I flew business class. But nothing compare to business class. Lounge closed in Vienna. Not exist at all in Tel Aviv. Priority boarding not exist in Tel Aviv despite available business counter. Nobody in front of me was checked in to Business or with Senator status. No welcome drinks. All overall awful experience.

Cons: "Don’t tell passengers they can make a transfer flight supposed to leave in 20 minutes because the first flight was late, and then have the plane leave without the passengers who sprinted through the airport after having to go through customs and security again."
Pros: "Crew allowed me to change seats to get two empty seats by the window that were available."
Cons: "Flight entertainment was not fully functional. Many films would not play. The meal was also particularly bad - all three options that were available (chicken, pasta and vegetarian curry). Flight attendants often seemed very rushed."
Pros: "They have Economy class seats on the business class. Uncomfortable."
Pros: "The crew was good. They were friendly and efficient. One did forget to return with a promised coffee but she apologized when I spoke of it to her."
Cons: "1. no air conditioning until the plane was in the air. It was STIFLING on the runway. 2. no power sockets to charge devices"
Cons: "small seats,no LCD for each one, food nor so good."
Pros: "There werecseats available at gate area to wabit for plane."
Cons: "Airport overcrowded, checkin at Austrian Airlines horrible - one agent quoated 117 Euro for oversize suitcase when fee was actually 50 Euro. (Note: same suitcase accepted by Lufthansa without extra charge. Security check also excessive and bureaucratic without giving sense of better safety."
Pros: "I liked the crew on the flight."
Cons: "I was frustrated with the staff at the desk in the airport, as we boarded 20miutes late and they did not feel it necessary to give any comment on the situation. Everyone was puzzled as to why we were not boarding, or if there was a problem. Even the screens did not show any change."
Pros: "boarding/deplaning relatively quick. plenty of leg room in emergency row seat"
Cons: "only provided ONE meal on an 11 hour flight?? how is that ok? people were very hungry. when i asked about that, the disinterested flight attendants tried to convince me that they had in fact provided “two services” -they apparently think a small packet of crackers counts as dinner. shortly before landing they served a stale ham sandwich (8 hours after the only meal). Food quality was poor as well. during booking there was not an option to indicate dietary requirements either. not impressed with austrian air overall."
Cons: "When its rain we shouldn’t walk to the air plain"
Pros: "Great crew."
Cons: "Ran out of business class meal. Substituted a Econ class."
Pros: "Seat comfortable"
Cons: "Flight was delayed and overhead bin space was very small"
Pros: "Nothing!"
Cons: "We were told they were holding our flight, we ran 3 terminals and they’d already left."
Pros: "Entertainment options."
Cons: "Service was poor, seat did not recline, and the food was terrible."
Cons: "Flight canceled, poor communication from the airline to the passengers. Møre than 5 hrs delay"
Pros: "Friendly crew! More legroom, good entertainment and food was great! Smooth landings pretty much on time."
Cons: "Boarding could be better"
Cons: "wasn't able to take the flight since I missed it"
Pros: "Crew was very friendly. Nice that wine was served without charge."
Cons: "Announcements from the cockpit were hard to hear. Food has been better in past."
Pros: "Amsterdam airport and Rome airport were as breeze to navigate, even only knowing English"
Cons: "Luggage was not received. Now being told it will take up to 5 days! Unacceptable performance"
Cons: "crew and knowledge on parent control for video, kids safety jacket not distributed and no knowledge or help on connecting flights and no knowledge on car seat use in flight (i was told it was NOT safe to have the child in the car seat for take off and landing)"
Pros: "The crew was great. The sandwich was tasty. And, I loved the leg room!"
Pros: "N/A"
Cons: "Upon arriving to Frankfurt airport (gate Z) from Boston, i had an hour to make it to gate A including passport control. Once I got to to gates A50-69 I was told that i had to turn back and go through a different passport control as the one close to gates A50-69 was too busy/full. So I turned back although i had no specific gate number where the passport control was. Once I got there, after 10 mins walking (around gate Z20) around and asking lufthansa staff I came across a rather long queue. At that point I only had 30 mins until my flight to Budapest was boarding. I knew I would not get through that queue on time and there was no assistance. So I decided to turn nack and go back to gates A50-69 assport cobtrol where luckily there was no queue at all. I do not understand why i was turned away by staff the very first time I got to that passport control and why there was no assistance by airport staff. Not happy at all about that."
Cons: "Apparently the rude gate agent decided to randomly pull people out of the mass gaggle for boarding and check carryons she seemed to believe we’re too heavy or big, while letting other bigger ones and heavier ones stating safety concerns. The bin has a total weigh limit, not the individual bag. Lufthansa needs to educate its employees."
Cons: "We booked our plane reservations through Kayak . My sister booked my reservation along with hers at the same time. Kayak put us on different planes at different times on our return flight back to the USA. I had assumed we were flying together ( sisters with the same last names), so I showed up at the airport to find out that I had missed my first flight. I already had a boarding pass for the next flight, but Kayak had canceled me and booked someone else in my seat. No more seats in economy and I had to pay $1750. Euros for another ticket. Why would 2 passengers flying together and booking together be put on different planes and different times. We will NEVER use Kayak again!7"
Pros: "at RDU after they missed to notify me in time, they were very nice to find me the fastest route on the next day, not miss my whole conference . They give me food vulture also. most of the flying attendances were really kind under my travel, except on the MUC-IAD plane"
Cons: "They didn't notify me in time on a delay and didn't suggested a different route. Therefore I was able to flew just the following day as my connection to the oversea flight was more then an hour delay. It happened with me flying to Budapest, and also flying back from Budapest. Make you better understand, that does it mean for me: in Budapest I missed the first part of my conference, and with the flying back one day later I lost one payed work day. As I have family in Budapest I decided to stay for the night there, and not at Munich, but just rescheduling my flight and providing me a taxi drive was so complicated, that it took two and half extra hrs at the airport, Also Lufhansa put me in my rescheduled back trip the MUC-IAD flight on the 45C seat, what was the worst seat on the plane. Not just that. When they have plenty of empty seat in all of the section, and they wanted to sell it the economy plus seats for more than hundred dollars, I mentioned to the fight attendance my misery ,and how I don't like the seat what I got, and she laughed on me, and I heard her telling her colleagues, this kind of funny way as they were behind me. That's no how they need to treat passenger, Also on flying back they didn't react fast, and they missed to put me on the Frankfurt plane, what could be an alternative route, on the same day, instead they sent me desk to desk."
Cons: "My return travel was on lufthansa but due t delays in departing I missed my flight to the US. We were treated very poorly and slowly by service center representatives. The flight we missed was still at the gate but the door had closed. We were told the flight was oversold so it benefited the airline that we missed it. It’s muxh cheaper to put us in a horrible hotel with disgusting food and fly us out the next day, then pay people to choose a new flight. I had two small children at home and Diebel to this incompetence missed my 4 year olds birthday. He was devastated all thanks to your airline."
Cons: "1 person working the service desk. I had a question about our connecting flight from Frankfurt and I was told to call the 1-800 number. When I went to check my bag the woman was very rude and asked me "why do I think I can check two bags?" and questioned my Star Alliance premium silver status, demanding I show her my card (I have no card). My friend was flying with me and she was told that her carry on, mind you had flown to and within europe, was too big for the overhead storage and she had to pay 90 euros to check it and the woman held her boarding pass and wouldn't give it to her. we waited in line at the service desk for over 40 minutes so that she could pay. We arrived to the airport 2.5 hours early to eat and shop for souvenirs. We barely made it in time to get to our gate because of the inefficiencies of Lufthansa. 1 person working a service desk for a large airport is unacceptable, especially when they are 8-10 waiting to scan your baggage and not helping out at all. I had a wonderful flight to Europe on Lufthansa and was absolutely appalled at the attitudes of the airport staff and their lack of customer service."
Pros: "it was on time and we arrived in one piece"
Cons: "the second leg from FRA to BUD entailed a massively disorganized, no queue control free for all to go through the boarding gates, all of which just led to an overcrowded bus.... which meandered through the airport to your jet on the tarmac.. they then allowed boarding from either rear or front of plane which of course lead to the throngs meeting in the middle and trying to squeeze past each other... horrible. Then... the checked bag did not make it to Budapest as they forgot to transfer it in FRA. so, yeah all in all it was a cheap flight and we got what we paid for."
Pros: "A very average experience. Nothing amazing."
Cons: "Flight was very delayed, crew at the counter would not give updates or be kind enough with the situation."
Cons: "The entertainment system didn’t work at all the whole long haul flight"
Cons: "Employees at airport in Budapest didn’t speak English, also went to restroom and there was no access for handicapped people, I’m on wheelchair. I will never again go that way, very bad experience."
Pros: "The crew was good"
Cons: "Our flight was delayed both ways and we were late for connecting flight and stayed at hotel for 1 night"
Pros: "Great crew, fantastic entertainment. Spacious leg room even in economy."
Cons: "N/A"
Pros: "The flight crew!"
Cons: "Missed my original flight, it actually left 10 minutes early! Came late from NYC and had no info or assistance on that flight at all!"
Cons: "Sound control on the entertainment console was a bit wonky. Nothing major, just enough to be annoying until I figured the details."
Pros: "Crew was amazing.Seats are comfortable.Clean aircraft.Friendly service."
Cons: "My entertainment screeen froze in first 40 min of flight, the food portions were tiny"
Pros: "The crew lady was nice and I liked the food even though it was a one hour flight"
Cons: "Again delay"
