Cons: "Our flight was an hour late causing us to miss our connecting flight to Corfu. Had to spend the night in an Athens hotel 45 minutes from airport. Had 4 hours sleep before returning to Athens airport for morning flight. My luggage did not make it onto the morning flight and did not get delivered to Corfu for over 48 hours. I spent 3 days in the same clothes. Not a pleasant experience."

Pros: "We were told by terminal staff in Istanbul that the fkught was on Turkish Airlines.We waited in line at the first ticket counter and then we were sent to a second ticket counter where we waited in line again. We were sent to a 3rd counter where the Supervisor was chatting with a lady for 20 minutes. When we reached the counter we were told it was too late to board and we had missed our flight even though there were still 35 minutes to flight time. Turkish Airlines staff would not help us any further and we had to go purchase another ticket."
Pros: "We arrived in Athens eventually"
Cons: "People were made to wait outside in the cold airport bus for half an hour. The ground crew gave no explanation for the delay. After heavy protests, they let the waiting passengers back into the terminal. Supposedly the pilot was sick, but there was no communication at all from the airline about the cause of the delay or how long it would last."

Cons: "Didn't happen. My first leg to Athens was canceled which created a humongous headache since it ended up canceling my return flights. Air Canada had to put me on completely new flights there and back. I think this has taught me to go directly through an airline. Justfly was not helpful. Neither was Turkish airlines."

Cons: "Flight to Istanbul was fine. The flight back was a terrible experience! During our connecting flight in Athens our boarding passes wouldn't print at the self service computers and there was no one to help us so we had to go back out to the front desk. The airline representative was extremely rude. There was 5 employees standing around the computer with NO customers and when we asked if this was Turkish Airlines and if they could help, the woman (manager) responded "this WAS Turkish Airlines" as if they were done helping customers for the day (it was 9AM and our flight was leaving in 45 min). We explained that we couldn't print our passes and she ROLLED her eyes as if it was an inconvenience to help us. THEN on our flight from Istanbul to Chicago, a passenger died an hour into the flight and they placed the body on the seats behind us for over 10 hours! Nobody even told us what happened! We didn't know if they died from natural causes or if it was something else! They didn't offer to seat us somewhere else or even inform us they were placing the body there. We were completely shocked and uncomfortable the whole flight home. We couldn't eat or sleep. We're completely disgusted and scarred from this overall experience."

This experience was atypical. The flight left three hours late because of engine technical issues, which meant a very long wait. Unrealistic announcements made it worse by discoursgong leavimg for water, reatrrom, etc. But the crew did its best and apart from the delay, it was not a bad flight. Good entertainment and drink service.In the end, I made my connection anyway.

Though my bag fit those requirements I was forced to wait in a separate line and pay 50’euro. The lines were wrapped around and not clearly marked for each flight."

Our departing flight was delayed two hours, just sitting on the runway without the screens turned on to let us watch anything. The return flight was unpleasant because we were not able to sit together."

Cons: "They cancelled the flight without any reason and you sent an email the night before departure and as I was in Africa I couldn't read it. So I had to discovered it by other tourists and then I had to book another flight at a higher rate because of the time and I had to cancel a couple of activities already paid to solve all of this and they offer to reimburse just the cost of the flight in 60 days. Horrible experience"
Pros: "Outbout flight was good and on time the return leg on 26/10/15 was delaayed for almost 5 hours and on landing at ORT international airport we were kept on tarmac inside the plane for over 20 minutes due to lack of buses to take the passengers to the arrival terminal"
