 2026
Give yourself time. The shuttle from terminal to terminal is quick, but it can be several minutes from gate to shuttle or vice versa.
AmberFlew with United Airlines-May 2026
Fly out first thing, get a long layover, and enjoy the United Club breakfast and privacy while you wait; it's worth the extra money
RobertoFlew with American Airlines-Apr 2026
It's always best to arrive early if possible in the event that there are any delays with TSA.
BobbyFlew with Southwest-May 2026

RobynFlew with Allegiant Air-Apr 2026
Get the Allegiant credit card and Tsa clearance. Easy breezy!
CupcakeFlew with Alaska Airlines-Apr 2026
Please bring a water bottle for hydration during the flight.
JorgeFlew with Aeromexico-Mar 2026
Be patient. Carry on is the best way for efficiency.
raela marieFlew with Spirit Airlines-Mar 2026
Get to the airport two hours in advance!
RobertFlew with American Airlines-Mar 2026
Southwest boards more efficiently than the rest in my opinion. Boarding should start at the opposite end of the plane from the door and preferably window to door but instead it's front to back and takes forever when each passenger stows a bag and blocks the rest. I have seen the back to front work well in other countries.
Verified travelerFlew with American Airlines-May 2026
Don’t plan on using overhead bin space if you board after group 4 on any American flights using 737’s. They are frequently full by the time the 4th group boards. And, if your carry on bag has to be checked at the gate, be sure it has nothing breakable inside, as it may not survive that process.
MarioFlew with Frontier-May 2026
The airport train can be busy, so plan ahead. Also ATL is perhaps the most crowded airport in the US, so also give yourself extra time for everything. In other words it's always busy and crowded, so expect slow processess and delays and you'll have a good time
MichelleFlew with Alaska Airlines-Apr 2026
Remember that if you do a savers flight to include your bags in the checkout process. Otherwise you will have to check it in at the airport and there is an additional fee. Also Remember to print the boarding pass before arriving.
JeffreyFlew with Delta-Apr 2026
Check your bags for damage before leaving the terminal or booking an Uber. I found out my bag was damaged as I was loading it into the Uber. It's too late to make a claim by then.
LisaFlew with Delta-Apr 2026
I wish I knew the deal to get uber/lyft in advance and if I should book while on plane or at baggage claim. I waiting’s about 10 minutes which I could have avoided had I known
Verified travelerFlew with JetBlue-May 2026
When you book a flight you must use your official name on your real ID. I went by Liz as opposed to Elizabeth when I booked my ticket, and I almost had to purchase a new ticket.
AlejandroFlew with United Airlines-Apr 2026
expect some delays and be prepared, but once arrived to Lincoln, airport is very easy to navigate since it is very small. Prices are higher than other airports, but that is ok when looking for convenience.
Verified travelerFlew with Air Canada-Apr 2026
Be prepared to have your carryon forced to be checked luggage which will add to the time if you have connecting flights and want to get your carry on for your longer trip
DFlew with Spirit Airlines-Mar 2026
Make sure if you are bringing one personnel bag that you don’t have a pocket book/purse as well. Purse should be placed I your personnel bag if you have one
StephanieFlew with American Airlines-Apr 2026
download what you can work on in advance, don't rely on WiFi, download music, videos, etc and know that you'll wait over an hour before they start the beverage service
EvanFlew with SkyWest Airlines-Apr 2026
Be ready to hustle once you land in SLC. My connecting flight to Grand junction was practically on the other side of the airport.
alyciaFlew with American Airlines-Mar 2026
Switching terminals in Boston was a VERY long walk -- dont cut your connection close if you are going from B to E
Verified travelerFlew with American Airlines-Apr 2026
To not use hard sided bags. They can Crack when thrown from planes luggage compartment below to baggage carrier truck or vehicle
JFlew with Delta-Mar 2026
Check in with both airlines if there is a "partnership" because they don't tell you everything automatically after you buy the ticket
AlissaFlew with United Airlines-Mar 2026
Make sure you opt in for all notifications just in case you have multiple delays in your flight like I did.
HollyFlew with Delta-Mar 2026
If you're going through Atlanta to catch another flight, give yourself more time between flights because the airport is so large.
JenniferFlew with Alaska Airlines-Apr 2026
They are serious about having only 2 items when you walk on board. It doesn't matter how small your purse is.
NicoleFlew with JetBlue-Apr 2026
Bring your own snacks/food. Extra legroom is nice but not really worth the extra money, unless you want free alcohol.
JaneFlew with American Airlines-Apr 2026
If you are a guest with disabilities ensure your travel agents know to do their job to handle your specials requests.
Verified travelerFlew with Spirit Airlines-Mar 2026
Charge all of your devices before boarding as there will won’t be any places to charge while on the aircraft.
MayeFlew with American Airlines-Mar 2026
Allow more time between connections, I almost miss my flight as terminals in Dallas are far away from each other.
AndrewFlew with Alaska Airlines-Apr 2026
If you are using ride share (uber, lyft) start the process right away as the wait can be long.
Verified travelerFlew with American Airlines-Apr 2026

Get to the airport early and plan ahead.
Verified travelerFlew with United Airlines-Apr 2026
Make sure the flight you select has more than 3 hours as time allotted for transiting to another flight. Most of United Airlines flights get delayed and if you don’t have enough time, you’ll be missing the next flight for sure. Have extra budget for shelter expenses because most of the economy tickets does not qualify for shelter accommodation/ voucher when your flight is delayed.
MarkFlew with Delta-Mar 2026
If you're not in 1st class, you'll want a seat cushion. We were in comfort extra and both had sore tailbones. Seats very uncomfortable after a couple of hours.
MichelleFlew with American Airlines-Mar 2026
Not to sit next to the bathroom because people are always using it and the smell is bad at times.
MFlew with Alaska Airlines-Apr 2026
Newark terminal B is probably the worst in the country. Allow yourself plenty of time a patience
Verified travelerFlew with Japan Airlines-May 2026
Bring warm clothes. I had a jacket and pants and still froze.
JanineFlew with Air Canada-Feb 2026
If you’re connecting through Vancouver, allow more time than the minimum connection, especially if you’re heading onto a long-haul international flight. Weather and operational delays can happen, so build in buffer where possible. Download the airline app before you travel so you can monitor changes in real time, and keep essential items in your carry-on in case of disruption. If your itinerary involves a tight connection to an international departure, be proactive at check-in and ask about your connection status if there are delays. Having travel insurance or credit card trip protection can also provide additional peace of mind. Lastly, check terminal and gate information in advance, as Vancouver requires security and departure procedures for international connections that can take additional time.
SoosnataFlew with Delta-Feb 2026
I prepaid my baggage fee through the Delta App during web check-in; however, I was unable to locate the receipt afterward. It would be helpful if prepaid baggage receipts were clearly linked within the trip details section and/or accessible under the traveler profile for easy retrieval. This added visibility would enhance transparency and provide greater convenience for customers managing their travel documentation. Overall, a small enhancement that could further elevate the digital experience.

Use the AA app and bring your own g-free snacks. Love that most all your airplanes have the bendable headrest, saves space from packing a pillow so thanks for that!
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Feb 2026
Purchase one of those luggage covers because your bag might end up being checked regardless. Download episodes before your flight because they don’t always offer in-flight wifi.

GraceFlew with Delta-Feb 2026
We were early arriving so had to sit on the runway for a bit. Remember that you aren’t really supposed to use the lavatories in those situations as it’s an “active runway” situation, so plan to use the bathroom if you need to prior to descent.
BobFlew with Delta-Feb 2026
You need at least a 1 1/2 hrs between connecting flights if you’re going to connect to the west coast in the winter. And if you’re planning to connect to a regional airport after reaching the west or east coast it better be 2 hrs.
AndreaFlew with Spirit Airlines-Feb 2026
I chose Spirit because it was a lot cheaper. Expect a very uncomfortable seat for basic economy. Bring something to do because there is no back of the seat entertainment screen.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Feb 2026
Make sure you have a REAL ID and not just a drivers license. It’s a $45 fee to get it processed the TSA rep told me.
AlejandraFlew with Aeromexico-Feb 2026
Always have your passport ready. It will be checked more times than you think and expect to wait a while for everything when you arrive.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Feb 2026
The seats are narrow. If you are large and expect to take up more space than your own seat, book two seats.
Verified travelerFlew with United Airlines-Feb 2026

Don't book row 3 as people from the first 2 rows "first class" usually take up whatever space they need in the overhead compartment and you are forced to stow your carry on many rows back.
Verified travelerFlew with Breeze Airways-Feb 2026
There is no good service included with the ticket. You get one small cup of water. So bring your own.

Southwest has inacted unfriendly customer policies like other airlines. Watch the fine print very carefully if you are having to alter flight arrangements. Rules are now complicated and very stilted to travelers sacrificing travel funds (unlike before where the simple, straight forward flight change policy was worth the extra premium for ticket price.) On the positive side, SW Flight crews are still wonderfully helpful.

Flight left on time and was early landing. Seats not comfortable and not enough space…

Flight left on time. Seat spacing is way too small…

It would have been better if the flight was on time

Fairly good - the seats seemed more comfortable on this flight. The staff out of Detroit were quite friendly. But they directed us to the wrong carousel for luggage. :(

Just crazy with times being pushed and pushed and pushed and gate crew at Philly super rude and unprofessional with many under stress with delays.

I liked the new boarding process. I thought the buyup options (legroom, early boarding) to be easy to request and reasonably priced. All the Southwest team from gate to in-flight were so nice.

Flight time kept changing and so did the gate. It was very frustrating

Exceptional. The gate crew responded quickly and got me onto this earlier flight as the final passenger, saving me more than four hours of wait time for my reserved flight.

The flight was delayed due to earlier issues at other airports. The crew was excellent & made it a good trip.

Flight was delayed and we were on the runway after landing for 30 mins

The plane is old. There was water dripping fown from the air cooling system. The toilets were mot that clean

We were delayed so pilots can rest and had no WiFi the whole trip. First class seats are small compared to other planes

The experience was bad. Flight was delayed to handle maintenance (understandable) but still there was some dew forming and dropping as droplets on few seats. Internet at best was allowing some browsing but at a snail pace.

We were delayed 2 hours because of a broken seat. Other than that it was a very nice flight.

There needs to be better accommodations for waiting passengers. A a designated standing space that is separated and away from concourse traffic.

My seats are comfortable because I choose to fly in the exit rows and this time upgraded to first class with minimum sky miles. Otherwise, I would not be happy in regular seats or even middle comfort seats. Onboarding on the return flight from Nashville to Atlanta was hot and very uncomfortable for over 30 minutes due to extreme hot weather. However, Delta should provide some other air flow option as it was almost unbearable until 10 minutes after take-off. First class seats should be equipped with cup holders. Currently, the middle console is used and is flat and prone to spilling drinks.

Delta was fine though my flight was delayed 4 hours into LGA and my return into ORD involved a taxi of 1+ hour to the gate

wifi too slow or would not connect and entertainment kept on freezing

Cancelled my flight. Left me in airport for 12 hours. Rude gate attendants. Worst delta experience I’ve had. I hope they have a focus group and return to thinking about customer service.

The app logs you out right when you are boarding requiring all passwords and reservation number for the flight. Super annoying

The pre-order only approach for fresh food is really challenging

This flight has a history of leaving late, however, I was pleasantly surprised that it was not delayed this day. The flight went smooth, except I was in a window seat and the wall and my feet were freezing. I found it difficult to sleep due to being so cold, I also was using 2 provided UAL blankets and could not get my feet warm. This was annoying, but I still made it there on time and safe.

Staff didn't seem confident about the ingredients in my lactose intolerance meal

the seat has a problem. the back had a hole.

The back to back mechanical delays from Denver to San Diego and then on my return flight from Denver to Great Falls it added extra time both ways

Really old place. Not as clean as it should be, tray tables needed better cleaning. The items, trays and some other items need to b6 engineered. Anything task you or crew may do is incredibly load, seriously engineer for quiet smooth, easy. Just opening and closing the tray table is actually dangerous and can easily injure a finger. I'm sure it happens as it happened to me! First time I used United and likely will be the last!

Like the fact that the boarding was expedited. But the delay and chaos around the onboarding was not appreciated.

Flight was 2.5 late. Maybe not United’s fault but late none the less. We were late as well on the first leg. WiFi quit working with an hour left.

Old 757 with poor entertainment system. United no longer partners with United for free text and email. O'Hara an absolute disaster! Limited gates clauses two hour delay. Unfortunately this appears to be the norm.

The flight crew was good. I was delayed almost 3 hours and missed my connection, had to rebook and they lost my luggage

The plane left late and there were four gate changes. Fortunately they were all in the same terminal. The crew was truly outstanding. There were only nuts to eat due to the very short flight time. Beverages were as expected.

Flight was delayed 2.5 hours at the start. They kept saying mechanical issues and changed gates several times. Then when we landed, they kept us on the tarmac for 1 hr because they didnt have gate staff to pull out a bridge. Its insane that they cannot have 2-3 people to operate a bridge for a flight with 100 people? Then the baggage claim, bags took over 45 minutes to arrive. All in all, I was scheduled to arrive at 6:30 PM local time and I didn't leave the airport till 10:40 PM local time. Its a shame and makes me never want to fly American again.

We enjoy the professionalism and cleanliness of the staff and aircraft. We are grateful to the experiences pilots and flight crew

They have no employees/gate agents in Huntsville. Only one gate is operational

Due to weather AA chose the poor option of redirecting my next flight to Gol airlines after 23 hours of wait. Their desk is not open during the day. Seats don’t really recline so falling asleep is a horrible challenge. Only one meal for an overnight flight. Poor experience, cheap partnership.

Flight was very delayed. That made me lose the next flight. Rebooked for 23 hours later without any compensation and using a worse airline. I did not expect that from AA. Disappointing.

We landed slightly early but then sat in holding area waiting for our gate to clear out for about an hour, so technically we arrived one hour late at the gate at ORD. The airport may be partially responsible here, but regardless of who is responsible, it was a bad experience to be so close yet unable to get off the plane.

Terrific flight, had a good seat. Flight crew was wonderful, boarding was drama free. And we arrived early.

Good flight, regional jet so old and seats could use an upgrade

Frontier is good until they cancel your flight. Way too many cancellations.

I know Frontier is a “no-frills” airline. I understand the concept. However, I jumped on some tickets for our family vacation, expecting to play a bit of a game to figure out the family bags and not over spend. In the end, I got the short end of this deal by far. 1. I did not expect them to charge the baggage fee for each direction. It makes the fee look high-ish at a glance, but reasonable. Then when you get to checkout and realize you have to pay it twice to come home with your luggage, it becomes ridiculous. 2. The low checked bag weight limit. I am used to packing a 50lb bag with my preferred airline. Frontier’s artificially low 40lb limit more quickly triggers the extra weight fee, which almost DOUBLES the price of the bag if you go over ($79 for the bag/$75 for the next 10 lbs) 3. The fee for a carry-on bag is the same as a checked bag but with a lower size and weight limit. Make it make sense! 4. The seats are terrible. My 2.5 hour flight almost had me losing my mind. I’m 6’3” and my femurs barely fit in the space provided. My knees had to wiggle just right to jam into the crack next to the armrest of the seat in front of me. The cushioning was thin and inadequate. I am tall but I’m not a freak. These seats are unacceptable. 5. I overheard the woman next to me speaking with the gate agent about being charged a $25 fee for not checking in online - she checked in at the airport counter when she arrived. That’s ridiculous. She was old and in a wheelchair. She had a paper boarding pass, and was obviously not tech savvy. She should not be punished for that. 6. They do not have good placement in the terminals. It was always out on the end or down on a subfloor, and we had to walk out on the tarmac almost every time. In Denver. Their home airport! 7. Every time I loaded a new page on the website while buying my tickets or my bags, it was constantly trying to upsell me on some esoteric bundle. Like, a pop-up every time. Very annoying. 8. No screens in the boarding area (at least where we were) to confirm you’re in the right place. Just static gate number signs. I am sure these are standard practices for Frontier, and I should have read more about them before I purchased tickets, but as a result of this single round trip, I do not plan to ever use this cut-rate airline again. I would rather pay the normal amount for a ticket and be treated like a customer instead of a mark.

Our flight was delayed 2 hours and when they changed the the time to 1 hour I wasn't alerted and when I checked the gate the plane was still there but they already shut the doors so I had to buy another flight.

Great except upon arrival it took them a long time to open the doors

Frontier feels like a family I Worked for Eastern Airlines back in the day and I felt the family vibe that I had then. Thank you

Terrible. Delayed my family flight for several hours affecting family plans

During the flight I suddenly felt very sick, and no one from the crew even tried to help me or check on my condition. They seemed completely indifferent and showed no concern for my well-being. I was very disappointed by the lack of care and compassion. I hope the airline improves its customer service and trains its crew to respond better when passengers need assistance.

Tiny seats, no entertainment, no amenities, delays, they charge for carry on and their allowed personal item is smaller than in other airlines.

The seats are tiny and they don’t recline. The planes are dirty and very small. You have to pay for carry on and even the personal item that you’re allowed is smaller than with other airlines. Flights are usually delayed and there’s no screens or any amenities or entertainment.

Flight was delayed but it was very smooth. Crew was very nice. Seats are uncomfortable but ok.
