Short flight so it was okay. Nice crew, all very pleasant and professional. We were near the back in row 27 so just as we got our drinks, we started our descent so had to drink very quickly!

KLM remains a quality flag carrier airline which maintains its standards whilst all their competitors are lowering theirs.

Our first flight was delayed so we missed our connecting flight. However it was easy to book a later flight on their app.

My flight was delayed by 6 hours then I missed BOTH of my connecting flights, I then had to stay in the AIRPORT at JFK because soooooo many people also suffered from missing flights and there was no hotels available. I would like to be compensated for this experience! I had to stay in the airport for over 16 hours!

Klm start boarding while somw air issue in the plan

The service was great. However the lounge only gets passing grade

I appreciate that KLM was proactive in informing me of the 2 hour delay which enabled me to replan my travel. It was a bit stressful not knowing whether my connection from Montreal to Ottawa was happening. But the ground and air crew did a good job at comforting and assuring me.

Cabin crew professional, polite and friendly, boarding was seemless, but come on KLM surely you can do better than a pack of cheesy biscuits as an inflight snack

Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.

This portion of the flight was through Indigo. A local carrier. So all economy seating. No real service some refreshments for purchase standard economy stuff.

It was my first transatlantic flight with Aer Lingus. Very enjoyable. Thank you for making international travel enjoyable again.

Excellent as far as the flight is concerned. Faro airport passport check was a huge delay and worrisome re missing the flight. 45 minutes there through passport control

The space between seats has reduced even further making it extremely uncomfortable. Couldn't even open the tray table properly or got compressed the moment the front guy reclined.

The seat pitch was a little tight for me, but I survived. There was a volatile, enraged passenger a couple of rows ahead of me and the cabin crew defused and resolved the situation calmly, quickly, and successfully.

My experience with Aer Lingus was nice, and I would be happy to fly with them again. However, my seat pocket had not been cleaned and had dirty wipes in it. I have flown with Aer Lingus before and do not recall anything like that happening, so presumably this was a one-off kind of thing. For the meal, I asked if there was possibly one without my allergens and the flight attendant gave me the one she thought would be fine. She did not know what allergens were in it, but when I received the meal the allergens were all listed right on the top of the package, so I was confused about why she didn’t know how to check what they were. In future, I will see if it’s possible to request an allergen-free meal ahead of time. But overall, I had a pleasant experience. My experience with Underpricer was very unenjoyable and because of them I do not plan to book through Kayak in the future. I have used Kayak numerous times, but this booking experience was so unpleasant. They called me numerous times and also emailed me to try to get me to select a seat. However, when I had a question later on, I was kept on hold for 20/30 minutes before I finally hung up. I also emailed them but never received a response, which I did not appreciate, especially given their previous frequent calls when they wanted something from me.

We booked a flight from FCO(Rome) with a stop over at DUB(Dublin) going to JFK. Boarding from Rome was kind of chaotic since the airport I guess is very small and we needed to shuttle to the airplane. The gate agent just let everyone and anyone go without using the sections so that took a lot longer than usual boarding. From drinking to JFk boarding was good and organized. Amazingly the flights was very smooth sailing and we’ve flown American big airplane to small companies before. The aircraft’s itself is on the older side, can’t complain tho because the plane ride wa smooth. For a 3 hour plane ride, nothing was complimentary. But for the longer leg of the plane complimentary snacks, meals and drinks were provided which was great. The food wasn’t bad either. I would fly with them again, great price and good service.

Comfortable trip , flight attendants professional as always. Only complaint was the food, We fly Aer Lingus frequently, this was the first time the quality of the meal was poor.

Everything went well. I made my connection which is always a concern.

I appteciate the very courteous staff. The flight was good. Something that wasn't good was that my bag was only checked as far as Dublin and I had a connecting flight to Vienna. (That was a mistake the ORD desk made.) Fortunately the desk at DUB was able to re-tag without me having to re-check in (which initially it seemed I might have to do.)

I had an awful experience at the ticketing agent stand. I had purchased three tickets, one of which I had the maiden name of a passenger on the ticket. They refused to help, assist, and actually delayed our process and had us miss an opportunity to purchase a ticket on the same flight. I was sent through multiple phone calls, none of which helped, and the person at the counter was the person who told me to both call Aer Lingus for help and was the person who said they could not fulfill my request that they were privy to from the beginning. My partner is still stuck in Scotland, racking up thousands of dollars in additional fees and tickets. I am very upset and two of my tickets went unused. I will never be using Aer Lingus ever again and I will continue to complain about them.
